Our puppy has stayed at a pet Suites, enjoyed the daycare and has been groomed several times. We love the staff! They are so considerate, mannerly and helpful. They love on our puppy and you can tell she is happy when she gets to visit. I am very comfortable leaving my baby there. It is easy to get to and plenty of parking. The facility is clean as well.

I can not say enough about this location!!! Our dogs have been going there since puppies and have received the most exceptional care! We do not trust our dogs with anyone else! We frequently travel and can relax knowing our Danes are receiving the highest quality love and care! Over the last four years they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions! Every single person on the staff is friendly and provides the best care for our dogs!

We could not be any happier with our time spent at Pet Suites Feen Creek. Every time Our Doodle walks in the door they are so excited to see him, and are so very welcoming! He always has such a great time during open play, and comes home simply exhausted from having played so very hard. I could not recommend them more!

PetSuites is amazing! I have been taking my now 2 year old pup since she was 5 months old. Anytime we mention PetSuites at home our pup starts wiggle her but and jumping up and down because she wants to go so bad. When my husband and I are at work all day we will send our pup to PetSuites to play all day for $30-$35. You can’t beat that price for a dog day care. When my pup gets out of PetSuites she is exhausted. The staff are great! Any time there is an issue while my pup is there the staff will text me. It’s not a bot or computer. The staff notify me if my pup has any kind of scratch from playing rough by sending pictures. They are very responsive. They are very friendly and honest when it comes to the care and safety of my pup. I know that while my pup is at PetSuites I don’t have to worry. I can’t recommend it enough!Also, the groomers are great! My pup HATES getting her nails trimmed. I was hesitant to let the PetSuites groomers try. It was a two person job but they were able to get it done!! They were able to work with my pup and didn’t give up. The next day the staff sent me a text to tell me how the nail trim went! I truly cannot recommend a safer and more friendly place to take your pet.

Pet suites has been amazing and very accommodating for my puppy with special needs. The entire staff takes amazing care of the dogs and you can really tell they love what they do. It’s a great place to let your dog socialize and make friends!

This was my first experience boarding my babies; PetSuites made it easy and stress free. The daily updates are wonderful and it’s obvious everyone there loves animals. I will definitely use them again when needed. I also plan on taking Angus and Julie back for play dates 💞🐾

Our dog loves going here. She gets excited when we pull up and is exhausted when we pick her up. Our dog can be very hyper and overwhelming. I’m thankful the staff know how to manage her high energy level. This is the only place we will board her. She attends daycare a few times a month.

Absolutely love this place!! I can tell they really care for the dogs. They always respond to me and answer any questions I have. Apollo has been to daycare, puppy preschool, and been groomed here!Definitely recommend bringing your pup!!

We boarded our 5 month old Pyrenees mix here for the weekend. Pet suites was great with communicating with us and made us feel right at home from beginning to end! Rosie was able to participate in Puppy Pre-K and had plenty of time to run and potty. Our Rosie wasn’t timid going in and didn’t seemed at all stressed when we picked her up. Would definitely recommend or use this boarding facility again!

I really enjoy taking my dog here - he's an Aussie-Husky and so he can be a handful, but he seems to do well. On our last visit, we boarded my dog and he managed really well. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that when you check in, it should be hugely transparent how much the extras will cost - I knew the bath and play would probably be extra, but I wasn't told how much, and so it was a little bit of a shock when it came time to pick him up. Next time I will ask or do more research as to what is included.

The amazing staff at PetSuites Fern Creek take excellent care of Lucy. We appreciate them so much. Our very large Great Pyrenees loves to play all day with other large pups and we know she’s in good hands. Many of the staff members know Lucy and make us feel like she’s a favorite which is a comforting feeling when we have to leave her for longer periods of time. They respond quickly to texts, they answer the phone, and they are thorough in keeping records of what Lucy needs. They are also very honest!! They called us to fix something they noticed charged on our bill!! They also make Lucy very pretty on bath days.🐾 💗 🤗

Great place! They were able to accommodate my two dogs last minute after my other care fell through. They did a daycare evaluation for free, then had very affordable day care. They also administered calming CBD gummies that I provided at no charge. My dogs had a blast. Love this place - it's my new overnight boarding place!!

We absolutely love petsuites in fern creek! Their GM, Todd, and resort manager, Lane are amazing. They are excellent at communication, so friendly, and we constantly see the same staff members everytime we return. We have been coming here for 1.5yrs and use their boarding, dayplay, and grooming/bath services! So grateful to have such an amazing business so close to our home - they really treat your pets as their own!

They're absolutely amazing with my rottweiler. They're not intimidated by a size. They all love him. They take great care of him every time he stays with them. They also do a great job bathing him!! I will always take my 8 year old baby here.

We had to book a 2 night stay at the last minute for the holidays. It was a super easy process and we knew fully what to expect. Our pup, Luna, seemed to have a great time and was well taken care of. I loved the video update and "paw-gress report" they sent us. We are going to be looking into some training classes and will definitely use them to board in the future!

100% only place I'll ever take my pup. Such caring and passionate staff who make my fur baby's tail wag. They provide almost every service you can think of and it's a great enriching environment for pups, young dogs, or even adult dogs. No better place that beats the prices.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this amazing place! I originally had my cats setup to get boarded New Years weekend at another location but that fell through right as I was preparing to drop them off. I found PetSuites of Fern Creek, told them my situation, and they immediately helped me with genuine kindness! I was able to get my cats in to be boarded with them in around an hour (I was setting up my account and getting vet documents). When I got there, I was met with kindness and amazing customer service! I was a bit frazzled and nervous so I kept forgetting things in the car but they were so patient with me and understanding! When I got home after picking up my cats, I had forgotten about some of their toys and a bedding cover but the staff were so helpful in helping me locate it and holding it there until I got off work the next day :) I will always come to this location for pet boarding and will tell everyone I know that this is the place to go! Thank you all so much for easing my mind about having my cats boarded!

My little 6 1/2 lb Yorkie has been going to this Pet Suites for over a year and he loves the workers, the other doggies, and the swimming. All the workers there are very friendly and pleasant, it has been a great experience for me and RJ( my doggie).😊

They did an awesome job with our Irish Wolfhound (Kiera). They gave a detailed report on what they did and even found a bump that we were not aware of. Luckily it was nothing :)Staff were very nice nice and professional.

We boarded our dog Duke for 5 days. He seems to really like the Play Group. He was happy when we picked him up and has been sleeping quite a bit. Think he wore himself out playing and may have lost a few extra pounds. Thanks for taking good care of our big baby!

Today was the first time I brought my 2 Yorkies to PetSuites to be groomed, and I have already scheduled their next appointment. Michelle was the one who groomed my babies and they look amazing. Also there is a young lady by the name of Kelsey that has great customer service skills. She made sure I was completely happy with everything prior to leaving. If you want a great groom, PetSuites Fern Creek is where to go!

Would definitely give 5 stars if the fee included a complimentary video or photos of pet's experience. Overall, very satisfied with this business. A certain employee needs to be more sympathetic to customer's needs.
