On 12/12/23, I bought a firearm and was told that I also received a gift card because it qualified for the Uncle Lee's 12 days of Christmas $25 gift card. On 12/14/23, Uncle Lee's called to say that they had given me the wrong firearm (different serial number) and asked me to return it, for another with correct serial number. I told them I lived over an hour away, but would be there the next day. When I gave them my unused/unopened firearm, I was presented with an obviously used one of the same make and caliber. I informed them I would not accept a used gun in return. I met with "Matt" who said the gun wasn't used, I showed Matt why the gun is not in new condition. Matt agreed to get a new gun from the back. I also mentioned that I would like to buy another gun from the 12 days of Christmas sale, and was told I would receive a $20 gift card for my trouble. I was also told that I would not be receiving the $25 gift card, as I was told with my original purchase. When I said that I wasn't interested in purchasing another firearm, if it didn't come with the gift card as the prior purchase did, Matt rescinded the gift card that was supposed to compensate me for my trouble of driving over an hour each way, to help with the problem they created. This is not the first time Uncle Lee's has mixed up serial numbers on guns. Earlier this year, I wanted to purchase a rifle, but was not allowed to, because they discovered they had already sold the one with the serial number for the one I wanted. As an aside, while I was waiting (over an hour) I overheard a woman tell an employee that she lived out of state and would like to purchase a handgun and take it with her. He told her that would not be a problem. He is also the employee who mixed up the serial numbers on the gun I purchased on 12/12/23. The owners and managers of Bud's Guns should look very closely at who is conducting business on their behalf.

They have a great selection of duck, goose, turkey, deer hunting and fishing supplies. There's also a good selection of clothing for casual and hunting.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased a new gun from them. Got it home, gun is broken. I’ve called several times just to ask policy on how to return or repair. Was told to leave a number, and they would call me back. For two days I’ve tried to get a call to no avail. Called Sunday evening a hour prior to closing, no one would answer phone at all, other than once, it was picked up, and immediately hung up on. Never will do business again

Made a hour and half drive to this place ,had alot of stuff but absolutly no customer service ,stood there wanting to buy a gum and employee's just walk right past without saying a word

Worst customer service in the world.Got delayed on a gun was called and told I could come pick it up today so I get there and they already sold my gun to somebody else,dude behind me also had a gun on layaway and came to pick it up and it was also no where to be found.never apologized for there mess up and was rude to me as if I was the one wrong .why would I be called to come pick up my gun that’s not even there

Attempted to buy a new gun and was told display was only one left. Fine. Was tgen told i would pay full price for a display with signs of rust on the bolt, obvious scratches on the wood stock, marring on the barrel, and no magazine to go with it. On top of all of this, the girl at the gun counter was extremely rude, and before i could finish asking questions had already written me off and moved on to the next sale. Disgraceful service.

Very neat and organized fishing and hunting supply store! There are also things there for girls/ladies as well as children! Large selection of very cute ladies t-shirts too! The employees are always very friendly and are always willing to help you with anything that you could possibly need help with!! If you are hungry while you are there, you should try Aunt M's, you won't be disappointed!! The even have a few tables to sit at as well! Two very good places in one building! Will always have my recommendation!!

I use to stop in when traveling thru all the time. Always loved stopping in and finding good deals. Today was a different story. Walked in, went to the hand gun area stood for a good while at the counter, saw several employees and no one bothered to say hi, can you wait a min or any form of acknowledgement. Stood with money in my pocket, looking at the gun i wanted 5ft from me on the wall. Said forget it and walked out passing 5 more employees and still no one ever said a word to me. I guess they dont need my money and will do buisness elsewhere from now on.

The prices on the clothing and sports gear are expensive.The prices on the tools are very competitive if not the best in the region.The local staff are cordial and attentive.The building is old, and isn't Uncle Lee's anymore. Sad to see it go.

Uncle Lee's is a Country Boy/Girl's paradise! They have a large firearm selection and tons of apparel from great brands like Drake. This store is fully stocked for archery, fishing, and outdoor life.The staff and facilities are equally pleasant. I love dropping into Uncle Lee's whenever I am in the area.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Dropped in just for a box of ammo waited over 45 minutes no one even acknowledged me and finally left. There was a lady literally walking around behind counter not doing anything. Absolutely ridiculous. They lost us as customers today. Won’t be back.

Neither me or my husband or brother-in-law bought anything, so I cant speak to their customer service. However their inventory was fantastic in the firearms section. Most rifles and shotguns are displayed openly so all guests can pick guns up and look at this without asking an associate. Their variety in stock was astounding. We drove for 1.5 hours to see this store and it was definitely worth it. Will likely be making another trip there soon.

I’m not even sure why I come to this store anymore. Getting service in the gun department is a headache. Anyone I talked to today in the store all say the same thing, service is pretty bad! I waited for 20 minutes just to leave. I was trying to buy a cz scorpion evo micro 9mm and even asked someone to see it. I was told he’s too busy to help and he said but I’m here until 6pm whatever that means. They do have a great selection I can’t knock them for that, but service is definitely sub par. 2/5 also went on weekday last week to try and beat the weekend crowd. Still stood around before I was helped while 3 others behind the counter all talked. Sadly won’t be back.
