They have tons of vacuums you can test out before purchasing unlike anywhere else. He will even show you how they work to make sure you are comfortable operating them. He even loaded it up in the car for me. Superb service and quality vacuums! Don't buy online, go see Jimmy! You won't regret it.

I just traded in my Meile for the Riccar upright P25 Pet vacuum. Best decision I ever made. This machine picks up the cat litter, fur, etc. It's a beast at cleaning, it even has a light that goes on if you need to go over an area again Pet fur goes deep into a rug. Is it expensive, sure, but in my opinion it is worth every cent. Hayden and Jimmy were wonderful to work with - I love being able to go into a store and speak with people who actually know what they are talking about.

I’m incredibly thankful I came to A-1 Vacuum Sales & Service. I was greeted and felt heard and understood when I listed all that I did and didn’t want in a vacuum cleaner. I was able to test out a few vacuum cleaners and decided to purchase the Miele complete C3, cat and dog because we have dogs at home. The sales representative was refreshingly laid-back and guided me through the options without pushing for the priciest vacuum, making sure I explored the budget friendly choices. I have been cleaning homes & small businesses since 2006.I always experience excellent service at A-1 on Bardstown rd when I need a new vaccum they can get me what I want or even make repairs or order parts or bags when I need something they have always been upfront with pricing & I know I can call them, they let me know when they have my order in shop, saves time searching around and no shipping charges.They have a rechargeable Royal upright that I use at my home that I cannot live without that I received as a gift.TipIt is right on Bardstown rd but I park in the rear lot off of Eastern Parkway & avoid the traffic using the back door.

My dog had an accident on the carpet and I needed carpet cleaner asap. I came to A1 Vacuum and my main man Hayden pointed me to the pet odor stain out and extracta’ire carpet cleaner, which helped immensely! Looks like my carpet is brand new.
