My husband and I had been contemplating getting a puppy for our two daughters (ages 5 & 10) and we decided stop by Puppygram not really knowing what we were looking for. As soon as we entered we were immediately helped by staff who were incredibly patient with our girls and took the time to help educate us on various dog breeds. My 10 year old immediately fell in love with the sweetest Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Georgia, and it was great having the opportunity to watch them interact in a clean, large space. While we were only planning on leaving with one new furry family member, we couldn’t help but to also fall completely in love with Scooter, a 22 week old Miniature Schnauzer. The staff graciously allowed us to bring the two pups together and we spent some time as a family getting to know both of them. In the end it was clear that both Georgia and Scooter belonged in our family and we brought them both home! They have become the absolute best of friends and our daughters are completely crazy about them. My family is so thankful for the incredible experience we had at Puppygram and couldn’t imagine our family without Georgia and Scooter!

Our English bulldog Peaches is so sweet, and Karen was such a big help and great while we were getting together the application. We received all vaccine shot records and AKC paperwork with bloodlines. Great Place!

Karen and friends took such great care of us. We visited our fur baby at least 5x and we were always welcomed with smiles. I've always wanted a beagle, I fell in love, and they made it happen. Please don't believe the negative comments. These animals are more than well taken care of and the owners love what they do. Adoption isn't always a viable option. And stores like these keep people from seeking out shady breeders.

We adopted the cutest puppy witch was full with joy and very healthy they helped us find the right puppy for us and helped us so much they gave us a Free crate,leash,food bowl,toys and a bed with food .this is the best adoption place to find the perfect puppy for you also the staff is very friendly.<3

This place is amazing! I was able to meet my new furry friend, he is such a sweet lil puppy and I can’t wait to be his owner forever. Karen helped me thru this process and all I can say is she is an absolute angel and helped me thru everything (I had many questions since I’ve only had cats), they are all amazing people here. ¿You are looking for a new forever furry friend? The absolute sweetest puppies!!! The kindest staff. Anyone is welcome to come and play with the puppies. Clean space to play and living conditions for dogs. Definitely would recommend form potential dog owners.

We got our teacup yorkie from Puppy Gram and it was an amazing experience! Karen was so kind, patient and helpful. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed before taking our new baby home. We are so thankful for Karen and her team.

The best decision I ever made was to have my husband take me here to look at some puppies I had been wanting one for so so so long and after seeing them one time I knew I had to come back and take on home! I have my little fur baby and I’m so thankful for how kind and sweet the crew that works here is and how they helped make sure I got my dream fur baby :)

Wow! My 13yr old had an itching to play with a puppy and heard about Puppygram so we decided to go check it out. Of course I have to look up any establishments Google reviews before going. I will say this. DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The place was immaculate! Clean, tidy, well organized, and smelled great. The dog food products that I looked at seemed to be the best and most nutritious available. Everything about the place was nothing like any of the poor reviews that I read, and that's a shame. The puppies wow! They were all very clean, healthy, and playful as they should be. My daughter loved it she was able to pet and play with all the pups she wanted. She said she would come every day if she could. The staff here were amazing also, I believe ones name was Emily she was great. They all were very friendly and you can tell they love working there. Watching their interactions with other customers as well, they are very knowledgeable on all aspects of caring for a dog. What's great about this place is you can come and let your kids pet the pups without needing to be wanting to bring one home. They welcome you to come pet the pups which is so beneficial for the pups. Will definitely be back!

Adopted our pup a month ago. Listens well, behaves sweet, so good with our son. Potties outside on turf pad. Almost completely potty trained. Super loveable and cuddly. We plan on buying another puppy from them soon.

Their service was beyond helpful and amazing. We happened to stop by just to get an idea of what kind of dog my son would want. The puppies were so well behaved and friendly we ended up walking out the next day with one. I honestly don’t know how anyone could have a bad experience here! Our puppy is practically potty trained and so smart because they use turf so the puppies know where to go when they get home which is amazing and so easy to crate train. We’ve only had him a couple days! The service was beyond helpful when we were having issues trying to finance they were always there and stayed in contact.(financing is pretty easy there we just had issues due to just moving) we definitely plan on coming back for another puppy and puppy supplies. Definitely 5 stars!

Our visit to Puppygram Kentucky was quite simply, delightful! We initially decided to visit because my stepdaughter is a big puppy lover, and we thought it would be a great experience for her. However, we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent standards maintained at the facility.From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by a clean and well-organized environment. The cleanliness of the facility is a clear testament to the dedication of the Puppygram Kentucky team. This also made our time there much more enjoyable and worry-free.It was heartwarming to see the puppies in such good condition - clean, active, and obviously well cared for. Their liveliness and well-groomed appearance reflected the high-quality care they receive. It was a pleasure to see that each puppy's individual needs were being met, ensuring their wellbeing.Interacting with the puppies was an absolute joy. We got to spend quality time with these little bundles of energy and affection, and it was clear that these puppies were well-socialized, friendly, and responsive to human interaction.Not only were the conditions top-notch, but the staff's service and professionalism were equally impressive. Honestly when we first bought our dog we were very skeptical. He did get sick around the 2nd week we got him and we did have to spend a pretty penny to help him get better. The vet said it was just a viral infection and with some meds he got better pretty quickly. Now that we’ve had our dog for almost 6 months now and I can say that we are very happy with our pup and Puppygram. Karen and her staff at Puppygram were very helpful when we first were looking to get a dog and did everything they could to help us get the best experience we could! We will definitely be back!

I’m beyond shocked at some of these reviews that are in researched and flat out wrong. Not only did I get my perfectly healthy and sweet, loving, and well behaved dog from there, but I’ve also had a behind the scenes experience with them because my old baby sitter worked there and we would volunteer and help out there all the time. The staff is so loving and caring to the dogs. They get nonstop cuddles and play, and are fed well. They get there dogs right from world class breeders, and are often viewed by vets and thoroughly bathed. I have nothing but good things so say about them, and highly recommended buying from them.

I got coco (Tiny Tim) and Meeko and they have been the sweetest little things! Since moving to Kentucky and my kiddos not adjusting well, the dogs have really helped with that. From not being able to have kids to purchasing our dogs to fill that void, I was blessed with a miracle. Coco and Meeko don’t only have my two kiddos, but they are having a baby brother arriving 2024! ❤️

I bought a chihuahua. I was watching her for months and the staff was very helpful and informative along the process! They told us about financing and gave me a small discount for coming in and buying her. Everytime I visited they allowed us to just sit in the play pen for hours just getting to know our puppy! I'm not sure what her name was but she was younger and had long black hair she was amazing. She explained clear instructions on the microchip information as well as getting her certified. She helped me pick out a cute little collar and was very loving to our puppy as we went through the buying process.Update: I've had my puppy for almost a week now and shes doing amazing! She's very smart and has already gotten the hang of potty training we also started obedience training! She LOVES naps and cuddling and is very food motivated. They gave me a free bag of food for leaving a review so it was definitely very nice. Shes 3lbs as of right now and is 3 months old.

What a great place to purchase a puppy. The cages are very clean. The puppies are extremely clean and well taken care of. They vet their breeders. Most of them have websites and can go and inspect them. Well worth the effort if you are buying a purebred.

Such a great place! We always adopt our animals from the Humane society, bit fell in love with a little Pomeranian. The staff are so caring and the animals are always out in little pens to play. They get love and lots of attention. Probably the only time I would purchase an animal from a pet shop instead of adopt, but this is a top notch place.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Puppies are healthy and well cared for, it’s clean and plenty of space, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. You know they love the puppies and treat them like their own. Rocking chair for cuddles! I will send all of our friends and family :)

We just adopted our lovely pup yesterday. They were all so helpful the 2 times we came in to find the right pup for our home. We found him the 2nd time. He makes a wonderful addition to our family. He came with a crate, dog bed, treats, puppy food, collar and leash. He micro chipped, updated on vaccines. You normally dont get a starter kit when getting a puppy. If your looking for a puppy you should definitely try this placeout.

We found our new puppy at Puppygram after many visits. I was always treated with courtesy. The puppies were playful. The staff walked us through the paperwork and we feel secure that we have made a good decision on the dog and where we found him.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I’m all for buying WELL BRED purebred dogs but this place is just a place for puppy mills to dump extra puppy’s. No breeder who cares would dump their puppies in a place like this. The prices are CRAZY just go get a dog directly from a good breeder!! No need to pay 3k+ for a dog who’s got no health testing, all the dogs here are VISIBLY unhealthy and just lethargic. When you buy a puppy here your funding/allowing them to do this to number out other dogs!
