I like this Kroger Liquor Store but I have now been to the store twice in 12 hours only to find the store closed despite their hours listed on Google as being open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I understand that the world that we live in today includes extreme employee shortages and businesses find it necessary to have fewer open hours. However, our world today also includes Google. Kroger is doing a disservice to their customers by not posting their correct hours on Google. Dare I go back a third time to attempt to buy a large amount of goods for Derby?

My account could not be found. Put all my information in as requested three times. I couldn’t be found. Called for b computer assistance, computer could not find me. Finally called for human assistance. This means also failed. Operator said to remove my account and start over. Ridiculous!!!

Every pickup order I've done at this kroger I'm always missing items or given wrong items. Sometimes my work schedule is hectic and I rely on pick-ups. Save yourself the headache and either pickup elsewhere or just go inside and shop this store.

The grocery store is great and has an amazing selection of groceries! The produce is always fresh and plentiful. Customer service is great. The Starbucks inside is much appreciated as the weather gets colder. Definitely recommend the Flat White and the Egg White Wrap. Both are amazing and definitely great for the taste buds!

The pharmacy manager at this location is patronizing, condescending and dismissive. He is the rudest man i have ever met and should never interact with people.

Store has bad smell, hear seafood and meat area. Unclean in entrance area where carts are located. Employees seem very friendly.

Solid grocery store in Louisville. For Atlanta and further south it is equivalent to Publix. For west coast Ky derby visitors it is your Safeway.

Always out of something I want. PS whole wheat bread. Unavailable. As usual. Today and last 2 times I went to this store. Store not real clean. Aisles crowded. Hard to navigate with all the order pickers and their giant carts.Been going to St Matthews store. Which is a lot better. Aisles not as crowded. Always find what I want. Thought I'd give this store another chance. Bad idea. I'll be going back to St Matthews.

I get so frustrated with this store. I use their grocery pick up a lot and I can't tell you how many times I've had to go back to the store because a wrong product was given to me or produce was bad that they picked out. I got a salad today in my order that was completely brown and soggy. Can't they see this when they put it in my order?? Then I go back to the store to get a new one and return this one and customer service is closed (2pm!) and the people at the checkout lanes say they can't help. Beyond frustrating!!

I started going to this Kroger and it has exceptional service, products, and is very clean. The scan checkout employee was excellent and super friendly. He made me feel like I was welcome. Great job! I will return😄

Gabe from produce was so amazing on helping me decide which cucumbers to get. He let me know what to look for in the perfect cucumber and what to avoid. He had lots of fruit and vegetable knowledge, sharing facts that I will forever remember! Such a great guy, thanks Gabe!!

This review is for most of the Kroger employees here especially the manager on New Year’s Day early evening. This gentleman is Very helpful and personable/professional. Always a compliment to this Kroger.

It's common courtesy to hand change/credit cards/items purchased back to people when they patronize your business. Some individuals working the 'customer service' counter can't even hide their contempt long enough to be cordial.

We’ve shopped at Holiday Manor Kroger for nearly 20 years and for the most part it’s been a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly and they normally have what we need. We particularly like their Big K Cola Oh! (Kroger’s version of Coke Zero). We like it better than the “real thing.” Now here’s the problem - they only give this product enough shelf space to stock 8 12-packs and it is often empty. Worse, they sell them 4/$11 and they VERY VERY RARELY have 4 In stock. Unlike other Kroger deals, like their 10 for $10 where they give you the $1 each price even when buying less than 10, the Cola-Oh’s don’t ring up for the sale price unless you buy 4 packs. This problem has gone on for years and we’ve told management about it repeatedly until we knew it was no use. We then have to go a different Kroger. We’d quit Holiday Manor entirely but our prescriptions are all sent there.This probably sounds petty and minor but what logic is there in selling things in quantities of 4 when the space will only hold a total of 8? That is only TWO sales!! Imagine if that’s how they stocked everything- just two cans of peas, 2 green peppers …. Then the indifference of management is insulting. They should allot more space for the product or at least quit forcing you to buy 4 when they NEVER have that many to sell.

Went for cat food. Only a few choices. Went to Feeders Supply also in the Holiday Manor Shopping Center. Why does a little local pet food store have a better selection than Kroger? Hello? Kroger? Hello?

I really love this Kroger because it's very large and has a better variety of products. Other Krogers are often out of the things that I'm looking for but this one seems to keep everything in stock that I want. Especially regarding the meat department where I noticed a lot of places don't have a good variety of chicken the way this place does

Went to Kroger to get a phone charger by the customer service desk because my uncle just passed away this morning and I have to travel after thanksgiving for the visitation and funeral and the new Apple iPhone chargers don’t work in portable charger and car outlets and my work is all from my phone but that is beside the point and I was gonna check out at customer service but it was closed so I went to U-scans and stood in line! The manager, Jennifer, walked up to the front stared me down and acted like I was gonna steal this charger and she thought I stole a bottle of usmooth curl lotion that they don’t even sell and I just bought it from Shear’s and told her she can call them or I can call them so they can verify it! She held onto my charger as I waited 15 minutes to check out (both uscans open and 4 checkout lanes with 2 baggers) and then she didn’t let me scan it and stared me down as I paid for it and waited until I had the receipt! Did I say I am a 30 year old that has been working since 16 and now I am Vice President of a commercial power washing and deck refinishing business that did 528 jobs this year! I don’t think money is my problem and learn what merchandise you sell in your store lady because you are the manager! Very upsetting that they handle business this way!

Very clean and visually appealing! A guy named Tony in the Seafood department was extra helpful in providing advice for new cuisine selections. This Kroger has a wide selection of inventory and is in a good neighborhood. Nice place!

This Kroger has dozens of customers and several staff walking around Without face masks when I went shopping this morning. Very concerning and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. There are no signs hung up encouraging their use and clearly no store policies requiring staff to wear them. I won’t be back until the use of face masks is taken more seriously. A grocery store is one of those places that should be the absolute last to not take the spread of germs during a global pandemic seriously.

Stopped to buy a bus pass for son. Customer service area closed. Where's the manager? This is not quite what I call customer service. I understand understaffing issues, but really no one available to sell anything that's behind counter. Get it together Kroger Holiday Manor.

Do NOT go to this little clinic if you actually value your health. Went in for bronchitis and the NP told me I was having a heart attack which spun me into a panic attack. When I told the person I came with in the lobby, she tried to hush me because she knew she was in the wrong.

On November 22nd, we went into the Florida department to get some balloons blown up for our son's birthday. First we were not greeted at all. The woman stared at us.After asking for some balloons blown up, she said it would be at least 30 minutes before she even knew how many balloons I needed. I happily said okay and then said I would like 18 balloons and then the colors she immediately said they were out. Blue and white. I said that's fine I'll change colors and after lots of sighs and eye rolling we decided to forget it because it seemed to like such an convenience for her.

Love this Kroger... larger updated store is very nice and lots of hot food choices in Deli area. Best part of it all though is their employees. they're always so kind and helpful and their customer service desk is exceptional!

*No cashier & no manager during store hours!?*Drove 25 minutes to their Holiday Manor Center store at 6 am on Fri 2.5.21. I can only go food shopping once a month due to COVID-related issues at our home. When I brought up an overflowing cart to the front, I was told there was no cashier on duty. Neither was there a manager!A middle-aged Latina with poor command of English kept motioning me to the self-checkout area and throwing up her arms in despair. A gray-haired woman worker, who is a lifer for sure, kept saying,"I don't work up here." A crowd of workers--not one wearing a mask, gathered to enjoy the spectacle of an upset customer, yet not one person lifted a finger or made an effort to find a solution. Not-my-job was the best they could offer.When Krogers first started with self-checkout machines, many predicted that this was a corporate move to get rid of cashiers as a cost-saving measure. With an entirely Self-Checkout Krogers in Dallas, that day has now arrived. Managers and employees of the Village Manor Krogers have caught on fast.I left an overflowing cart of produce, frozen food, and groceries, right in the middle of the crowd of gawking, listless Kroger's workers and walked out of the store. Shabby corporate practices, absentee managers, and rude, unhelpful employees deserve no better response than to have to restock a cart spilling over with groceries.Goodbye Holiday Manor Center Krogers. It's been an experience.

This Kroger location is amazing. Wider aisles, great selection, great quick meal options by the deli(BBQ,pizza,sushi,Asian,custom sandwiches) and a very attentive and helpful group of employees. This location isn't that close to where I live but I go out of my way to shop here.

The prepared food and deli area employs rude and thug type personnel. The BBQ vendor started out great, tonight my portion was small, the meat was cold and the grits were like soup. The guy that prepped my sandwich could care less about the product he served. I will never go back. I live in this area and I will spread the word. Fresh Market is now my grocery of choice.
