Today was only the second time taking my dogs there. I have a couple of things I wasn’t satisfied with and I should have said something but the place was crowded with pickups and I didn’t realize until I got home that they didn’t smell fresh and clean. I have 2 short haired small dogs (one around 15 and other about 12 pds), there was no grooming just a bath for each of them. I know grooming isn’t an easy job, my daughter does it for a living everyday (doesn’t live close enough to do mine anymore). Basically I was charged 75 dollars for a basic bath package for both and I just think that is too high (my personal opinion). I was nice and I did tip but I can’t afford to go there anymore.

There next to a vet that's a pluse but their parking lot is ridiculous to attempt to enter and exit. Great staff. Timely

Went here for the first time today. Best experience I have ever had at a groomer's. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Jason was so great with my babies. He did a fantastic job. I could tell that my babies had a good experience too! Thank you so much Jason!

I took my little boy in to get a full services and bath. It was a bit hectic, but the guys took the time to make a new friend and I really appreciated that gesture for my boy. He came out about 2.5 hours later and looked so cute. I will definitely have them take care of Nikki again. Thank you for taking care of my boy. They even took a picture of him because it was his first time there. They took a bit of time and showed great patience with nick until they got the shot. The picture should be on there web site I'm really looking forward to seeing it!

Got my dog back she was in a seizure lasted 24 hours i called to ask what shampoo they used and they told me that they cant help what the shampoo does and hung up on me then called me back minutes later to tell me that I need to stop spreading rummers i just wanted to know what kind they used so i can keep her away from that kind. Rudest people I've ever delt with will not be going back id suggest wall dont either

Didn’t even schedule an appointment here. I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was probably one of the most hateful people I’ve ever spoken to so I hung up and scheduled somewhere else.
