They redid the store and it's now more confusing then ever. I do have kids which means frequently going to the bathroom. Bathrooms are clean and stocked when we go.

I now live in my home town of Harlan Co. Ky. My Walmart employees are much like my own family! Great service everytime! They go far beyond being "just" an employee. No place has a crew like my Walmart!

It was horrible none of the registers would work and we were told we could leave our cart and come back to buy our stuff but everything was gone

Store manager Paul. Listened to my concerns about cost of a carton of cigarettes being lower than individual package. He checked into it and confirmed a lower price. Sales clerk said price was same. Paul confirmed their is a a lower price if I bought a carton.I got lower price . Made me happy and clerk learned something.All was done in a very professional way by Paul

I actually was working at the Walmart at the time I'm one of the plumbers that are redoing the bathroom for the Walmart and I would definitely give Walmart at 4 star rating I was able to buy some items to the self checkout while I was working and was quite satisfied with what I've got and how quick it was to get it it has been a wonderful experience working for Walmart and completing their projects and look forward to working with them in the future Warren Collins

Found a parking spot fairly easily. Got around the store and found everything I needed with no issues. Didn't have to wait in line very long. All around good experience. The remodel is happening. Cant wait to see how much better the store becomes.

Our Walmart is a bit behind the times. Good store and just love the Pharmacy and staff. Overall it's a good store. Just a bit dated especially in the grocery section.

Needs a remodel BADLY. also staff need to be cleaning the bathrooms more often because it was a disaster last time and I don’t even want to know what that was on the floor in there.Other than that it’s your typical Walmart. Layout is a bit different than what I’m used to but still your typical Walmart.

Not the same store I remember. Not sure what it is management/or something else. Not stocked properly, with hardly any selection or anything actually. Used to be one of the best around. Now, wouldn't recommend unless had to. Whatever the issue is it needs fixed. And soon!

It's was sicken ,the manager would not give me a straight answer,I will never shop there again .Walmart can't take my check to pay my ku bill but they can take it when I buy thing ,NO NEVER AGAIN

The employees here are always helpful! The employee in the sporting goods was very helpful and friendly! Thank you!! More great help in the sporting goods today! One of their on line gas powered garden machines not good. I left a review for it, not happy with it!

Most WalMart's are top notch but the one in Harlan I think has had the same employees for so long they feel like they aren't there at the customer's behest anymore. For example the lady that was over the self checkout tonight locked eyes with me and like we was raised to do... I greeted her with a smile and hi how are you doing. Her response was an annoyed look and just looked away. Is it that hard to practice common decency anymore?Aside from feeling lesser than from most of the employees; and I want to point out that it wasn't all of them. There was this one lady who was helpful and answered my questions with a smile. But aside from the employees the store was decently stocked and clean enough. So as long as your not having a bad day and want it to get worse then Harlan Walmart is probably the place for you.P.S. The self checkout lady wasn't wearing a mask. Not sure if the employees are required like the customers are.

I typically go to Harlan Walmart before 8:00 in the morning. I find it is the best time for me because it's not busy. There is usually only 1 register open, but the lady that always works in the mornings on the register is very friendly and efficient.

This walmart was organized. Everything in order. No clothes thrown all over the place. Food and produce packed nice and neat.Got great help and convo from Sam Span. Much friendlier than in DC, MD, VA (DMV)

I understand it's Christmas time but the store was messy... but then again, Athens walmart has gone downhill and I try not to shop here. They use to take pride in the store and the employees. Sad that the employees aren't appropriated.

Yikes I’ve never had problems here before, lived here my whole life, but got hollered at today when I walked in the door. Someone got out of their car at the door, I was already walking in, said hi like normal people do and woman gets rude that we can’t be together and need to distance while she and the 3 or 4 associates the door are sitting shoulder to shoulder to each other and less than 2 feet from incoming people. I get it’s a stressful time but watch your attitude, it’s an honest mistake that I was polite to another person in your line of sight.

Just was picking up a few essential items. The store is well kept, clean and easy to negotiate. On the down side, employees are hard to find if you have a question on a product and etc.
