The CVS pharmacy in Franklin Kentucky.Are terrible They will lie to you just so they don't have to deal with you. They chose not to want to deal with the out-of-state transfer. Said it was undoubble. But they had just done it the month before for me. The first experience I had getting that done was also horrible. They were very rude to me then. On the first time I had it done. Definitely transferring to a different. That's quite unfortunate because there's no other one around me. I'll have to drive very far to get to it.I truly hope no one has to deal with what I've had to with this Pharmacy in Franklin Kentucky. The CVS and hayleyville, Alabama.Is the best pharmacy I've ever been to or had the luxury of dealing with. To Who has to read this sorry, just needed to be said thank you.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes left came back an hour later was told it wasn’t ready and would be another 20 minutes. Rudest people work there also the one lady with the straw colored hair is super rude always acts like she’s having a bad day. To many pharmacy’s in franklin to use this circus of a place. Don’t waste your time.

Go through drive thru. Given wrong medication. Not even prescribed to me. Go inside to correct matter. They haven't even started filling my actual prescription. I patiently wait...for a f&$=#ing hour. No communication from staff why it's taking so long. Only thought I'd try this place since I moved to Franklin. Will be switching pharmacies .

There should be a way to rate negative stars. They don't deserve one star but I couldn't post without it. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. The pharmacist has made my 80 year old mother cry - TWICE!! The second time was so bad, other people waiting tried to get her to sit down because they could see she was so upset. I wouldn't get my dogs prescription filled here!!

I made an appt online for a PCR COVID test for my daughter at this location. I received confirmation and a reminder but when we arrived at the site, there were signs that the pharmacy is closed this weekend 12/4,5/2021 due to staffing. I was not notified of this prior to our arrival at CVS.

I am a type 1 diabetic, had an emergency and needed a syringe and cvs was the only pharmacy I could make it to and the pharmacist refused to sell them to me and said go to Walmart. Gonna go to the ER instead as I'm heading straight for DKA as a result.

There is RARELY anyone available to check you out at the register within a reasonable amount of time. You often need to search the store to find an employee. You'll also pay about 50% more for shopping here, luckily a gas station opened up across the street, so in the amount of time you spend finding an employee and messing around with the Plenti login, you could easily cross the street and walk back with whatever you need from the gas station. There is also a legitimate pharmacy two doors down for medical needs.

I have never met a group of pharmacy workers more rude and less likely to help and less empathetic than the people that work at this pharmacy. I suggest you go elsewhere.
