Here’s my 1 star rating. But I blame myself for being foolish enough to pay almost 5 dollars for one scope of ice cream on a cone. Guess what UDF, you won’t get another dime from my family for anything. Corporate greed hurts Americans.

Best ice cream ever!! By far better than anything you will get in a grocery store! I will definitely drive the extra 45 min to get more!! Staff is super nice and friendly and super helpful! A PLUS in my book!!

I rarely leave reviews good or bad and this one is about their doughnuts that I will say are very good. You can buy them individually or get a small price break buying a half dozen and a little more savings buying a full dozen. Take them up to the counter and the cashier scans them individually from their picture chart individually at full price and the price break doesn't happen automatically. I mentioned the savings on a half dozen and the cashier responded with .. That's now how I ring it up . I pointed out on the doughnut display case the price on a half or full dozen.. cashier again says ...that's not how I rang it up .. then I explain that if you buy a half or full dozen UDF gives you a little savings.. again ..that's not how I rang it up. It was only a dollar off but it's the point and it wasn't the first time or I wouldn't have written this review. I left two stars because these UDF doughnuts are the best around and if you've never had them you should definitely try them out . Doughnuts get a five ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐.. cashier gets a zero ⭐

Typically service with a smile and quick conversation. They make things hard for the employees (certain ways they have to get change & how they'll have a ton of workers working but NONE but 1 can deal with anyone who wants to buy booze or alcohol) other than that it's just a small town small gas station.👍☺

Just paid $11.38 for two peppermint shakes. There was more milk in the shakes then anything, no ice cream. The flavor might as well of been vanilla. The girl working the counter obviously is in need of training. Never again!

My daughter and I come here to here for gas several times a week and it is ridiculous that almost 90% of the time when you pay at the pump and try to get a receipt that the receipt paper is ALWAYS out! It’s called convenience! I pay at pump because I don’t want to go inside and it infuriates me that if I need a receipt I am forced to enter the store because the employees are too lazy to walk outside to fill the receipt paper!

The store itself is good, but the employees didn't seem to know what was going on most of the time. I think that the guy getting ice cream in front of me got his for free because the cashier forgot to charge him for it. They almost forgot to charge me. They actually went to a different part of the store before I reminded them.Although there seemed to be plenty of people working there, service was still slow. It didn't help when the manager came to the counter because the employees seemed afraid of him. He wasn't very nice. He kept saying don't do this, don't do that in a ride tone. Maybe service would be better if he let them do things.

There was a very rude worker/manager who had no manners and made me and my group feel like a burden as soon as we stepped in the door. Getting snapped at and told to leave while we were waiting on one of our group members to finish ordering was very rude. We got there an hour before they closed and it seemed like they did not want us there the entire time! Whoever is running this establishment, please teach your workers some decency! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I don't understand how an ice cream store can't keep the ice cream machine working.This has been at least the 10th time we have ordered and paid for a freeze and end up settling for something else. Machine down again. They shut the machine off early many times. Maybe time to invest in a new ice cream machine. Just left again and they scanned my card but did not get credit for purchase spent nearly $20 on ice cream no credit for purchaseLike gas prices and the Sales they have on most times.People seem not to care???

most UDF's are clean and friendly . and so is this one . I just wish they would allow a person more time to put their cash away so you can manage your money transaction "without" your ice-cream in your hand . I pay 1st and then request my cone . they are determined to make the cash and cone happen all at once . grrrr.

Terrible service, not friendly, very slow. 2 employees working. One ringing, one playing in the ice cream. Long line of customers waiting. They weren't paying attention to there surroundings . Sad !!!!

Not sure if it was the manager or a worker but the cashier was super rude around 11:45pm. Just got done with a 12 hour shift and I got nothing but attitude when trying to check out. Never coming here again. Worst experience at a gas station in my life
