I was surprised at the arrogance of the clerk. She low-pressured Kratom to me. Then expected the more pricey buy. The Kratom was terrible. I asked for a refund 4 hours after the purchase and it was refused! (I regularly buy nicotine pouches here. Never again...

I love the shop, staff is always nice and knowledgeable about products. However, I work nights and the last 3 mornings I have come here they were not open at the posted time of 8am. I am here at 840am and they have still not opened.

This is the best place in town for all ur smoking needs and they definitely have the best prices by far. The staff are great individuals and r really there to make sure all their customers needs r met. We live 30 min away and I still chose to go there.
