This Walmart's right by my house and it's the only one in Henderson Kentucky so that makes it pretty convenient. It's a clean store and everything's put away right even in the clothes section. So that's awesome and the people are friendly. The pharmacy people are friendly so it's a good place to go.Also, I have Walmart+ and this store always gets my order right.

The prices are going way too high. The stock is way too low. Lots of empty shelves. Milk spoils very quickly now. Like the cooler is not working well.

Great place to take your pet! Seen more dogs in shopping carts then in any other store. The manager is RUDE - but he got away with his job for 33 years. Employee have NO IDEA how to behave around a trained service dog. Service dogs are NOT jokes - they are medical equipment- please leave your pets HOME! leave service dogs alone!

I went to pick up a Walmart to Walmart transfer of just $50, & even though a week prior, an employee accepted my temporary ID, last night they refused to verify my identity given my temp ID, my previous expired license, & my social security card. Of course I also had the Reference # required for the pickup. They clearly pick & choose whom they will help, & make up 'policy' on the fly. I saw it as petty, & unprofessional, & the smug cashier took pride in my being upset about the situation. Seriously, why can't you give a customer the benefit of the doubt when I was obviously who I claimed to be. I spend thousands of dollars a year shopping here. I'm reconsidering it, just by this simple disrespectful, spiteful, petty gesture.

We went in to look for a Christmas tree. We found one we liked but they only had the floor display. I asked an Associate that was stocking a shelf if they had any more in back. He came over and checked, that was the only one. He looked it up and told us the West side Evansville store had 3. He was very helpful and my wife got the tree she wanted. Merry Christmas!

This particular walmart is always packed. Customers and employees both are always in your way. No courtesy at all. Delivery most of the time delayed alot now. And alot things never in stock. I just don't understand it.

I must post again to hopefully gain attention to just how rude the staff, especially the nighttime staff, are at this store. Using profanity in front of customers and being rude is not professional on any level. I often see groups of upper management doing walks around the store but nothing is ever improved. What exactly are they paying managers here for? They’re not doing their job.

He had an appointment to change the oil at 12 PM. 40 min later they even didn't thatch the car. Apologizing didn't work. We had to cancel our appointment due to our busy schedule that afternoon 🙃

Nice Walmart, the store was clean and well laid out. Prices were reasonable and a wide selection of items. The checkout lanes were very crowded but the staff were trying to move through people quickly.

Worst customer service I've ever had at Walmart. Auto center let's the phone ring because they don't want to work. Takes hours to change a tire. Asks for your receipt and makes a huge scene if you don't show. Very unprofessional

I finally have learned where everything is at, and have gotten used to checking myself out with the self check-out. Which wasn't very hard to do beings I've worked in retail my while adult life!! So far their employees I've dealt with are very kind and social able.

While Walmart offers everything from groceries to clothing under one roof, it lacks what Walmart used be in the Sam Walton Days…. Help whenever you needed it, friendly staff. Today, There is never anyone around to help , the staff will walk right by you as you try to stop them to ask a question and forget about going to the sewing section for help with fabric, no one is ever there to cut the amount you need.I feel l lose at least 30 minutes of my life everytime I need to purchase something here bc out of all the checkout lanes, usually only 2-3 of all the massive amount they chose to create are opened so this means running in and out for a gallon of milk, eggs and bread may cost you more of your time than shopping at one of the hometown grocery stores. Please don’t get me started on the self checkout lines.A lot of the time that’s your only choice when checking out. When you have a cart full this is quite a job and very stressful especially for the elderly. The customers which is almost everyone bc lack of choice that uses these should receive a discount on their entire purchase bc they are doing the work of hourly employee.I feel the staff must not be treated the best bc most of the checkers are on robotic mode....which I am not casting blame towards them, I feel their job must be difficult standing all day and dealing with sometimes unpleasant customers.Walmart’s prices can now be beat at many other grocery stores. Henderson’s hometown stores offer great weekly deals and at these stores, there is always someone offering to help you and you receive a more personal experience. I feel Walmart is not part of our hometown. It’s become too big and has thrived on closing mom and pop businesses down.

I go to walk out after being my own cashier and the greeter accusingly asks to see my receipt....NOPE.Actually had one follow me out the door and grab the receipt off the cart that I was putting back since I only had a couple items and I could carry them to my car. He looked at it, put it back and said thank you, have a good day 🤨🤬

Great customer service overall, fast checkout times and service. i want to give a shout out to a associate at the Henderson Kentucky location, named Brittany Watson , she was awesome! She took the time from her very busy job to help me get a few items I couldn't locate. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. I have trouble getting around because of a disability. Unfortunately, a couple other employees acted like they didn't want to help me or was too busy. Brittany though definitely knows the real meaning of putting the customer first. More employees can definitely learn from her, thank you.

Moving shelves again. I understand the reasoning to keep shoppers shopping to pick up more items. How ever price are to high up across the board on EVERYTHING. So I want to get in an out .please after we get use to These Shelves Moved. Leave them B! The store was clean and workers were friendly and helpful. For I did have to ask for help on dog calming treats.

Messy store with rude employees. Visited last night and an employee named Kieran used profanity openly at the checkout and was rude to multiple customers. Most employees here are rude and the store always looks terrible.

This Walmart is very friendly and tolerant of truck drivers who park and sleep overnight in its yard. Also we drivers love to do shopping there too. Thanks!
