I strongly suggest not to shop here, I bought a new Milwaukee 18v grinder here that didn't work straight out of the package. 5 days later I take back to get replacement to only find out that they only sell the items and do not warranty them. I am stuck sending through the mail or taking 30 miles away to get replacement and then having to wait for it to get cleared that Milwaukee says it can be replaced. I bought to use not to let a store make profit, but not have to experience the down side of business as well. I will get it taken care of, but will spend my money at places that are an authorized dealer, not just a profit collector.

Just a friendly reminder they do not sell any welding gear at all. Even though they told me that they were out of stock and I then went and looked for the welding gear, and had to find the manager, Who confirmed my suspicions, that they do in fact NOT sell any welding supplies.

I went in to get a scraper and walked around and passed 3 employees and not one acknowledged me nor asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. They were not busy at all. The cashier was standing there looking at me, a male walked right by me within 2 feet and another girl was at the desk. They need to learn how to speak to customers and God forbid they ask is we need anything!!!

Arguably the best hardware store in the area. Selection is slightly smaller than some other stores, made up for by friendly and attentive staff. Great prices on staple goods and good quality paint.

The staff is always extremely knowledgeable & helpful. They spent over an hour helping me locate a patio set this summer. That was out of stock. And they found it!!!! I'm so thankful for their help.

Parked there right next to IGA husband went in to get fishing license and grass seed I went IGA shopped for supper waited in line paid for groceries put them in vehicle went in Ace husband still waiting for manager to get license waited watching her talk to everyone and their brother put grass seed back went to Walmart got what I needed within 30 minutes will not frequent this store!!!!!!!!! franklin KY
