DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THE STAFF TELLS YOU. I was told that I could place an order for in store pickup and leave the store with the item. I placed the order in the store after confirming they had the item in stock (in my hands at the counter). Once the order was placed I was told it needed to be shipped to the store and I would have to wait a week or so. They also won’t cancel and refund the order. What a horrible business structure and poor experience for customers. I’ll never shop at any Kohls again. Also thanks for nothing Kohls customer support, they were less helpful than the in store employees.*Update in response to the owner*I wanted to use Afterpay to complete my purchase and you all don't accept that in store even though you do online. I also did choose pickup in store after verifying with the employee that was 'helping' me. It's very telling that instead of trying to apologize at all, you continue to just try and blame your customer that simply wanted to make a purchase. Instead of taking any accountability for misinforming a customer, you just say I hit the wrong button (which I did not and, even if I did, there surely was a workable solution that nobody cared to take two seconds to think about). I have been lied to by every single Kohls employee that I've spoken with, in store and via phone support. I truly can't wait to see this company is out of business, this horrendous level of customer support is certainly not sustainable.

Great service today but most have never been helpful or nice as the girl was today. As a result I left with a lot of merchandise. Equivalent to an excess of three hundred dollars after having to return a couple of items that would not fit .

This is a nice Kohl's to shop at in London. Even though it's smaller than my local one in Richmond, they had plenty of selection and a great staff. It's worth the trip in and it was rather enjoyable.

I love Kohl's! It's the closest store I get to a mall!!! I think their prices are reasonable and when you pair them with 30% off, you can't go wrong. You can get some good deals. And, they have Sketchers :-)

I like to shop here,but unless they've got a sale on, it's very expensive. They have so much and a wide variety of everything. The cashier was so sweet and helpful. I will always keep going back.

I understand that they have to offer the credit card. But this cashier who was middled aged with somewhat blonde hair (I can't remember her name) acted like she was offended bc I said no to the credit card. She asked more than twice and honestly at this point it was getting a bit annoying either way I politely declined it and she got short and bitter with me. She also never gave me my receipt but she apparently left it on the counter without ever showing me. however my husband was able to retrieve it for me. I was going to do a survey but I misplaced the receipt which was just my luck lol... However there are some helpful employees who are always so pleasant to speak with. I'm guessing I just got a dud for the cashier but I really hope it doesn't happen again. It always weird when you're dealing with a rude employee while you've worked in retail..like I get it, it's not fun and it can be really difficult but please don't take out your frustration on a customer who doesn't want the credit card. That's a big deal to some people and honestly it's really unprofessional to act offended when the customer declines or who knows maybe it's the managers fault for pushing their employees to really nag the customers to get the credit card. Either way, there's no need for it.

Got everything we needed for my New Teenager! as it seems she went to bed a little girl and woke up a 13 yr old young lady who couldn't were her jeans anymore😕. They had all those in between sizes that teenagers ALWAYSseem to fall into and are impossible to find! Great place to shop! My daughter loves thier selections.

Good quality clothing of most sizes can usually be found on the clearance racks for a fair price, clean store to try stuff on. My toddler calls the kids clothes so soft its like putting on a hug.

This location is not the same look/style as every other Kohl's I have ever been too in many states. I did not have a good experience returning/exchanging a gift from our wedding. The original price of the silverware set was $100. The sale price that day was $60. I was only given $33 on a gift card. They tried to tell me they had to give me the lowest price that the item was in the past two weeks I looked at the young manager on duty and I said "You mean to tell me that that $100 silverware set was $33 in the past two weeks?!" Out of her own mouth she said no it wasn't but it could have been in California. I told her we are not in California we are in Kentucky the item was bought in Kentucky so why am I receiving a refund of an amount from California. She said it didn't matter where we were. Had I known I would have only received $33 back on a $100 silverware set I wouldn't have returned it. My own fault for not checking the price on the item first. 🤦🏼

My first experience with Kohl's in London was definitely 5 stars. I thought they had a great selection of clothing, shoes and home goods. The store is a little smaller than most of the Kohl's that I've been in, but well stocked nonetheless. The customer service was excellent. A very nice young man named Damon checked me out, and I was quite impressed by how helpful and friendly he was. I like to shop in a store where the associates make you feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience. I will be shopping there often.

Store is well kept, employees are very nice, but Kohl's in general are a bit to pricey for what they sell. That being said, if your willing to spend the cash, they peovide a nice enviroment to do so.

I purchased a pair of shoes online and had them shipped free to store. They turned out to be to big , so I returned to the store w/ big shoes and asked to exchange for smaller size. I was very unsettled to know that if the shoes/size needed wasn't available in-store, which mine wasn't , the process of exchange is severely OVER-COMPLICATED!!! I was told that I would need to re-purchase the correct shoe size , wait for shoes to come in, then bring both pair and get refund for the initial pair, little bit confusing , huh!!! So at this point I'm out 2x money, BUT WAIT, it gets better !!!. When I asked about getting the second pair at the sale price I originally bought the shoes for, I was told that I may not be able to get the sale price !!!!! WHAT, !!!! ????? At this point I left the store and am going to contact Kohl's main office via phone call to see why in the he** I can't just simply send orig shoes back and then they mail the correct size to store, I pick them up and everything's rainbows!!!! That simple, you'd think ! We shall see!! I will send an updated post after my phone call to corporate/main office. Danya W. UPDATE, I contacted kohls main office and ask about getting a smaller pair and what if there's a difference in price there was a diff. Of $10, the associate said he could give me $10:kohls cash and that makes up difference great! I wait , finally 3 days later I receive $10 in email, I look up my shoes and they are now $20 more than I org.paid, called main office and they told me there was nothing they could do !!!!!! I'm sorry , but that's B. S., I asked the lady if there was anyone else I could talk to and you would have thought I'd strangled someone, " who would you speak to?" "Why do you need to speak to someone else", she was a little rude and very reluctant to let me speak with someone else finally I said forget it I've been through enough I'm done!!!!! So, don't expect kohls to let you have a return at the same price!!! ALL SAID AND DONE, I ENDED UP PAYING $20 MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY PAID!!!

The store is small doesn't have alot of clothes that I like prices are to high the blue jeans are to highpriced I bought a pair of Levisand they were $59.50 and they were not the one I wantedIwas looking for straight legs they dont have Avery big selection they also have Leave and didnt very many size in store

Clean store but the selection is too limited. Most Kohls have an abundance of choices for kids, women and men. Only the womens department has some variety. Unfortunately most of the clothes are size xl, xxl, and xxl.

This Kohl's does not have the look or variety of other Kohl's that I have been in.also, the employees weren't exactly over the top friendly either. I went there once, didn't buy anything and will not be adding this to my go to shopping list. I would much rather visit the Kohl's in Lexington.

Extremely excellent clean well organized store. Everything is very expensive whenever you have a Walmart just minutes away.
