Owner and sales lady were great to do business with. I'm sorry I forgot names. He even assembled the bike rack I went and got at walmart to get the bike home. I just asked to borrow some tools as I was not planning on purchasing an e mountain bike (or anything else that day), so there was not room in the truck to get it home that day.They have earned a customer for life that's for sure.

Great work. No one was able to fix my sprocket , got inside the store told him what was wrong he fix it in 5min. I’m glad my drive was worth it since no one around Nashville knew how to fix this. Great service.

I broke a 13t pulley on my Shimano derailleur and needed a new one to get my bike back on the road. There was a guy who took a look at my broken one and then went and dug up a spare that he had in the back. I was given the part free of charge. 5 star review for that. Thanks.

After providing great service for the years I was in the area, the guys at Bikes & Moore packed my bikes for an overseas move. Most importantly, they arrived safely. As I was reassembling them, I saw how much care and attention they put into the pack to make sure they arrived safely. Not only that, but the level of detail they put into it, marking handle bars for correct alignment, small parts packed and labeled. I can’t provide a high enough recommendation.

I was very impressed with the staff here at Bikes and More. Very friendly. I needed a new computer so I got the Element Bolt Roam. Can’t wait to compare it with my Garmin. I don’t know about other people , but when I go in a bike shop I feel like a kid in a candy store , and I’m 58. They have a great looking store “Kit” I’m going to get when my size comes in. Great choice of graphics. I got there about 20 minutes before closing and they patiently waited for me to get done browsing ! I had made my purchase and went to Starbucks down the block for my cafe stop. To my surprise, a half hour later, the owner spotted me adjusting my saddle. He had stopped and asked if I needed help adjusting it which I was nearly done. I’ve never had a bike shop do that.... Ever. He also asked if the guys explained to me how to use the new computer. Talk about service after the sale. I was also invited to the group rides when I’m in the area. This is a top notch bike shop. I can only wish them all the best!! Otherwise you can one from their catalog.I’m glad I chose to drive from my state to their location. It was worth the trip. They have a wonderful selection of bikes, equipment, and upgrades, as well as a knowledgeable staff that will help you pick the best product for your bike or riding style. Thanks B&M! I bought a pair of Velocis shoes but they wound up being too small after trying them out for about 10 days or so. I returned them & got refund, no problems at all. And, thanks to TREK for their liberal 'try for 30 days' policy. Have worn Bontrager shoes going on 13 yrs. or so--finally need a new pair (they last a LONG time) :) Thanks again Jimmy and Danika

Great crew who helped me get my bike fixed quick. Great assortment of products, gear, with new and used bikes for sale. I am new to the area and don’t know about the better riding areas. They provided me with plenty of riding options, starting points for parking the car, and areas that are safer for biking with minimal car interaction. They have group rides which I look forward to once weather improves and we get more daylight hours, and have detailed routes available on their website. Great info for someone new to the area. Will definitely be using this shop for my future cycling needs.

I took my department store bike to "Bikes and Moore" a few weeks ago and they totally re-furbished it with new tires and gears. I am so happy with how it turned out. I just finished a 15 mile ride in under 5 minutes per mile which is almost 1 minute a mile faster than I was riding before I took it to them !!! It handles so much better and rides so much smoother. I am so glad I took it to "Bike and Moore". 5 stars is an easy decision!!! Thank you Guys

Top notch bike shop serving everyone from box store bikes to the latest and greatest bikes out there. I was only in town for a few days and couldn't have gotten luckier . The bike shop was available after hours to help me with a mechanical, they put on a hell of a group ride (be wary of the firepower ride), and all the cyclists I met associated with this shop were so friendly and supportive.Jimmy is a solid dude and I'll definitely be back soon.

I brought my 4 year old son in with me to get an inner tube replaced. He loved playing with the blocks in the little children’s area while I conducted business. All the employees were very nice, cordial, and respectful. The owner took his time to make sure that we were taken care of, and set the tube in the tire himself. Wonderful spot for all your cycling needs because they’re going to take care of you
