We rescued a stray cat and took him in to be neutered so he could live indoors. He was dirty and matted as we had only recently caught him on our property.He came back clean and groomed. No complications from the surgery at all.Staff is very friendly and helpful!

I took my dog Ruby here to be spayed. After picking her up, she had some unforeseen complications overnight and had to bring her back in the next morning. The staff here did a wonderful job getting her all fixed up and ready to return home. Highly recommend and can honestly say your pet will be in good hands at Commonwealth Animal Hospital.

They have been absolutely phenomenal in taking care of my cat with a sudden acute trauma. I was waiting for scans from an emergency vet and had to go out of town. Not only did they board him and take phenomenal care of my cat but they were so responsive to my contacts and even got a second opinion from another vet when my cats scans arrived. Dr. Luke has been honest and encouraging through the entire process setting proper expectations for care and followup. I could not have asked for better from this entire staff even the ladies at the front desk who have been so kind in helping to schedule appointments for ongoing therapy. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Animal Hospital.

This is such a wonderful place to bring your pet(s). The staff are always friendly and courteous and the veterinarians are helpful when they answer our questions during the visits. I also really like that it’s easy for my pet to be put on the schedule with hardly any wait time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. We brought our dog in for a minor procedure and instead of putting her under they put her to sleep. She wasn't old, with many good years in front of her and was the center of our world and through their sheer negligence and incompetence they took her from us.

My rescue pup is very fearful of the vet and unfamiliar people, but they did an amazing job handling him and keeping him calm. Probably our best experience at a vet by far. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Easily answered all of my questions. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Shannon Blair has done such an excellent job over the years of treating my cats & dogs. Her excellent medical knowledge, judgement & compassion in treating both my cats & dogs is second to none. The receptionist Gina is just wonderful. All the techs are awesome! The groomer Jodi is really good on my Standard Poodle. But beyond that, and most importantly, all my dogs & cats have always loved being there! That speaks volumes to me about how they are treated & loved!

Dr Luke Bosse and the Commonwealth team saved my dog's life!! She needed emergency surgery and not only did they get her in after hours, but they ALSO worked with me on the payment. I will never forget the care they gave our precious baby. I will forever be grateful for the second chance we got, and no dollar amount will ever be enough to repay what they did for us. Our family continues to be whole because of them, and you can't put a price on that! I won't take my pet anywhere else!! Thank you to the team that saved my precious Fiona's life! I11/13/2023I've known Katie Tierney for a number of years and TRUST her without reservations as Woofie's Vet Tech and in Woofie's mind -- HIS PERSONAL PRIVATE NURSE, in the care of Woofie. I met Dr. Luke Bosse for the first time; and I appreciate the TIME he took to explain Woofie's current health condition as he approaches 16 years old. His professionalism in his knowledge, skills and experience; along with the personal warmth in being understanding -- cognizant that there are owners like me, who genuinely want the best for their pet-kids who were initially rescued and adopted as puppies. Woofie is a high maintenance Pomeranian dog in his health; but it is offset by his personality which is entertaining to say the least. My heartfelt thanks and deep respect to Dr. Luke Bosse, Katie Tierney & Gina for their care and concern ensuring Woofie has continued good health. Woofie has a lot of health issues; but thanks to the knowledge, skills, and talents of the doctors and vet techs he is doing amazingly well. Woofie is a DRAMA KING and HAM. The ENTIRE STAFF have always been wonderful in working with me and always quick to respond when I call when faced with a health issue on Woofie. The facility is clean; all staff is professional; yet warm and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I called them because. My cat had just had kittens. She wasn't paying any attention to them . I was afraid they were going to die. They had me bring momma and the two babies. I was so worried. When I got there. They took them all back. I was so relieved. They took care of us right away. I can't say enough. They made sure my little babies and momma were taken care of. This animal hospital is the best . They were just as concerned as I was. They showed compassion and sympathy. Like no other place I have visited. They are in it to save animal lives. That means a lot to someone who loves her babies. I took them lunch. I was so happy to see those little ones survive. Momma is awesome as well. I will take all of my fur babies to them. If you need help or just a check up go to Commonwealth Animal hospital. They are there for you.

We took our cat there for a private cremation. Every member of the staff is so friendly caring and compassionate. They really were sincere. We have entrusted our pets to them for cremation for several years. We will not go anywhere else for this service.
