PetSuites in Hamburg has been an amazing place for my girls. The staff remember my dogs by name and take great care of them. When I first started using the facility for day boarding, the workers were attentive to the extra requests I had in regard to my puppy mill rescue. Sometimes I pick the dogs up and they greet another worker before greeting me, which is a testament to how well they are treated! I love that I get updates and pictures of my girls when I’m away. Highly recommend this facility!

We love pet suites lodging and grooming and have used them many times. Though on this grooming visit our dog looks pretty choppy. The groomer apologized saying the dog would not settle. This is a first. So we will come again next time and see how it goes.

We've used PetSuites Hamburg three times now in the past year and have nothing but positive things to say! We have two small dogs, 4 and 5 years old, and prior to coming to PetSuites had never been boarded; we'd had family help prior. We have zero anxiety about dropping them off here now while we travel! They're excited when we drop them off, and happy and healthy when we pick them up!

I can’t say enough good things about PetSuites in Hamburg! My dogs love it too. I get them groomed there and make a it a full day of play. They have so much fun and sleep like babies when they get home. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Moxie obviously loved <playing with all her new friends. Well cared for and absolutely happy and exhausted when picked up. Highly recommend. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely take her to PET Suites!

I love taking our dog Archie to see Irma she is very affectionate and we love how she pays attention to how I like my furbaby groomed. Archie gets super excited to see her and she provided extra special belly rubs for him which he loves. Irma is the best we love her, HIGHLY recommended!

Had to make a last minute boarding reservation as a new client within an hour of their closing time, and the staff were very helpful with the process from my online booking to the moment I arrived minutes later to check in. The cat condos are wonderful. Will definitely use them again for my boarding needs.

I have three big dogs and a sizable cat and have used both daycare and boarding numerous times. This petsuites is consistently courteous, prompt, thorough and professional. I don’t worry about my pets after I drop them off. The staff communicate very quickly via text and phone.

We love everything about this place. When we work long hours they take care of dogs like they’re family. When we leave town, they watch over them. When they escaped our backyard, they came and helped us search for them. We truly appreciate everything they do for us and highly recommend Pet Suites!!

I had my Border Terrier hand stripped which preserves their water proof coat and their color. They did a perfect job and since I did not realize it should be done 1st time when young it was a challenge. I recommend them highly.

My dog seems to like it and has adjusted fairly well to being dropped off. He seems to be eating during his stays now. I have taken him to another kennel in town which is nice but Petsuites seems to be his preference. So speaking for my dog, I give them a recommendation to try.

Ok for daycare and the groomers are awesome but I would never leave them for boarding again. My one of my dogs was sick with bloody diarrhea after hours of picking him up after a 4 night stay. He ended up in the hospital for two days, he was terribly dehydrated and needed IV fluids and meds, the vet suspects he was given or gotten into something he should’ve have eaten. We sent our own food and their treats and bones which I noticed they never gave them since they were still in the package unopened. I wouldn’t go back for any of their services at this point.

Archie started Puppy PreSchool yesterday and he sure did enjoy it. Archie was worn out by the end of the day. The staff was really nice and friendly. I really appreciated the pictures and paw-gress report they sent me at the end of day.

We had a great experience boarding our corgi, Vinny - the staff was amazing - Michelle, Bria, Bradley and team went beyond the call of duty to make us feel better about his first time being boarded. We received this photo and text with an update half way thru his stay:“Vinny is relaxing in his room after breakfast. He had a great day playing in group yesterday. He is eating well and going to the bathroom normally. 🐾💗 -Michelle”They have cameras to check in on the group play area - it was so fun to see Vinny zooming and playing with the dogs. They even washed his blanket to send it home nice and clean! We will be back! Thank you!

Have been having my pup stay here for years, but recently one of her toys got dirty and they had to keep it there, said that would clean it and let me know when it was clean. A week later and I didn’t hear anything. Figured it wouldn’t be back, shame because it was her favorite toy. Well another week later I come home and on my front porch I had a package with her toy in it. I was floored at the person who went above and beyond to make sure her favorite toy was returned clean and fresh. I always love the workers here and always love knowing my pup will be taken care of.

My dog Nala had an overall really good experience! Although she didn't eat the last 2 days, my Vet explained that it was not uncommon with it being her first time being boarded. She seemed like while she missed us, she still had a great time interacting with the other dogs! We were able to view her from 830 am to midnight. She had a great time and will be back for some daycare days during the week! She smelled fresh and cleaned when we picked her up! It was priced reasonably. I completely forgot to mention how polite and friendly the staff was too!

First time taking our puppy there just for grooming. Amazing service. Kept me updated on the whole process. I really wanted a mobile groomer but I think we'll be sticking with Irma at PetSuites.

I had to travel out of town for a few days and had to find a place to board my little fur baby and friend. This was my first time leaving him and I was super anxious about it! The staff was very understanding and nonjudgmental especially when I called multiple times with questions/ instructions, and to check in on my little one. That helped calmed my nerves! The place is very clean, and they did a great job taking care of my little one. I would recommend PetSuites Hamburg without reservations. My work does involve some travel, so I will most certainly be using them again. I appreciate all the PetSuites Hamburg staff!

We were greeted by team members that you could tell wanted to be there to attend to our Belle. We watched her excitement on their camera as she played all day. She came home happy and give out the first day. Belle was excited to return for her second day and again played with her new friends. We had her bathed before coming home the second day and she slept all the way back home. We all recommend Pet Suites.

My dog seemed to have a good time. He did not come home sick! You can see your dog in the room and at play on a live camera. It was entirely too expensive. Very close to 700$ for 9 nights and a wash (not a groom).

My dog stayed the weekend of Friday 7/21/23 to Sunday 7/23/23.After abour 3 days home. My dog started hacking, coughing, sneezing. My dog is updated on all vaccinations including Bordetella. I took him to vet Monday 7/31/23. Turns out vet said has Kennel Cough. Vet put him on medication. Vet also said another dog who stayed same weekend was seen and has Kennel Cough.They are not cleaning and sanitizing the cages well enough per my Veterinary.I called Pet Suites, told them and my vet bill was $124, said they will tell management and hope my dog gets better.I expected more out of them. Management did not try to contact me or even check on my dog. Not to mention the amount I spent at Pet Suites for the weekend, for him to get Kennel Cough. The staff there did an awesome job taking care of our dogs. They made sure to keep us updated with any issues that arose during their stay. Our dogs loved staying here, so we all had a fantastic vacation. I will definitely board my pets here again. Thank you to the staff for your care and attentiveness 😄😄
