Look for the overhang with the 'F' on top, Go on and stop if you want good- mostly- from scratch food... Seasoned like a down- south- eatery should be (don't get it twisted, it is NOT soul food but it's close)... the help is testy (the younger ones, go figure 😑) if you get certain ones, but for the most part they want your money and know hospitality is QUEEN! So yes, I'll drive out of Illinois to this lil' Kentucky community when I want food food, for the price, with local- sometimes- sourced- prepared foods. If you ever eaten at the COLONIAL eat of here or the JUBELT north of here, this place will be one of those type eat- stops that you'll wanna frequent on YOUR travels (a I CANNOT PASS IT UP eatery if you're in the area).

First time in Frisco's restaurant this morning. It's a cozy down home kind of place! My daughter and I had a wonderful breakfast. The food was delicious. It came out fresh, and hot. Missy are waitress was very sweet and attentive. It was kind of like going over to a good friend's house and having breakfast with them. I absolutely recommend this place for people who want to go in and get a good bite to eat and the prices are really good also.

Great place to get a steak dinner. Look at it. Yummy. ...yes. This place is a service station but it serves sooo much more and they cook your steak to your liking....Happy Eating...

Very good service at the restaurant and great food. Eggs cooked perfect, home fries very flavorful and the bacon was great. Nice and thick with a great hickory taste.

Yeah I'm being that guy. I give it 3 stars because they allow smoking 🚬 inside. And I HATE cigarette smell. Otherwise, friendly faces, clean enough bathrooms, and truck parking friendly. They close at 9pm so use the bathroom 🚻 early while you can so that you're not stuck if you need to do number 2 after hours.

GREAT place has truck parking but not in trucking book. Its a diamond in the rough. There is a GREAT restaurant there not many left mom snd pops ones anyways. They also fix sandwiches, biscuits , pizza and such for ppl in a hurry. I can't wait to go back and eat on Friday seafood night.

Everyone at this place whether it was an employee or customer...they we so friendly. The food was awesome. Waitresses didn't miss a beat. Helping each other out with their tables and not making customers wait on anything.restrooms were clean and roomy. Great service even though they were extremely busy.

Fristoes baby!!!Truckers and travelers...come get it!- Cheap Diesel! It was even cheaper than Hucks when I came through last week,...How!?!? Dont pass this place up if heading north into Illinois or youll literally pay for it! Stop here.Its worth it to stop here just to see the nice marble floors leading you into the clean bathrooms!Its a Mom and Pop Truckstop Gem--They got all the snacks and other goodies like all the big corporate places, fried snacks, burgers, etc and a restaurant.Friendly folk work here and ya feel welcome.Truckers--lot has room for about..idk...15 trucks and 2 diesel lanes. Not a place for a reset, only overnight cause its just fuel and food, no laundry etc.Stop here instead of big corporate place.From here on out south of paducah on 45 its fristoes baby! *mmmwah* magnificent!

I stopped in this afternoon for something quick to eat. They had some hot wings in the warmer, already ready, so I decided to grab them and take them to go. They were absolutely delicious. Even though they came from the warmer, you could tell they were sill pretty fresh. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the wings weren't as spicy as I would have liked, but they were still great!

Service was great. Food was reasonable &, even if you may think you do not like brussel sprouts - they were great. Actually all their food is really good tasting. Think we will make the drive from Murray to try again soon.

Being a small mom-and-pop organization, there's not much to expect from this place. You feel kind of like an outsider because every time someone comes in they get called by their first name and you are just referred to as ma'am or sir, the restaurant was spoken highly of but I didn't get a chance to eat there being that it closed at 2 p. M. Also for a small country store they did not sell beer which was a big Downer for me. As far as cleanliness, they still smoke inside so there are Hues of yellow against all the paint, and the bathrooms were more suited for a pub. All in all if you can go somewhere else don't stop here.

Fristoes has always been a great. Would like to just say thank you for standing up as long as you can for your servers, and community to stay open. As a server who's restaurant did not I applaud you. If you don't want to come out, then don't but don't shut down hard working people trying to support their families especially before the holidays. Thank you again.

This place is so amazing. The food was excellent, and affordably priced. everyone was so pleasant and the waitresses were awesome.They even had a fiddler out front playing some really good highland music. Such a nice young man.Never expected such a rough day to end so well. Cant wait to come back.... huuungry.

Said I was hired but no one wears gloves or washes hands, just found out I was on call but called and apparently I was never hired. See how you work for a couple days and then just washes you away like the hands should be. Thanks 😉

I just wanted a sausage egg and cheese on a bun. But they wouldn't make anymore due to their being to many chicken sandwiches available. How that's my fault I have no idea. And this was at 7:30 a.m. on a saturday 🤷‍♂️

What everyone says about this place is true. Wonderful food and store. As a truck driver I dont get to stop at these types of places often but glad I got to check this place out. I recommend this place for anyone.

Got the fish plate with all trimmings it was awesome. Food not greasy it was hot and fresh. Service was great, friendly ppl. I'll definitely will be going back. They have a variety of foods on the menu.

Nice country store and restaurant ( breakfast & lunch ) . All the locals come here to greet and eat. Country store has lunch meat deli counter. Friendly people. Truck parking lot is dirt. Coffee was good.

I can say this place is wonderful...Being a truck driver I would recommend this place to all my drivers Especially if you have to wait to get loaded at the chicken plant ....The beautiful young lady that was my server made me feel welcome....You guys make sure to check this place out...I'll definitely will be stopping by again when ever I'm in Kentucky....Thanks Sheila

You'll not be disappointed.Breakfast and Lunch ONLY. Yum! Fills you up through and through with stick to your ribs goodness.They have; bus, RV and Heavy Commercial Vehicle parking. Drive carefully in and out of Fristoes as those fine folks are always in and out to the poultry plant next door.Open daily around 06:00 a.m. (restaurant part closes around 2 p.m. cst) cst and close around 10 p.m. cst.Cash and major credit and debit cards accepted.

It is the best and the most friendliest place to go eat breakfast or lunch .They have some real good home cooking and they will fix it like you like and don't want to leave this out there coffee is delicious especially with a piece of there homemade pie.

Great place.Used to stop here with my dad when i was just a kid riding shot gun in the big truck.I think the guys name was Sonny that ran the place .Now im getting to be the old guy glad this place is still around.
