Parking is awful, fresh veggies/fruits are abused and ruined appropriately 50% of the time, the other 50% their out.Rearranged the store, and now the layout is garbage.Ordered a cake online for a Bday party, they never received it. Thanks for that. Prices fluctuate WILDLY!

My favorite place to shop, groceries, general merchandise, fantastic deli and bakery. People willing to help you find things when you have problems looking for your items. Store is clean. Shelves are always stocked. The floors and restrooms are clean and sanitary. Pharmacy is fast and friendly, everyone is knowledgeable whenever you have questions. Little to no waiting for all pharmacy services from vaccines to prescriptions, they are the best by far.

I love the people at this store. Today they forgot an item in my click list order. No big deal, 🤷🏼‍♀️ we are all human. When I called up there they were busy but still took the time to grab my item and meet me back at the pickup. I know it is policy to come inside to retrieve the item, they took my PTSD and anxiety disorder seriously and for that I am so thankful. These are the reasons Southwest Louisville people are the best. Thank you for your empathy.

I placed an order yesterday for roses to be delivered to my wife this morning only to be told at the very last second (this morning) that they don’t actually have the flowers I ordered. If you’re out of stock that should be reflected online as well. This is extremely unfortunate.

Prices listed on items differed from those in the ads. I wanted to purchase drinking water, and all the jugs on the shelf were dirty and partially filled. Why even keep them on the shelves??Placed an order for pick-up. The lady was very nice and helpful.

Five stars for the head manager at Krogers who works there in the evening. She always is kind and caring toward the customers. I had an issue with a product there I bought and she made sure it was taken care of. That is why I shop at Krogers 1st.

When will the service desk open back up? We have to go all the way to Valley Station for money orders and all other issues the service desk would normally handle. One of the employees told me they simply choose NOT to open it everyday.

The younger employees are rude, usually only have one lane open, and expect you to bag your stuff. For the price of it all, bad attitudes, and lazy managers who won't even come see you when you have a problem, you'd be better off ordering from Amazon. I've shopped at this kroger for 26 years, and it gets worse each and every time I go. I'm good, I'll take my money to Wal-Mart or just order from Amazon at the comfort of my home.

Kroger needs more employees.I have been a loyal Kroger customer for 30+ years and I feel the employees are under appreciated and under paid.I believe if Kroger paid their employees more and showed the employees that they were valued, Kroger might be able to fully staff their stores every day instead of only having a full staff occasionally.

Every time I go to the Kroger's the money centers never opened it don't matter if it's 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. they're never open they suck they barely stock their shelves and they're lazy I'd rather drive 15 minutes up the road to valley station Krogers and deal with the junkies Odin in the parking lot then deal with that!!!!

Sign from the street has gas @ $2.37 a gallon, pump has it for $2.49. Not an ethical business model in my opinion..

Cool beans and produce, was very clean, when we walked up they had sanitized carts ready and easily noticed between the dirty ones, there was also disinfected wipes for the carts. A very laid back Kroger, not much heavy traffic inside or in the parking lot, family friendly and a quiet environment, clean, would recommend this Kroger compared to others, unless you're looking for a decent amount of seafood. Because there definitely wasn't a decent amount, a lot of frozen but nothing fresh.

Don't go to the deli. Suzy is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Does not like people or her job and needs to let go of whatever has made her so bitter in life. Simply asked for ham and turkey to be sliced and she screamed at me. Spoke to a manager about it and all he said was he would tell the store Manager about the incident. The service at the register has always been great but if you need anything from the deli beware. I guess that why the other customer that heard me speaking to the manager chimed in and told me she was very nasty and nothing will ever be done. Granted I only spent $60 in the deli but to me that's a whole lot of money. I'll pray for her to find inner peace . I will be back to the store but never to the deli.

I don't think these people are interested in remaining in business. They close one door at night. They changed from 24 hours to closing at midnight. Now they close at 10pm. They shut down the self checkouts early. And they give the lamest excuses for doing these things. If they're trying to discourage customers from buying from them, It's working. I'll dance on their grave when the store goes under.

Friendly staff, Lisa in the deli is extremely nice and helpful. The ladies in the bakery are are awesome also. (Thanks sgain!) Store is set up in an easily accessible and maneuverable way. They host a variety of goods and services at great prices.

This place has gone down. There was a store manager named Jennifer, that I have heard is gone now which is probably the reason. Never met a more self centered public service person before. How she became a store manager is mystery. There is a gentleman named Steve that seems to be a big improvement. They need to open more checkouts and definitely limit the number of items allowed in the self checkout lanes.

Five stars for rude, lazy staff who could care less about helping the people of the community that keep their store in business. It takes a few minutes to price check an item but you don’t have to be rude about it or make comments under your breath! I will drive out of my way NOT to shop there again!

There seems to be with more frequency different vendors by the door area asking you to donate or join their services. Other than that it is a clean and well supplied store.
