Not the best Sonic I have had, that's for sure. I got a burger that was not well put together and had maybe two or three little shreds of lettuce. The food was, overall, very mediocre. I ordered onion rings that they failed to bring them. My ocean water was good though. I will write it off as a bad day. I mean, we all have those right.

We waited a good 30 minutes for our stuff. And It was wrong. But I was not mad. There was only 2 people working because they were severely understaffed and the whole entire lot was full. The fact they pushed through and didn't just quit is commendable. They worked their butts off and was getting out food as fast as they could considering the circumstances. And they were still being polite and kind to people fussing and being impatient towards them for matters that we're out of their control. I don't know the two who were working tonight, but they truly deserve a raise, some appreciation, and a vacation!

If I could leave this place a zero star I would. Placed my order online at 6:07, all I ordered was 2 teas and a pretzel. At 6:27 still no order so I pushed the button, she said ky manager will be out there, at 6:40 I finally received my order. The car hop spent 15 mins flirting with the guy next to us. I will never go there again. When she brought out my order she was mad and had an attitude. Poor service and management.

First time coming here it will be the last! Started with the girl didn't want to listen to what we wanted so guess what the food was made wrong. Second we didn't receive the fries in the combo meal told girl when she come back she the argues with my husband we didn't order. Then we offer pay for fries she still didn't let us do that. I'm very disappointed in this business I won't be returning this is the worst Sonic we have ever been at.

Better than drive thru. We went there for lunch and though there were a lot of cars we got pur food very quickly. Kids loved it. The chicken tenders were juicy and tasted good. Fries were crispy, onion rings the perfect amount of crunch. The little chicken sliders are 7 year old approved. Can't go wrong with the soft pretzels! Staff was polite and pleasant. We'll def be going back.

We stopped by about 2 PM Saturday afternoon. Ordered food for 2 adults and 3 children. First, they got 2 drinks wrong and forgot one altogether. 2 of the orders were wrong. Ordered no onions on one burger and got extra onions. Food arrived in a timely manner. At 2:20 PM we ordered 4 mini shakes and 1 small shake. At 2:40PM we were able to pay. At 3:10 PM no shakes. Asked to speak with the manager. He arrived at 3:15 PM. He apologized and tried to explain that they had a lot of new employees working. Said that we were marked down as drive offs. They had refunded our money. I told him that we obviously had Not driven off. He said he was going to take care of everything. Silly me. I assumed he was going to make our shakes and at least give us a discount, if not for free. We waited until 3:38 PM. The server arrived with our shakes and proceeded with giving us a bill for 20 dollars. I don't know if you have been counting or not, but we had ordered the original shakes almost 1 1/2hours earlier. Then to be overcharged for 5 small shakes. I handed the server all the shakes and left. So, be forewarned before you go to sonic.

There milk shakes were really good but lately they are like thickened milk not much flavor. Today my cup was cracked and my shake wasn't thick at all. Sorry guys I usually don't complain but for what they cost let's get it right.

We've had enough bad experiences throughout the past few years that we stopped wasting our time here. Everything from slow service, messed up orders, cold food, undercooked food, etc. The final straw was when we went there for just drinks and waited about half an hour... For 2 drinks.... The place seems to be very poorly managed in my opinion.

I was very disappointed! I simply got a number one with chili cheese tots. The tots and chili were cold and the cheese was hardly melted. The hamburger was the same temperature as the lettuce. The stall I parked in didn't take my card and my carhop had to take it inside which he was super rude about.

I only gave 1 star bcuz they have drive thru, otherwise it would have been neg 5! Ice cream cone tasted like a bucket of lard & gritty. I understand that restaurants are shorthanded & alot of people are being trained, but this is the second one in a month! I guess someone hasn't learned how to mix the ice cream, yet. Also, 50% of the time for the past year, my cherry limonade has no cherries & yesterday no limes, either & it wasn't even happy hour which usually equals cheap $s, cheap drink, i guess you get what you pay for 😕, idk, maybe there's a shortage of limes & cherries. I frequently leave reviews, but usually not w/ local goods & services, but, i am an advid reader of reviews & figured someone might read this (management, perhaps 😉) & manage!

I ordered the #1 w/ "NO ONIONS" and even informed the employee (Twice) that my wife is allergic to Onions and reminded the employee to plz make sure there is No Onions an they assured me there is No Onions. So as I arrive home an give my wife her food, she checked to be 100% sure an what do you kno. There's more Onions than there is Burger. Like seriously..., I guess they didn't understand the assignment.

It’s a pretty good experience before and after you order. When you order however, they really need to get the mics away from their faces because it’s ear splitting and extremely annoying.-UPDATE-Over a month since first post, y’all still screamin’ in the mics.

I admit I'm a bit biased as I work here (in the kitchen). We try our best, but the turnover is sometimes insane so many times there are more new people then vets.However, the food is good, and as for drinks if you want it Sonic probably can make it.Sadly though sometimes orders can be messed up (the wrong food is handed to the wrong customer or an order is rang up wrong) we are always glad to remake them if we know something is messed up - we can't fix it if we don't know.

2-27-21 approx 1630..... spicy chicken slider was like leather. Tough and chewy. No onions for burgers or chili dogs. Chili fries has barely any cheese or chili on them. LITERALLY ASKED FOR JUST ONE SLICE OF LIME in my route 44 cherry limeade..... they put 5 in..... we got no ketchup or napkins. Also, they brought us regular Dr. Pepper instead of diet Dr. Pepper.PISS POOR SERVICE. PISS POOR FOOD.

I left, i have tried using on line Sonic app at two locations on two days this week. The App is horrible i have pictures of getting prices circling around for way to long. The first time i was in central city ky now greenville ky. I paid full price since the manager said that was the only way even after seeing it still circling after 15 minutes. Contactless does not work if you have to call someone then replace your order. Very disappointed, i tried to send feedback however it wont let me, another glitch i must give a rating so because of the app and now this Sonic gets a bad rating overall
