2/24/24 been waiting for the store to open since 8:57am. Door says it opens at 9:00 am. No signs stating otherwise. 9:43 doors still locked. Multiple people have come and went after realizing it’s still closed. Very irritating

The name may be Dollar Tree but there are very few things that is a dollar anymore. It should be called a dollar up to five. But you can still get a lot of stuff at a really good price. Very helpful staff.

It's a dollar tree. The stock changes and the new $5 merchandise is pretty cool. But sometimes things get mis deposited so you may get surprised by the price of things you pick up, at the register

This Dollar Tree has many different and wonderful items. I Love scarfs to wear with outfits. They can dress up and enhance your entire look. I bought 4 scarfs and will get more later. I really like this store.

The store was clean and organized. Cashier was professional and courteous. I was able to save money on buying my cooking spices here.

Not good. I was in line and a young lady cut in front of me and put her 2 items down, I told her I was next in line that you don't cut in front of people, well the cashier who saw and heard everything went ahead and rung up the young lady knowing I was next in line. Will not be back at this location, they need to change how customers are treated.

The dollar tree in Franklin in not the best one,to get great deals you have to go to bowling green at the old CVS they have more.

A lot of their shelves were empty. Didn't have as much of a selection as the store in Portland,TN. That's where I'll do business from now on.
