Everyone was very kind in this store and you can tell how much they all care and love animals. I adopted a twice surrendered Guinea Pig originally named Georgia from this location. My experience was great. I’ve renamed her Dolly and she is full of love and support, especially for her little sister Jolene! My fourth graders adore reading to her and she loves to listen!

I can take my dog into the store, let HIM pick out his special treat or toy and he gets his baths there. For a few dollars you have access to the same kind of stalls professional groomers use. Each dog has their own room. The shampoo and conditioning treatments are very nice. You get to use as many towels as you need. And the best part? You have zero clean up, your home's bathroom is not flooded (my 88 lb Lab can splash), and you don't have to keep bottles of dog shampoo and things in your bathroom because they have everything. Even little brushes and other things. The staff is ALWAYS attentive and eager to help and obviously have a love of animals (I have yet to meet one that just is there for the job), they are all so friendly and Champ is so comfortable with them. He has been a customer since he was 10 weeks old riding in a cart down the aisles. He just turned 1 last December and I still go to the store for (adult) dog food now, toys, treats, cbd stuff, beds, outfits, baths, leashes, collars, etc. The store is always organized and pretty clean for as much business as they do! If you want something they will work with you to either get it to their store or see if it's carried somewhere else. As long as there is a Feeders Pet Supply near me I'll be a dedicated customer!!! (In the photos you'll see my baby with some bones from there, the blue and polka dot bandana he wore for Easter <it comes with a matching face mask!>, and the giant Lambchop he chose and loves!!)

I really like this pet store. The 4 Stat rating is only because I can't find everything I need for my hamster, cat, dog, birds and fish. They almost ticked off all the items I need for all my babies.I will continue to shop here occasionally.

This was my first time. I wanted to use the dog wash as I used to use the one at IncrediPet all the time. I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed with the experience.The staff seemed nice and intelligent and was able to direct me to the washing bays in the back. All of them smelled terrible. Though they had several bays (3? 4?), they only had two aprons to keep yourself dry (and one of them was torn and useless). The shampoo was a bit limited and didn't include any kind of flea and tick options.The was was $14, which seemed pricey for the service. Anything over $10 is too much. I doubt I'll return.On the other hand, the store itself seemed nice, clean, and well organized. I didn't check their prices, though.

Overall, I highly recommend the pet feeder supply store to any pet owner looking for top-notch products and excellent customer service. It's a one-stop shop for all your pet feeding needs, and I'll definitely be returning for future purchases.

So disappointed in this place. My friend and I made a 2 hour round trip only to leave empty handed. We were waiting to purchase fish (that was obviously what we were doing) and browsing the fish for over 10 minutes. Two associates were back there and saw us but they chose to play with the birds and the reptiles and didn’t try to offer us help until we walked away and by then it was too late. I won’t be back because I can’t afford to waste that time and gas again. We don’t have the great fish selection close to me and I was prepared to buy at least a dozen fish, shrimp, snails and plants not included.

Kind employees, good atmosphere. However, it seems understaffed, as I often have to wait up to 10 minutes for an employee to stop performing other duties to check me out at the register. Their supply of pet food is also inconsistent. Sometimes they have big bags, sometimes small bags.

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my golden doodle , I showed up at 10:10 for my appointment that was at 10:30 I got completely ignored by the lady in the grooming department and I stood there until 10:30 when she decided to come out , she seemed very frustrated and then when I went to pick up my dog from the grooming department nobody was there to help me and I went to the front counter for assistance the crew members didn’t seem to know anything about it. I spoke with the groomer before I dropped my puppy off and asked her if he was matted due to groomers having a different definition of “matted “ than I would she responded with “no he’s not matted only near the paw area “. Then I got a rude message from the groomer saying my dog was quote on quote “ also just a heads up if he is this matted and poorly behaved next time we will tack on some extra fee’s for brushing & handling “.I find this message very disrespectful and I won’t be back to this location again , I found it very funny that I asked the grooming lady if he was matted before I left she responded with no then added that into the message.Very rude & untrained staff members.Save your money and go to somewhere else.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff just standing around gossiping. Also the pets living conditions are nasty. Was coming to purchase several things but staff was a huge turnoff and acted like I was burdening them with my presence.

Used the dog wash station. Not at all clean from the person that used it before and never saw anyone cleaning other wash stations the hour I was there.

I generally have a good experience shopping here, but I went to pick up cat litter recently and the price match policy was not honored because "they can't do it for online stores." But the policy extends to any competitor which includes Chewy, Amazon etc. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

I have been a long time customer of feeder supply since it was called Pet Pantry. I have golden Retrievers so I am a big fan of the pet wash. Lately I have been pretty dissatisfied. They keep raising prices and providing less. The cleanliness of the tubs/wash rooms is disgusting and the water pressure is non existent. They used to have conditioner which is very handy for long haired dogs but now they don't provide that. Currently looking for a new dog wash option.

Do not even tempt walking through the door unless you have a strong stomach. Smell is horrible. I went in for fish and they were all either dead, dying, covered in ich, or in algae filled tank.

I love this pet store! It was so nice being able to go in and wash my own animals for $12 …$10 if you sign up for their "Feeders repeaters plus card", it made things so much easier, on my back, Not having to worry about the clean up in my Bathroom! Not To mention no interruptions, because you're not at home! The prices were Great, a lot better than petsmart! The staff, a young man and a young lady, were so nice and helpful! I most definitely will be back!

Coupons and online orders should not be this difficult for this size company. Something always goes wrong. Went to use coupon I was texted. In small print it says online orders only. So I go to place online order and it says free pick up which I'm already in the store. Asked the manager if I could show her me placing the order and my payment go through if I can just take my order then and there. She tells me no I will have to come back tomorrow for my paid for order of my stuff that would be mine legally after purchase. I am a disabled woman on a budget and they trying to make me go across town times. I have been shopping here since before it was feeders supply for 23 years. Today you lost a life long customer and dog trainer who use to send buisness your way over a series of terrible execution of online coupons and bad management that can't just do right by the consumer and not fill the order next day. When I worked for the company that would have never been acceptable.

Came in today for a couple of fancy goldfish. The place is great. Cathy is a great manager always there to great people and the staff was helpful with grabbing my fish. They also had a cute cat that was helping us at check out. Animals all look healthy and well taken care of. We will be back soon

I feel bad for any animal that has the misfortune of being merchandise here. I came in to buy dog poop bags and my heart broke when I noticed a baby axolotl getting whipped around in its tank’s rapid currents. When i asked the apathetic staff to do something they said it was out of their hands (how though??). We already keep aquatic amphibians in our home so I decided to try and save the axolotl, but it didn’t survive the night. This was a devastating ordeal and I would never recommend this store to anyone. I DO recommend that you take your business to the far superior Animal House pet store next door. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review in my life, but I’d give Feeders 0 stars and revoke their license if I could.

I didn't have a great grooming service experience yesterday (3/30/22). My poor shih tzu, looks like she cut her own hair with a butter knife or something.This will definitely be the LAST time I visit there.. I now have the task of finding someone to fix this mess.. I need someone who specializes in grooming shih tzu dogs..😔..

I passed this store up on my way home and did a turn around so I could go and get things for my 2 new puppies. I needed almost everything from collars and leashes to bedding and food. After looking around for a while I asked to use the restroom. I was informed there was non available to customers. I was slightly taken back and applauded. I informed the employee I thought that was ridiculous and would have to leave. Wow!! I’m at a loss for words. This is a large storefront offering many services including grooming. I was about to make a rather large purchase and I would’ve been a very good and loyal customer. The quality of their goods and cleanliness of the store is far superior to other large stores in the area. Many items of which can not be found elsewhere in Lexington. Unfortunately, I will not be back and will not recommend to my friends in the neighborhood who would’ve made great patrons too. I highly urge this company to change it’s ridiculous policy. It cost you a huge sale and good customer.

The grooming was plain and to the point; cut all over=short. When I dropped him off, the groomer, long braids, was with another dog. There was no way she could NOT see me but totally ignored me. No problem, I just asked for assistance at front desk. She took me back and I could see groomer was not happy about something. I asked if it was going to be a problem and assured ot was fine. Two hours later picked my dog up. The girl wa so rude and didn't lift her head once to answer my questions about what she had done. I mentioned her rudeness and was told she was the only one grooming. Not my problem, don't allow appointment to be made.

Service is hit or miss. We visit once a week or every other week to get feeder mice. Sometimes we get fast, friendly service and other times we are completely ignored. Today, an employee walked past us and the mice, into the break room laughing with other employees. We guess everyone takes break at the same time and understand how exhausted they all must be after working their 9-5 in this high-demand pet store.

Brothers large dog needed a bath. I choose their self service and it was $15. It was messy from prior users so I cleaned the dirt and the put our dog in. The towels they supplied had holes. And they dryer spit out cold air. Our dog was actually shivering. No one to ask for assistance or to check on us so I took our dog half wet out and told them it was blowing cold air. Her response, “oh yeah I know, we put a work order in months ago.” Are you serious?! She didn’t say anything to us about it! When I advised her to tell future users she said “sure”. VERY DISAPPOINTED. On top of that none of the stuff they said they would supply was there except for cheap generic smelling shampoo . And they definitely don’t clean before use. Not only will I not be going back but will advise others not to go. We have local business with far better facilities and services and next time I will beg one of them to fit us in but not go here.

I would check out Pet Supermarket first. I came in today and asked the girl at the register for help by reptiles and she told me to look for someone back there. There wasn’t anyone in line she was helping. I went back up and said nobody was around. She uses the intercom for another employee and I see three girls sitting in the front office and none of them want to get up to assist. Then stored wonder why people prefer to shop online.

Go before 4 and store manager is a guru on the large selections of canine foods. Check out their affordable puppy and dog training classes. Received so much info on first class and free bag of puppy food the first class!

Have been coming here to buy crickets and the last two visits the same girl has helped me and always says there’s more than the requested amount and puts some back. When I got home to count them I had 20!!! less than I paid for. Will likely shop elsewhere going forward. Animal house is conveniently next door

After calling ahead to confirm a product was stocked, I drove over to pick it up. The employee remembered our call, but realized the product was not in stock. I'm not sure what they checked while we were on the phone, but the trip was a waste of time that could've been avoided.
