I use the grocery pickup a lot. I have received some damaged or missing items. But they quickly make it right by issuing a refund. I do recommend this service when you can shop in store,

Love the online grocery pickup. The people have always been really friendly while picking up our groceries. It is a great time saver for my wife and I. Only issues we ever have is when they are out of an item and substitute something, sometimes it's a good substitution and sometimes it's completely different than the original item. Other issue is not everything in the grocery section is available online for pickup. Maybe it's too many items to get correctly added online. But there are times that we have to go in to get grocery items we need.

I went with my daughter. They was on time but they had her eggs on the bottom of the bag with heavy stuff on top so she had broke eggs. Fortunately she saw them while helping them load them in her trunk and checked them and the girl went back in and got new ones. I believe there was only one item that was substituted so that wasnt too bad altho its one of them you never want to substitute.I would do this for myself after seeing the process upfront.So because it wasnt me fully experiencing it and i hope if I do it goes as well as hers did but because it wasnt me i give it 4☆'s. I would hope to give it 5 if I ever order my groceries there.

The GM Kenny Coach have Worst service ..... please check the prices before you pay for your things, make sure they don't charge you too much extra. The label and cashier have different prices sometime.
