Funny reading Dan Cooks review 🤦🏻‍♂️ clearly a heartless selfish individual who was alright with stabbing a loving company. I will recommend anyone hunter who has half a brain to Nubs!!!! Family owned and operated and you know what that means? It means they care about the product they are providing you. I’ve been to other processing centers over the years. Processing a deer is not quick and easy, it takes time and patience and effort to give a quality product. And they absolutely superseded any expectations. Not to mention they were already backed up and they still made time for me, and made room in their coolers to suffice my Deer. I also had to be out of town for a couple weeks, but they ensured me that my meat will be waiting for me when I returned. 10/10 best place you could choose! Thank you to the whole team, very kind, great affordable prices, and the quality and heart that they operate with is 100% apparent.

Awesome people and great work processing the deer. I had a variety of items made(deer sticks, summer sausage, backstrap, steaks, jerky, etc.) and everything has been tender and delicious. Looking forward to bringing another deer here and well worth every penny. I wish them well. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that Nub’s Processing is hands down the best deer processor I’ve ever taken a deer to. They have some of the most amazing deer sticks, summer sausage and jerky I’ve ever eaten. The packaging is absolutely amazing. Both Mrs and Mr Nubs are super friendly and make the process super easy. They also give you your deer back unlike other places I’ve used in the past. The shop has always been super clean. I’d most definitely leave more stars if there was an option for it. There isn’t anything I would change. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot in with them, jump on it fast. Well worth it all.

The best place I have found to take a deer for processing. Everything we have gotten done there has been excellent. The shop is always clean when I have been there, and all the staff is professional and friendly. You can be sure that you will get your deer back; they do a fantastic job and are a small business that takes care of customers. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is a fantastic family owned business. I came in to have a deer processed, after hearing about it from a friend. The second I walked in the door I was treated like family.They were extremely busy, but everyone took their time to answer all of my questions and was willing to teach.This may have been my first time here, but I guarantee it will not be my last. This is customer service at the very best.

Great Service! Very family oriented! They have processed deer for my kids and are great at saving as much meat as possible on a less the than par shot! I always get all my meat back professionally packaged and frozen ready for the trip back to Tennessee. Nubs is the only processor we use in KY and are happy to have them!

Awesome facility, very professional and friendly staff. Did me a huge favor I was in a rush trying to get back home and they were able to get the deer quartered out for me so I can check out of my Airbnb on time. Definitely recommend these people they do fabulous work.

Fantastic, friendly, I had some summer sausage made and when i got back home realized i was short a few rolls. I called back and they immediately took care of me and when i went back for my other rolls of summer sausage they gave me that plus several extra things including snack sticks, and sausage, i explained that this was not a big deal and i did not mind to pay for the extra items, but they were top notch and wanted to take care of a customer. I can’t recommend this place enough. Small family owned and operated business and great people. Great prices on top of that but for me personally, i would gladly pay extra for customer service like this any day!! This world has gotten away from that, Nubbs Processing, i will be a forever customer as long as y’all are available. Thank you for showing me your true courtesy today! ~JonBoy.

This season, my 13-year-old son killed his first two deer. He tagged two really great doe in Logan county. My son remembered how great the deer processing was last year and asked me could we take the deer to the place with the really nice lady (Brandy) and the butcher who was super cool. That would be the owners of nubs deer processing. The quality of their butchering, customer service, and meat packaging makes Nubs the best place to take deer in Kentucky. I have had meat from several states and have seen the work of many butchers. No one is better than Nubs. My son's favorite picture from the fall 21 season is the picture with the cooler and the meat when we picked it up from Nubs. The jalapeño and cheese deer sticks are incredible and their breakfast sausage is first class! Thanks to Nubs for great butchering and making my son's first kills special with your quality work!

This place has good prices and great customer service. Welcoming and clean. They even let me try a piece of jerky. I didn't really have intentions on buying any but it made me instantly buy some on the first bite. I went straight to flavortown. Wow. They made it a worry free process and I will 100% be a returning customer. Thanks yall.
