Tonight I had a great shopping trip that didn't leave me feeling disappointed!I only intended to be there a short time, instead I almost closed the store for the night. However, the employees didn't rush me or make it feel awkward.They were very courteous and helpful. The store was remarkably tidy,especially for being so close to closing time. I was also impressed to see most items were well-stocked.

Very clean. Well stocked. Nice employees. Was able to find what I was looking for and they have such a wide variety of things. I will definitely shop here again.

The young girl that checked me out today was very helpful. She greeted everyone as they entered the store, even as she was busy checking me out. Even offered to help a lady and her kid with the balloons as they were browsing. I've been in Dollar Trees before where the workers don't acknowledge people and actually avoid asking customers if they need help. As a neurodiverse person I can tell you there's nothing more exciting than visiting a store where I feel like, and am treated as, a human being. Much love. Will definitely go out of my way to come to this store.

First time visiting was not impressed. Very messy. No crafting supplies. No courtesy, had to wait for a cashier while I was in line, eventhough they were several people who worked there chatting away.

This is the best dollar tree I have been to. They are very nice and friendly. Even asked if I needed help. I really appreciated that. And the store was filled no empty shelves. Even had things I didn't realize dollar tree sold.

The cleanest most well organized the staff is the friendliest most welcoming. The manager is fun to work with does not talorate stealing from anyone and remembers customers by name.

This Dollar Tree is always clean and stocked well the workers are all very friendly and I can usually find holiday or seasonal stuff for my crafts in this store!!

the cashier wasn't attentive.was calling the story Mgr several times for her break.before I pulled my bags off the counter, she was checking another customer out.when I got home realized I was missing a bag.I immediately went back to the store.she didn't remember me and stated she never rung up a lge sketch pad or plastic containers. she also claimed she doesn't ring anyone up til all bags are off the counter. I said that's not true. I knew what the next customer was buying because I watched her bag a blue and black canvas totes.when brought to the store mgr, savannah, attention, she just blew it off and stated she couldn't help me unless I had the receipt. ok but the receipt was in that last bag that I didn't get.stay away from this store at the Dixie valley center.on the other hand the store beside burlington, has the opposite atmosphere, very helpful (even without asked) and polite

This store is perfect for supplies to create a party event. They had everything from car products, cell phone charges, candles, and food all for just a dollar. If I need some more chips and salsa for the game, I know where I'm heading. The Dollar Tree.

The cashiers are very friendly and helpful but the manager is extremely rude to her staff. I've been in there multiple times and have heard her belittling her staff in front of the customers.

A 1 ONE Year later...THIS DOLLAR TREE WHO I SAID ND SAY WAS the worse WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.92% TURN AROUND.WAY TO GO!!!MANGERS... STAFFING AND GREETING THIS STORE IN ORDER.. A big selection & good prices for the most part (some things you can get elsewhere 2 or 3 for $1 but they charge $1 here) the problem is the store isn't always clean & the employees aren't always very helpful or nice.
