I always love biglots. When I saw I had one near by I was extatic. I used to purchase misc items. Then I learned how good they are with holiday decor. It is my go to for this. As well as misc food. My child had food allergies and I usually always find cheaper products.

The store is clean, orderly & well arranged. Their prices are good, parking is adequate & their sales are worth checking out. Their people are great! Helpful, knowledgeable & so very kind. The aisles are plenty wide enough to accomodate a wheelchair or a power wheelchair. I enjoy my stops there & always find something I need or want.

Big Lots always has good deals. This particular store is always clean. Even with long lines, the wait for the register wasn't long. There's not a whole lot more to say. It's a good store.

Absolutely loved the sale on Halloween items and they have a fantastic selection of Christmas stuff out already. I decided to update my review since they completely redid the store. They have the best deals and sales on everything always. The sales associates are always so kind and very helpful. We had a team leader go out of his way to make our daughter happy when she was upset. All of you that work here are such wonderful people and make our day everytime we visit here ! Thank you all :)

First of all, their prices aren't that cheap anymore. Guess they having to pay for that store makeover some how.An the cashier was Very Rude! Didn't ask if I had a rewards card, just kept staring at the register demanding a phone number. I told her 3 times, I didn't have a card. If she would've looked up An listened, she might have heard me the first time. But she just snapped back with a smart remark.Second thing, if you have a rewards card, why don't they just scan the damn thing instead of wanting you to announce your private number to the whole store?

This location was clean and not crowded on my last visit. They have a several cute living room couch sets at reasonable prices. I noticed a lot of there flower pots and decorative items are extremly expensive for the quality. There food items were about the same prices as Walmart, and a lot of there items didn't even have prices.

I was shopping for a recliner, and my sister suggested Big Lots... I didn't even know they carried furniture. The selection was good and the staff was polite and helpful. The prices were very reasonable, and an employee even suggested that I put 10% down today to hold the piece I wanted and purchase it during the 4th of July sale for another 20% off! That's worth waiting a week for!

Big lots in hopkinsville has a pretty clean store and very good selection of things alot of out door furniture and all the accessories or decorations to go with it as well along with inside furniture for your home and the same with accessories and decorative items also they have some food/grocery items not everything but several enough for it to pay off and be worth it to pick some groceries up while your there😊 && there prices are perfect oh and did I mention they have layaway ?

I don't know how or why Big Lots would have a good review posted from me. Several years ago they sold me a couch with recliners. I noticed one side was out of alignment before the 30 day warranty was up. They offered a replacement but I had to bring the couch back to the store, and pick up the other one. I'd already paid for delivery the first time, and their product was not as advertised. I'm also a senior living on a fixed income, no help. Any way I refused to be out of pocket anymore money, but both recliners are broken. So don't buy from these people they do not stand behind their product or warranties, and have no consideration for Seniors. I will be coming back and reposting this every Christmas, Thanks for your service BIG LOTS.

my wife and I purchased a corner design fireplace. the manager Katie was extremely helpful, even offering the services of someone she knew who could deliver it and assemble it in our home. this was some of the best service we have ever received anywhere!!!!! thank u Katie and big lots!!!! you really made our day!!!

Fantastic CUSTOMER service. Prices are great for a variety of food items, pet supplies (food, bedding, litter, & toys), health and beauty, and furniture. Big Lots is a great place to get items when you want to save $$$$$.

Velveeta shells and cheese were supposed to be $2 according to the shelf sticker and at the register it rang up $2.45 plus there are a lot of merchandise without prices, no shelf stickers and I hate guessing a price. They don't have that cheap of stuff like I thought.

I love Big Lots! They have a huge variety of stuff. From furniture to hair supplies. You never know what you will find there.
