My husband bought a $20 pipe cutter. Made about 5 cuts with it and it broke. Took it back for refund or replacement and was called a liar threatened by Chris Brown. They don't stand behind their products. We will never go back to their store for anything, except to get HIS REFUND, NO EXCHANGE!They need to clean out the riffraff and get some honest people to run their business. Worst service ever! This is not how you run a business. Would've been different if he didn't have receipt, but he did. It's only $20 but it's the point that they sell junk and have a punk that likes to run up on customers and accuse them of lying when they have a receipt working there that likes to be shady. Whoever saw management material in Chris must be blind or not know what management material is. ACE HARDWARE OF GREENSBURG WONT LAST LONG WITH THIS KIND OF MANAGEMENT!

I'd give 'em 5 stars, but the price is always a little higher than competitors. Trade off for not having to spend gas and time going to Campbellsville, I guess. Glad they're in Greensburg.
