Great selection. This store carries products that you cant find elsewhere. Unique items and more choices than big chains. Staff is super friendly and helpful, shelves are well stocked and organized. What a gem. Highly recommend.

Well, it's not Walmart. But ...The prices are, accordingly, higher. Over $5 for a frozen meal that Walmart has for close to $3.25? Same significant price difference on simple cans of soup, too? Yep.The one that really gets me, though: They have a rewards program you can't actually access in the store due the poor cell signal. "Are you a rewards member?" Well, yes, but I can't prove it because the cell signal is so bad in here that I can't pull up the app.

I just called the deli to inquire whether or not they had banana pudding in the cold case. The person said she wasn’t sure so I asked her to please go look. She must be having a bad day because she was not pleasant. And no they didn’t have any as usual. So I went to Eastgate. They always have banana pudding in stock. I’m buying it for my 90 year old mother!

I hate this store. The cashiers and managers are rude. And there is no racial diversity amongst the cashiers, front desk workers or managers. I believe the person who does the hiring for this store is racist. And that is why I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

I go to Sure way to buy my meat. It's the best. I always try to choose them over Wal Mart. I stop at the deli many times to get a hot meal and my sandwich meat. They have the best fried chicken for the best price.

We had to take some of the phones away from the departments because the “dairy manager” stacey liked to have social calls for 2 hours at a time. Also she has been over an hour late more times than I can count and leaves boxes everywhere around the store and does not bother to pick them up, but i’m sure everyone that shops or works there would appreciate if stacey took her and her “talents” elsewhere.@The Chief

Sureway is a great grocery store. They also sell cooked food , like fried chicken. And they are very reasonable!!!So much so that i know so many people that trav30 to 45 minutes one way to get this chicken. As i do , because i live in Indiana andbi will travel to Kentucky to get some of this chicken as well. If you like fried chicken trust me it's a must try ! Trust me you will be going back again

This place has the best fried chicken and at the best price!! I was amazed at how amazing the 16 piece was priced and then when we got home and eat it nobody left a piece of meat on any bone and wanted more! Thanks Sureway

There is nothing really wrong with this particular sureway, other than the fact I can't find anything, I'm looking for, though truth be told I don't go there enough to even learn where things are placed anyway. They are extremely to expensive for me and my finances, (or the lack of), my finances that is!!! 😅😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Sureway is amazing! They really saved me this time. I was having real trouble finding a whole duck and oysters for traditional holiday oyster stew anywhere in the tri-state and Sureway had both!

Sureway is an Excellent place to get friend Chicken. There are 3locations in Henderson KY one is on Green St, 2nd on 2nd Street. And 3rd on Watson Lane. I recommend 2nd Street . Their deli is fresh and clean. Food look freshly cooked. Love it !

OK, but seems like they never have enough of which ever soft drinks I try to purchase. And mostly when on sell. They went from like four rolls of plbb extra to 1 roll. And I do believe they sell enough to have more than one roll. Thank you so what do you think?

One place could find KY Legend Ham. And saved $4.00 on it. Plus able to get other stuff for Easter supper. Very helpful cashier.

They were VERY expensive. If you weren't buying what was in the ad other thing were over-priced. It was my first time in and probably my last unless its a sale item. The do have scooters for the disabled.

These places are about the only thing keeping Henderson from being a food desert. Is sureway good? They've stayed open despite Wally world, and that's saying something.

Good family hometown store love the stamp idea but hate gow u will have to buy things for over 5 dollars just to get one stamp them have to fill out 100 hundard stamps just to get 5 dollars back

Sureway north is always well stocked and very clean. I shop all 3 stores in Henderson but I prefer North.

Checked the website and it said it was open. Drive in and the doors are locked. Doesn’t open for an hour after website says they are. I am a senior trying not to be exposed. Update your website please.
