I have been using the McDonald's mobile app the last few months rather than going thru the drive thru or inside to order food & have noticed how much more quickly I receive my order & how the food is much hotter & fresher than when I used to order at the restaurant. Alot easier to just order ahead via the app & park in 1 of the spots with the Mobile Orders/Pay signs, which are numbered, enter the # on the app when you arrive & they will bring your food out to you within 3 mins. Never have to wait any longer than that, so far. Plus, a big benefit to using the mobile app is the points & rewards & deals you get. Each $1 you spend earns so many points, & when you reach at least 1500 you can exchange them for a free food item, and once a day you can redeem 1 of the "Deals" they offer in the app, such as "20% off Orders $3 or more", "Buy One Get One Free" etc. It doesn't take long to rack up the points, & the Daily Deals are actually very good value & helps to save money!! Bathrooms are usually pretty clean & well stocked, dining area I'm not really sure because I rarely eat inside, don't pay much attention to it. Free wifi, plenty of parking too

Went threw the drive threw placed my order didn't get half my order went back in line told them about it gave them the receipt that you could barley tell what was on it due to no ink just to get told oh we didn't get all that and you will habe to reorder. That's not my mess up when u keep repeating yourself and being a manager you handled the situation horrible!! Needless to say they didn't do anything and I will be getting on contact with the big heads. Mcdonalds in Grayson Kentucky always messing up our orders and then to come home and find a hair in your food. Ridiculous

You know how the McD Quarter Pounder with Cheese has actually been pretty good for the past few years? Like, with meat that's actually juicy and served hot? This location didn't get the memo. Cold meat, stale bun. It was like traveling back in time.But the building is pretty clean, so that's nice.

By far, the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. Clean, orderly, very professional and friendly staff. I don’t know what management is doing, but they are doing something right. Food was hot and fresh and fast! Unfortunately, I was passing through and won’t be back for a while, but I’m looking forward to my next visit. Best fries, bar none! Thank you!

My favorite thing to do is park and place a mobile order. I've never waited more than a few minutes and the employees are always nice when they bring the food out. It beats sitting in the drive-thru like forever and getting tongue tied trying to talk at the speaker. I usually come during breakfast and use the app to get the 'buy 1 breakfast sandwich, get 1 free' deal --- always the crispy chicken mcgriddle! I love the caramel frappes & the vanilla iced coffee (pay the little bit extra money to have additional vanilla flavoring added so it'll be tasty).

Went there for an interview yesterday. Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes, seemed like no one was working it. I was then asked to sit down in the first booth. I am assuming the kid went and told someone I was there for an interview hence why he had me to take a seat. Then as I am sitting there waiting (it had already been an additional 5 minutes at this point), I watched the manager on shift come out and change the signage above the fountain drinks in the lobby. Then another employee walked past me and as she went behind the counter asked if I was there for an interview because I was sitting there with my resume. I couldn't hear a response but I waited. Finally, 20 minutes past the interview time, which was supposed to be a 15 minute interview, I got up and walked out. It's already humbling enough to have to go and apply at a place like this and then to not even have someone come out to the interview is just down right rude!

I honestly never thought I would leave a review of a McDonald’s but here I am, because this was honest to goodness the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees were all kind, the food was hot and freshly made, not overcooked, and the order was made fast. It was clean, both in the dining room, and the restroom. And they were speedy with all of the drive through orders as well! I was completely impressed! Thanks for a great experience!

Well my friends, McDonald's is still working on hot food production. I was the only customer in the store at the time. I ordered the special from the $6.00 choice menu. I ordered the quarter pounder 🍔 with cheese. It was good and hot, the way I like it but not so fast my friends, the 10 piece chicken 🐔🐓🐥🐤🐣 nottttt fresh, a little bit hard, barely warm at it's best. I dont think that the people behind the magic wall monitors the temperature of the product that's in the warming trays. So from my experience, dont even ask for hot ones. Just be lucky that the line cook can count to 10 nuggets. I think they have chart or they all help them count to 10. Maybe it's the Count from Sesame Street, practice, practice, practice...just sayin. We are paying more for that cow 🐄🐃🐂🐮 and chicken 🐔🐓🐥🐤🐣 so it should be HOTTTT AND FRESH. Nothing else will do. I can wait,l will wait for hit and fresh food. Thank you AMERICANS

First, they handed us the wrong order through the window. Then when we went to go get it corrected they brought us out a completely different wrong order and then we had to go inside to get it corrected the final time. We were not offered anything for sitting here for 20 minutes while waiting on them to fix their mistakes. Also, they took the mistake in orders back from us and handed them to the correct customers that they were for but still couldn't find our order.

Manager was very rude. Kiosk didn’t work properly. The item we ordered received a cheaper substitute since they were out of stock. Bathroom floor needs cleaning. Should have gone elsewhere for a bite - there are plenty of choices in this area.

The service was poor. I ordered 2 medium coffees to refill my thermos for the road. The female cashier barely never spoke one word, offered me no smile whatsoever, and had no personality. She gave me the 2 cups of black coffee without asking if I wanted any cream or sugar, nothing. She only asked me for $3.90, which by the way was the highest that I’ve paid at any McDonald’s yet for 2 medium coffees. I have been on the road for a week and have had my thermos refilled by other McDonald’s out west for as little as $1.28 including sales tax. It seems the worse the service they give us, the higher the price McDonald’s charges us!
