I normally would give this place five stars but I came all the way over here to get chicken salad and it was closed at 4:30 in the afternoon and the website says they are open until 8 o’clock so I was not happy. There was snow a few days ago, but nothing worth closing a business down today. The roads were fine! This is the only time that I’ve had something bad to say about this place. People here can’t handle winter and it shows. All I can say is buckle up buttercup and you’ll be fine.

First time here. My wife and I both loved it. I loved the style, service, and food. I hope it keeps up. Can't say enough about it, possibly my favorite restaurant now in the area, for sure top 3. 👌

Wanted something different for supper. I had heard about Chicken Salad Chick. So talked my daughter into driving the about 35 min drive to try it. We really liked it. We will definitely be back to one of the locations to eat it again.We got the Sassy Scotty on a croissant. I got the potato soup & my daughter got pasta salad.

The general manager there is rude as heck went through the drive through to order food asked them to hold on I was trying to get my order straight and the mic was in and the gm was talking wrap about my loud car and I needed to pull up so they could Hear u wasn't even talking yet I asked for cooperates number and she came to the windows and just said she was sorry still no corporate number or nothing I won't be Goin back that I'd for sure

We lived in Savannah, GA before moving to the area and Chicken Salad Chicken was my favorite lunch spot. I was so excited to see one come into this area. We live about 30 minutes away from this location though I still drive here for lunch about once a week. It is nice being able to get "fast food" that is not fried and is fresh. The staff is always so friendly and it is always clean.

Tried for the 1st time today. The food was delicious and the location itself was super cute and very clean. If you love chicken salad, DEFINITELY come try it out! There is a drive thru around the building, but I'd recommend going inside if it's your first time. Ask for Crystal! She is so nice and helped us pick the perfect lunch! Also TRY THE GRAPE SALAD AND THANK ME LATER!

Not going to lie, food there is good but sadly today when me and a co-worker ordered from there today we got 2 salads that were refrigerator burn on the lettuce and also the tomatoes were very soft. This won't stop me from eating here but won't be eating the salads no more though.

I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was dry! Either no fresh or no made in house. Very disappointing.The chicken salad I got was meh. Not much flavor to it at all. It had nuts and grapes in it and all I could taste was the pecans. Not what I was expecting.The loaded potatoe soup was good but not enough potatoes chuncks and extremely cheesey. Also not made in house.Not a fan of the lemonades.The sweet tea could use more sugar but I'm from the south. So I like it sweet.The staff was great. The atmosphere was welcoming.I will try it again and adjust my review base on my next visit.

The food was tasty, and despite being pretty busy, very quick. The staff was really nice and told us about the menu because it was our first visit. Id recommend the place. I can’t say i liked the decor, but that’s subjective.

This was our first time in this unique place. It had a clean, fresh, friendly atmosphere. The menu was mostly various items made with chicken salad. There was a large cooler in which people could get chicken salad to go, much like Dairy Queen. The food was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the experience.

It was good but a little disappointed in the amount and size of flavors. The nuts,cranberry's,onion and celery chopped way too fine. You don't get the full flavor if they are chopped that small. A bit too expensive for the amount of chicken salad they put on the toast. I had 2 inches diameter on my sandwich with no chicken salad. On the positive side, the employees and the broccoli salad are AMAZING!!! It would be great of they would start making wraps for those of us that do not eat bread😁

My colleague raved about this place. I went there on my rare day off. And now wish I hadn't. It was all underwhelming. The fancy Nancy chicken salad was okay, but not flavorful enough to be on a sandwich. It just got lost on the croissant. The Mac and cheese tasted worse than banquet frozen, and no southern lady would be proud of that. Sweet tea was barely Sweet. Won't be back.

i gave the rating 2 stars because the store was clean and i was able to eat peacefully alone. the mac and cheese didn’t taste right, the fruit was mushy, and the cashier seemed to be a-little out of it. she paused mid sentence , looked off into space for awhile, and forget everything i had said prior. the cookie and pickle was good with my meal though.
