I haven't been here in awhile. went last week since when do you have to pay for plastic bags to carry your stuff home in? They should have it posted somewhere. Ridiculous fr . Don't plan on rushing back.

It's been awhile since I've been to Big lots when I was there before it seems like the prices were a lot cheaper but I guess with the epidemic like it is every prices have gone up so I guess I shouldn't complain. The cashier that checked me out was amazing she was an older lady and she offered me a discount she had a coupon for that helped me out saved me $10 I thought that was awesome for her dad offer that. They still have pretty decent stuff it's just so much of it I wanted but can't get not enough room in the house for it all.

We bought a couch and it was very affordable and not bad quality. If you need something and Walmart is too expensive, check out Big Lots. Friendly staff and decent products.

We wanted a recliner. We found a really nice one in our color and comfortable!! We were surprised it was only $299.00. Very nice price!!!! We had looked around other stores but found nothing close to our desire or price! To make it more special, the lady ask if we had joined their rewards club!!!! So my husband joined. This reduced the price to $217.00. Adding the taxes we paid about $228.00. We were very pleased with our purchase and the service.🌝. We found out great deal of the day! Or month!!! It's a nice place to shop!!!

Big Lots always has a good assortment of interesting Foods available. And I appreciate their clearance prices. It's worth the drive over to Henderson for us occasionally to visit this store even though we have two Big Lots in Evansville.

I've always loved Big Lots until today! My shopping experience there was extremely stressful. I was in the store for approximately 35 minutes and felt terrorized by the staff. Every minute of my visit was interrupted by staff asking if I needed help! To the point where one staff member chased me down the isle repeating himself when I refused to answer their question for the 30th time! I will NOT go back there again!

They don't have the ability to check a price if something is not tagged. Very frustrating when the item you want was this last one they had in stock. Also was told items from the floor display could not be sold but within hour of being told that, they sold a display item.

If I could give them zero stars I would because that's what they could do for me, ZERO absolutely nothing. I bought a couch less than a year ago, the material is cheap and worn out and cracked very quickly. I actually bought the 3 year replacement warranty with this couch and they still would not do Anything for me! Even with a 3 year warranty! I do not recommend buying anything from here. Do not buy a warranty there, you're wasting your money!!!!!!!!

Big lots carrying lots of Sales. Bought a Recliner from them. They tried to get me the best deal Elisha Barret Supervisor assisted me . She went out of her way felt to accommodate my needs. Thanks Big Lot!!!

They sent me coupon for $10 off $50 but I wasn't allowed to use. They coupon didn't say anything about a restriction so I wasted my time. Left most of the stuff sitting on the counter.

what I like about big lots is it has a variety of import foods products that you don't see it at your normal American stores they also have great deals on furniture and outdoor equipment and I usually go there for school supplies Halloween candy sometimes just shopping around killing time with my friend.

The warranty they sell isn’t worth the paper it’s wrote on. I was told the day I purchased it, the warranty covered every thing from a stain to a puncture. They never even offered to send someone out. The guy on the phone just said it’s not covered. It’s just a way for them too rip you off. Do not buy their warranty. For that matter don’t buy their furniture. If the material it’s made of can’t hold up for even 2 years who would want it anyway. If there was less then a one star I would have chose it.

Big Lots always has a good variety of snacks potato chips kind of some unique things as far as snacks! And they always have a good seasonal area for decorating your house!

Very old and needs to be remodeled! Use to be a great place for deals. Now they try to compete with DGS, Walmart and other general comodity stores. Prices are not competitive & more in line with competition.
