Our food was hot and fresh, but the atmosphere is not great. The temperature is usually uncomfortable.The workers were up on a counter in the kitchen checking on something, and laughing loudly.Just doesn't scream, "Come back!"

Dairy Queen used to be a budget-friendly blast, but now it's a wallet-whipping whammy! Prices skyrocketed, leaving the food feeling like a lukewarm, overpriced burger. Sure, their banana splits are still a creamy dream, but almost $7? That's a sundae robbery! Unless you're craving a banana bonanza on a budget-busting spree, stick to other drive-thrus. Your wallet (and taste buds) will thank you.

Service was slow, and the blizzards were not as cold as they should have been. One our of our three were able to be tipped over. Handed cups with ice cream dripping on the sides. Clean place.

This London KY location has been on the decline since the pandemic started but yesterday was the last time they’ll get my money. The chicken was tiny, a strange color and look at that tomato. I wish I had of taken pics of the filthy dining room. Gravy spilled all over a booth seat with the cup still on it as countless staff passed by it. Every single table needed cleaned and nobody did such during our visit. The fries were tiny bits and pieces. We waited 6 minutes for anyone to take our order at the counter while one of the cooks talked to us to keep us occupied. There were plenty if staff on deck and the dining room wasn’t busy. I wish this were my only bad experience here but it’s been a couple of years worth. You guys are going to make someone ill if your kitchen is half as bad as the rest of the place. It used to be so nice and the food was great. I’ve heard the same complaints from many people. I hope the right people see this and get this establishment under control.

My husband and I went through the drive thru on our way home from TN just to get something quick. When at the speaker the lady kept saying “is that all” after we would say something. Then got to the window to pay and the girl was sitting down looked like she hated her life and just gave us our total. Then got to the window to grab our food and we had to remind her what we ordered. By that time we got our food and drove off and realized they didn’t give my husband utensils for his breakfast platter thing I can’t remember what it’s called now but they forgot the gravy as well that was supposed to come with it. I ordered a chicken gravy biscuit combo and they forgot my hash brown as well. Overall I would avoid this place at all costs. I know it’s fast food and you can’t expect the best but this is by far the worst service I’ve ever received.

The best place to get a blizzard and the food is always fresh it is wheelchair accessible as well. There are times just like any other fast food that it is backed up but the food is always right and fresh that can be a hard thing to find during rush hour like lunch hour. They are open till 10 most nights and I think the lobby is open for now. Also they have a little area out side that you may sit and eat. I don't know if they do online orders or not. I was I could be more help but I bet they a fair queen app . This being said if u want some fresh food and amazing ice cream then wait in line it will be worth it and they are faster than most fast food places when backed up. Be safe

Ordered a large ice cream cone the cone was large they got that right but the ice cream was about a inch off the top of the cone so I ordered a large oreo blizzard and it was about a 8nch and a half from the top. So this one took all of my money but gave half of the ice cream wonder how they would have felt for the other way around. And there was a application filled out on the counter and I could easily see a person's personal information. A bad person could have taken a picture without them knowing and stole it.

You know, when you spend $20 on ice cream. You would expect the service to be a little better than this. Do lids not exist? Is ice cream not supposed to be colder than room temperature? In fact I believe our 4 year old would have done a better job. This is exactly why we can no longer support this chain. What a joke and waste of money.

Tonight my husband and I ordered 2 blizzards. One was a small Royal Brownie and one was a medium Butterfinger. They initially handed us a medium Oreo blizzard which my husband handed back and told them was supposed to be Butterfinger. They proceeded to add Butterfinger to the Oreo blizzard and hand it back. My Royal Brownie had no fudge in the center, which is what makes it “royal” to begin with. We called to complain and received no apology. My husband went back to the restaurant and the manager refused to come speak to us and told an employee to “fix it this time but we won’t be doing it again” and slammed the blizzards so hard on the counter, ice cream splattered everywhere.

This is the second time I have been to this dairy queen and it seems like they never "can make ice cream right now" like that's the whole purpose of dairy queen and that can't even make a milkshake. I normally try not to leave bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary. But this has happened twice!

We got ice cream and there is no ice cream like DQ's.. They where kinda busy the day I went and the employees where not to enthusiastic about waiting on customers, but I get it some days are better then others we all have them but there should of been smiles and taking to customers at least while they wait on their orders. I managed the Dairy Queen for 10 years and I always tried to make it fun for the employees and the customers. Just smile some

Terrible! Worst Dary Queen I've ever been to, by far. The staff was inept and could not get one order correct and were wandering around clueless. Some of the patrons also appeared to be drugged out of their minds, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our order got overlooked 4 times even after the manager asked what we were waiting on. I recommend tearing this location down and calling it a loss. It's absolutely horrible.

I ate breakfast with Marie Wells , my aunt . I miss her and we met there a lot in the morning . Very good I love their salads and custard ice cream dipped in chocolate .

I asked for bottle of water, they gave me a cup of tap water, I would have got a different drink if they would have said they did not have a bottle of water,. 12/20/2020 Recently went back to the store and they got my or correct although they did not have the drink I wanted but did ask me to if I wanted something different which I did order a different drink then

Only ordered 2 blizzards. Had to pull up to wait. Watched several cars go around us. Finally got the attention of a person who went in and got our order. 1 was runny!! Didn't get turned over! 1 was not full and the wrong flavor!!!!!! Girl ran away. Also, not good that the wrong flavor had nuts. Glad we don't have a nut allergy. I know they were busy but this was a problem of staff not keeping up and not knowing their job!!!

The assistant manager Robin was very unfriendly and had to ask one of the other employees questions about how things worked. I do not think someone needs that title if they don’t have customer service abilities or knows the basics of the job. Especially if they’re going to bark orders at someone who is apparently much more trained than they are.

Upon entrance, I noticed that there were two people (one of the a manager) struggling to take a customers cash transaction. They were extremely unprofessional and seemed to give no care to the customer and only toward putting the money in the drawer. The “manager” could not work the register effectively or efficiently. Was then questioned about how to make the blizzard that was ordered. Food was acceptable at best. Would not recommend this location for dine-in service.

I understand that most places is short handed, but why pull 5 or 6 people up to wait for food and keep taking orders. This has happen at breakfast and dinner times. Your not Culver’s or setup for that style of service. The wait is to long. Probably won’t be back.
