I genuinely adore the staff here! I understood when they had to close due to the system being down. "For a month” Now They changed the hours with a big sign saying now open from 12pm-8pm you might want to change that time online as well. Last night I went at 5:12pm since the sign for WEEKS said 12pm-8pm then what do you know another sign saying they closed at 5pm. It’s downright ridiculous.

This store is absolutely trash 🗑️ and needs to be shut down!!!! Came here for the first time yesterday for some extension cords but they didn't have any which is fine but when i tried to ask a floor associate where the extension cords was located I was told in a very rude tone " I Don't Speak English" well damn if he can't speak English he definitely doesn't need to be working there! I went to the cashier and asked for help and she said " we have some but I don't know where they are? If you don't know where stuff is you don't need to be working there either! It's very tacky letting employees sit out in front of the store and smoke! Never again will I shop at this hell hole.

We have visited many dollar tree locations around Louisville. This location was definitely one of the better locations.Pros- larger store with more of a diverse variety of items. They had many items most other locations didn't even have. The staff, while we didn't interact with then outside of checking out seemed much more competent than most other locations. A customer who just purchased a happy birthday balloon came back in saying it flew away and they kindly addressed her while tending to other customers and replaced the balloon. We have seen much worse reactions for far less at other locations.Cons- items were not as organized on the shelves with some sections completely bare. Shipments of products clogged some isles and end caps in areas. Things like frozen foods and cleaning supplies looked bare and just unorganized.Over all one of the better locations and I would rather drive out of my way to this location if I am in the area than to hit a location I know is sub par. Good job on the staff and keep up the good work and improvements in the future.

During the storm I stopped here because I couldn’t see the road & had 2 toddler boys in the car scared … after sitting there a while - the storm wasn’t stopping & the youngest was crying because the rain beating on the window was scaring him - I pulled over to the door to ask to come in - the lady would not even listen to me - she had a sign that said the POS system is down and had the door locked, and would not let me come in with these two babies for shelter during a horrible storm. Horrible customer service- this is the problem with people today - zero compassion during a horrible stormI will never return to the store ever again.

This is my dollar tree !! The managers are awesome and the employees keep it stocked nicely. A big shout out to Pam Toni Lisa Jordan just to name a few and to all employees of this store. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful when J come in 🙂 Keep up the good work!!

This Dollar Tree is relatively new. The workers there are trying very hard to keep the shelves stocked. Unfortunately like a lot of places in the south end of Louisville, they are having difficulty keeping the store area clean.

Well stocked, good selections, great customer service at Cashier although another employee doing stocking looked right at me when I spoke and walked right past me without even a smile or returning a hello. I live in Indy now, work pt at Dollar Tree, and was visiting Louisville, the store around the corner from the Hospital and Hazelwood Elrnentary.

We LOVE this place. They have the neatest little doodads to check out. It was funny. Today I was in line to check out. I noticed that someone came in to return something. My first thought, com'n it only cost a dollar, keep it. I would NEVER return anything to $$$TREE.

It's nice, well managed dollar tree. I would like to see more travel size bottles but no complaints. They have nice and cute stuff. 10/10 will be returning.

It was the nicest, cleanest and most organized and stocked dollar tree I've ever been in. It's definitely my favorite location now. Workers were very competent and nice as well.

Shelves are very well stocked and the cashier went way above and beyond her duties today, when my card didn't go through the first time she paid for my order out of her own Pocket so that the other customers in line behind me did not have to get held up.

This location had EVERYTHING! Its a little farther drive from my house but I will be going to this location for now on. They had everything in stock,staff was nice,store was clean.Will be a repeat customer!

I love Dollar Tree, However with inflation of prices on everythingtheir prices have also gone up. Everything is now $1.25Still an amazing place to shop but you've been warned everything is no longer just $1

Nice clean store. Great customer service. Had all the items that I was looking for. Name brand items for $1 that would cost $3 or more at Walmart or Kroger
