The lack of knowledge care or concern in the pharmacy is a cause for concern. I have never been treated so bad by someone who was suppose to be helping me I really have no idea how some seem to think it's okay to treat others the way they do all I wanted was a refill on my BP meds. .

Hey Joe D! Same issue! The Pharmacist refused to fill my RX because I am uninsured and cash pay. She asked me if I had insurance, when I said no she asked how do I even exist and continued to lecture me on not having insurance. She insisted that she couldn’t fill my RX. My doctor’s pharmacy gladly filled it and I paid cash. I have a video that’s gone viral on this subject. I am currently waiting to hear back from the KY Pharmacy Board, you should also file a grievance. She needs to be retrained before she inadvertently causes someone to get hurt by not filling their RX due to insurance status.

I changed all my prescriptions to this location because I can get them so much quicker. The staff is always so friendly and helpful especially Angelle always the best customer service, I even see her working upfront sometimes!

KY has a huge population of uninsured. I'm sure the pharmacist here has great health insurance, so she doesn't care about denying prescriptions to the many who don't. She needs to get another job.

I worked there. Now retired. It's a great place to work. We tried to make the customers first if they let us. They offered daily sales on items. Friendly people. The pharmacy is well equipped with any immunizations a person would need. They don't price match. But gives you the best possible price by using discount cards.

After switching to this pharmacy from a mom-and-pop that got closed down I then realized my huge mistake because their pharmacy is closed on the weekend so now I have to go without my heart medication for two more days after going 11 days without it to begin with

My son gets a monthly prescription for his seizure medication. Every month they never have it in stock and I always end up having to drive to Portland,Tn.I understand maybe once but literally everytime its in an issue ,if my insurance would cover at Walgreens where O used to go I would not use them at all.
