This place is ridiculous. Everytime I walk in, it smells like marijuana. There is a time and place for pot, and this is not the place or time for that. Also, the pharmacy is the slowest of ALL the pharmacies I have been to. The people at this CVS are not very friendly, and forget about using the restroom if you gotta pee! They were helpful in the phone however (pharmacy). And their parking lot is disgusting. Don't understand how a manager can not see this and not hire someone to blast the sidewalk and clean up the litter all over. Think I will be changing pharmacies soon.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are RUDE! They’re never stocked on medicine and the drive thru window is barely EVER open. What is the point in even being open if you don’t care about the business or the people that come to spend money there? I will say there is a woman with shoulder length blonde hair and glasses that is an absolute angel there. She’s so kind and sweet. But unfortunately they let these kids straight out of school that could care less about the customer run the window. It needs to be shut down honestly.

*poor customer service*I called the CVS Pharmacy this morning to check in on some asthma medication, I have had asthma my whole life so checking in and calling in prescriptions is not new for me. Never in my life have I had a conversation with a pharmacy representative that was so cold and dismissive- like I was calling her on her day off- I am really sick, and I'm having a really hard time breathing, this medication is like gold to me right now. I asked her if my doctors prescription had been called in yet, gave her my information and she simply said "no." *Long pause* when I said nothing she said "the prescription status is not active." I ask her what I do then and she tells me "call your doctor and have him resubmit it". This is all very true advice! I would have loved to recieve it without the nasty tone. I need to call back in a couple of hours to check back in but I'm genuinely uncomfortable and feel as if I disrupted this person. Totally understand not being a morning person or whatever- pharmacy reps you're talking to sick people all day long- being callous towards a sick person you don't know is weird. At least pretend you want to help that is apart of the paycheck ma'am. Just making an already uncomfortable, unwell individual angry like thats senseless.

We had a vaccine appointment an arrived on time, only to find out they ran out of shots a couple days ago. Yet, they made no attempt to communicate this to the people who still hap appointments, deciding that it was better to waste all of our time instead.This is the second time we have been screwed over on vaccines by this particular CVS Pharmacy, and we're done trying.

I feel sorry for the people who work in the pharmacy. The constant auto phone announcements, "one pharmacy call" the long long long check out process with the evil CVS corporation trying to get you to sign up for the rewards card program and tell them your email address so they can sell all of your personal information to telemarketers. This company is absolutely hateful towards its own employees and it's customers, all greedy.

They employees discuss other clients in front of other customers. The wait times for them to answer the phone is alwaysv15 to 20 minutes. They’ve given me the wrong prescription. When my doctors office gets a notice that they have received the prescriptions they have told me that they don’t have anything. I strongly suggest doing your business elsewhere.

Hate to post negative reviews, and this is probably my first one. But had a veryyy bad experience with the lady in the drive through pharmacy today. Couldn't believe how rude she was to a customer. She literally told me she has other things to do and can't be assisting me with a Covid test because I missed my appointment. I had no problem with coming back another time and even apologizing, so I don't understand why she had to be rude. Very poor customer service.

Closed with note that says due to system failure! This is the 2nd store in a row I’ve tried to go too because Google and the signs all say they are open but closed up tight when I got there. All on the north side of Lexington. If you can help it don’t even try to come to the stores or restaurants on this side of town, it’s always some issue! And I’ve lived here my whole like, within a 10 mile radius.

If you want to wait at the register for over 20 minutes and be completely ignored, this is the cvs for you! If you want to call in and stay on hold for 25 minutes, then have the pharmacy pick up and hang up on you, then you call back and wait another 20 minutes, this is the store for you! The staff in the pharmacy is clearly there for only a paycheck. If this wasn’t the ONLY pharmacy in Lexington that carries my medicine I would have never came back after my first visit. They need to really do better.

My great grandmother could probably answer the phone faster than this pharmacy and she's dead. I could contact my brother quicker than I could contact this pharmacy and he's also dead. I know these people hear the phone so why is it so difficult to pick it up and answer? Honestly they should all be relieved of their positions and new staff should take their place. Just got prescribed anxiety/depression medication and would really appreciate knowing if it is ready before my mind becomes too much and I get tired of fighting. It isn't hard to answer a phone.

Adding to this review on CVS that happen today4-27-22. The dark hair girl that's in the Pharmacy was very RUDE ti me at the drive thru when I went to pick up my prescriptions. Ended up going inside and the Pharmacist (Lady) was also very rude. Also as I waited for my prescriptions which they said would be 20 mins. After 45 mins I asked if they were ready and they said oh yeah its ready and the whole Ive been sitting there in the chair by the pharmacy where they could see me. First it started out with black hair girl being rude ti me in the drive thru and then I go inside and Pharmacist was rude too and then she knew my meds were ready and didn't bother to let me know while I'm sitting there for 45 mins. They won't answered their phones either. Worst CVS Pharmacy ever.This is Today 7-30-20 belowI've been on phone waiting over 30 minutes for pharmacy to pick up & never did. Called back at the store and told them that's the worst pharmacy ever. Never have prescriptions ready either and so Slow. I will be changing my prescriptions to another Phamarcy as soon as I get back from Vacation. Don't go to CVS Pharmacy on New Circle Rd, it's the worst place ever.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Where do I start? I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years do to proximity to my home. 90% of the time my script is on back order although I get the same script every month. They always look understaffed and scrambled. Wrinkled clothing even for pharmacist and Manager. They gave me wrong prescription once then was upset that I opened it and handled it. I called 15 times this weekend and the pharmacy never answered. I complained today that my script wasn’t ready after it was called in on Thursday. They lied about the store Manager not being there. Now I have to go to work without my prescribed medication. Instead of apologizing and getting my script ready For me they give me attitude. I called complaint line and guess what? Still listening to elevator music on the complaint line. DO NOT GO HERE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I hate that have to even give them one star. This location is the absolute worst that I’ve ever encountered. They don’t answer the phones and are extremely rude. The last two times I was here my prescriptions were supposed to be ready but when I got here they said they weren’t and it would be 20 minutes. This time I came inside and here I sit. Waiting again. This is the last time I ever come here for anything ever again. I’ve been sitting here waiting and the automated one pharmacy call message they here has been blaring the whole time! Not really sure how this place keeps people coming back.

Have been on hold several times for anywhere between 10-30 mins to check status of refills. And have (on nurmous occasions) been waiting for 15 mins before acknowledged to try & get my prescriptions, only to find out they are not ready even though I called to confirm. All this fails to compare to the amount of times they short my pills (only 30 pills)

A persin will suffer and die before they get their meds! Turn in my prescription at 330pm and had to wati almost 24 hours before it was ready! Shut this place down ASAP!!!

My son needed an antibiotic, we left an urgent care and they faxed it in. We got a text saying they would text us when it was ready. We went aahead and went to the pharmacy and upon asking about script was told they didn't have any in stock. I told them to send it to another pharmacy chain down the road, the tech walked over to the shelf and pulled a bottle off and said they now had it in stock. So attempting to still fill the script another tech tells me that they don't have enough for him and can try another CVS or do a partial fill. So we're doing a partial, I used to love this pharmacy not do much anymore, this is the third issue in 2 months with scripts.

NEVER go to this CVS location. I have only used this pharmacy 4 times and I shouldn't have gone yesterday, but they are the most convenient location to my house and it was late. Only 1/4 of my visits did everything go smoothly. The first time I filled a prescription they messed up on the amount they were supposed to fill so that caused me to make another trip out there to get the remainder of my prescription. When I went back to get the rest they messed the amount up again because of the previous error. It did get sorted out, but it was a waste of my time.Yesterday when I went in it was very busy, and instead of the 25 minute wait promised it was 50 minutes. FInally one of the techs told me and the other lady waiting that our's were ready even though they hadn't called our names. The lady in front of me had 4 prescriptions, however, they could only physically find 1. It took 3 workers to look for them and after over 5 min the lady informed them she was in pain and needed to go and couldn't wait for them to figure it out. In the meantime, I stepped up to checkout and the employee was attempting to ring me up for someone else's prescription, even though I even spelled my name out for her. The other tech hollared across the pharmacy that she did mine it had to be ready, again, it took multiple employees to find it. I checked out and left.Today I opened the bag and the bottle only to find that my prescription was 4 tablets short. It also did not have initials on the bottle to show it was counted twice. When I called the pharmacy and talked to the manager he simply said, "Our count is right." Then, just sat there. There was no way he had time in the 30-45 seconds he placed me on hold to physically count their inventory. When I asked for his manager's name and number because this was just unacceptable to me, he gave me an (800) number that I know is not going to do anything. Keith, the manager didn't apologize and was very rude, and pretty much incinuated that I was lying. Bottom line the staff at this location is either negligent in their duties to the customer and/or an employee is stealing medication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

I had to switch to CVS after getting new insurance and it has been a pain in the butt ever since. They dont ever have enough on stock so 1 script turns into 3 trips getting small portions filled at a time, you wait on hold forever to speak to the pharmacy, you wait at the drive thru forever until someone comes, and I dont understand why when I get meds filled monthly and the doctor calls them in you then have to call to ask that they get it ready? Shouldn't you do that already? Or when a medicine is due to be filled they dont fill it, again you have to call to get it ready, but again you cant get through by phone. Or when a medicine is finally ready they dont text you to say its ready when you've signed up for text messages. When I was with Walgreens I could always count on my scripts being ready and could pick up on my way home. CVS is never ready when you need it and I always have to go home and come back out. I'm not sure what the disconnect is but I dont plan to stay with CVS it's just to frustrating. Not to mention everything in the store it top dollar and higher than other stores.

Called two times today to talk to a pharmacist and was on hold for 20 minutes during the first call and 25 minutes during the second call before I gave up. Currently on hold for the third time today and I’ve passed the 40 minute mark. Someone please let me know if they eventually answer in my eulogy because I may be on hold until I die.

Went here to print pictures out and the young man, Quentin went out of his way to help me! He was extremely friendly and helpful!He was the only one working the front desk and handled it so well. Going between setting up the machine to print my pictures and checking other customers out...he did great!! He deserves a raise!!

Don't expect this CVS to answer their phones or deliver any form of customer service. 12 min wait times, hang ups and horrible customer service is what this CVS is about. No wonder it's been rated so poorly.

Theft is friendly and knowledgeable however it takes forever for them to answer the telephone You have to go through an automated service which is absolutely ridiculous. I know I'm not the only patient there but they need to treat everyone equally my son was trying to get in touch with them the other day and set on the phone for 2 hours waiting for them to answer..
