They stand over you at you scan registers and then hold you up at the door checking your receipt more so than other Walmarts. If you don't trust customers then close the you scan and and open registers. Don't treat customers like they are criminals. We are doing your jobs for you and not getting paid for it and grocery prices are ridiculously high. We don't need to be treated like criminals on top of it all.

Wow just wow. I know this is a new era of free for all USA however when your employees while gathering buggies in the public parking lot are cursing and not just cursing but hollering the N word across to the next lane it absolutely does not look good on the employee or on the family Walmart name. This was on Monday , March 11 around 6:45 pm. No one should have to hear this type of talk.

I was shopping in the Sporting Goods dept, and many things are locked up, requiring assistance. No one was working in that dept, so I asked a Team Lead for help, she said she could not help me, but would page someone to assist me. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, I decided it was not worth the wait, and I would spend my money somewhere else.

Today, around 11:00 morning. It was a pleasure to shop at Walmart. The store and aisles weren't crowded at all. This store is clean and organized. I love the new fresh new look of the store.

i love in franklin and have been to walmart many of times and have never experienced what i did tonight.. the lady’s name was “ lucia” is what her badge said . She was so rude telling me and my brother to move our stuff and etc .. anyway WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They were ok, customer service is better now, if you can find an associate, took me 30 minutes for someone to help me, in sporting goods, in jewelry and automotive, no service, the same on the phone, what has happened to old fashioned service.

Franklin Walmart is a terrible place to shop! The store closes at night. They need to wait and bring out pallets while they are closed. Associate run over customers with bringing pallets of freight out. Then associates are also shopping for customers with big buggies. They also try to run over customers. Heaven forbid you want to actually look at something in their path, you have to duck in an isle you didn't want to be in or get mowed over. This place has lost the vision of taking care of actual customers. Sam Walton would be so sad to see what Walmart has become.

It's your typical Wal-Mart. Only I went to ask a question about merchandise I couldn't find, and the helper was rude and condescending. She spoke to me like I was a child, and her remark was, "If you looked harder, It was right where the sign said it would be." Except it wasn't. It was not the item I was searching for, and she wouldn't acknowledge that she got it wrong. She just walked away. I'm not going to report on her bc I just dont do that. BUY, if someone reads this, who is in management. Maybe have training day and explain kindness goes a long way in life.

I try to stay away from Walmart, especially with my wife. I'll go in for 3 or 4 small items & end up with a cart full $300 later.

Store was jumbled😵💫every aisle had overstocked pallets waiting to be emptied, store had a bad😷 odor, customer service was nonexistent🚫. Cashier ( not cashier) actually told me to use another self checkout because she was sitting on the one I walked up to 🤦🏾♀️. Now, there is a fear 🙄of asking for help in the store because EVERYONE is having a day! Bathroom was backed up 🤨🤢. You cannot have a good experience in Walmart anymore. Corporate doesn't care about stores, GMs don't care about employees, employees don't care about customers 🤷🏾♀️...just get what you need and get out quick.

I enjoy picking up groceries from this location. 95% of the time I have no issues. Sometimes, very rarely, I've had to wait a long time or reschedule due to lack of employees to handle all of our orders on some days. Everyone is nice and provides great customer service!

The staff all seem nice and helpful, but the prices are trash, the quality of Great Value/Equate branded items have gone through the floor. What's the point of going here instead of other stores? There isn't one now. "Low prices" used to be their thing and generally speaking the prices aren't worth the hassle. If something goes wrong, corporate policies always seem to get in the way of customer satisfaction. I'm just going to start going to grocery specific stores and then Costco for paper/etc. needs, jeez.

I was there earlier today. When I arrived row 6 in the parking lot had so many carts beyond the coral I could barely get through. I was able to park almost adjacent to them in row 7 there were 2 open spots which allowed me to swing the Crew cab long bed dually I was in into a parking place. Upon entry there was a woman sweeping the empty area where carts usually are. I told her of the situation in the parking lot. She said she would tell someone. There was another man sitting on something right inside the door. As I walked away I heard him say “ Well that’s why we ain’t got no buggies lol lol lol” as I walked across the front end to get from vision to Groceries I saw no less than 7 people employees not at registers or seemingly busy. I shopped for about an hr. Went back to my truck. Now there are vehicles on both sides and in front and I cannot back out of my parking place because there are now even more buggies no one has done anything. I called the store and told the operator. She kind of giggled and said she would tell someone and asked if there’s anything else she could help me with. I didn’t say anything but felt like screaming YES… Page someone right not to move these damn buggies !!!!!! Luckily about 10minutes later the vehicle in front of me left and I was able to wiggle out of the lot going the wrong way. Seems kind of petty but one of the simplest tasks to be done at the store.. just ranting after being aggravated. Thanks

I just shopped there. Bought 4 items, 2 of which were barbecue pellets and wood that would not fit in bags. As I self-checked my own order(3 lanes actually had cashiers but the lines were ridiculous) I was watched directly by an associate who acted as if I were a thief. Cameras cover every inch of the store including one in my face as I scan and pay. I paid, grabbed my receipt and left out the opposite end(where I was parked). As I approached the door, the associate told me she wanted to check my receipt. My answer is “I don’t think so”. Not after being watched like a child. She argued, I continued out the door as she entered the little “security room” in the entrance. No. I didn’t get chased out. No. I didn’t steal or fudge my bill. No. I will not shop Walmart again after this. I’m not a criminal. Stop assuming. I suppose I’ll be shopping IGA more now.

I love this Walmart other than the lady screaming over the intercom if u don't get checked out by 11 u r out of luck I'm shutting the check outs down at 11 no later very annoying and rude sounding I just left I said I'm not listening to that woman for the next 30 to 45mins I was even warned before I went in what was going on the lady that warned me said she said to hell with it got what she already had went to the front checked out and left said she'd come another time if she needed she'd probably head to Bowling Green before she came back to Franklin honestly but they was well stocked the panties and bras was an absolute mess was all crammed together kinda messy

Never have anything ur looking for anymore.The pickup needs a lot of help. My son waited forever for my pickup order, and got no apology for having to wait an hour. He would've left, and just not picked up my items and got refunded, but I needed my items the next day. Don't ever go past 7:30 pm. Had a hard time getting in touch with someone at customer service that night to get him help also. Noone wants to answer the phone.

I show up at 10 p.m. to do some grocery shopping, there workers and pallets in every isle and they stare at you while you try to pick out items. As I’m finishing up it’s about 10:50 pm and I’m at self check scanning my things by 10:55 pm. There were about 5 workers making rude remarks about getting overtime unexpectedly. As I’m still scanning thing on of the workers walks up and rudely points out that I haven’t scanned all my items as I’m continuously scanning. This experience made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable especially because the store wasn’t even closed when we were checking out. I recommend any other store tbh.

Well; it's a Walmart. It is a clean store helpful employees etc.. But I have found all Walmart stores at least around me have gone to mostly great value products. I like name brands as well on certain things. Keeping those in stock would help. Not to mention they Carry one product you fall in love with and you go back to get more to find they discontinued it. That why I gave four stars.

Had a big issuse with pickup today but the manager handled it very well and got everything settled and also gave a gift card even tho we didnt ask for that just the items we got very nice ppl and I hate they had so much problem with the order but glad they handled it

Frequently low on stock for items. Staff will run you over as they are moving freight. Cashiers need trained better. I had two incidents this month alone that cost me $15 each time due to a cashier’s mistake. One time my employee discount wasn’t applied to an order after I swiped my card, and I had to stand at the customer service counter for a half hour to get it resolved. The other time (just tonight) the cashier rang up $15 worth of another customer’s items on my tab and I didn’t notice til I got home. The repetitive lack of care is frustrating.
