Great place for groceries with 2 caveats. I find fresher fruit and vegetables at my local Kroger & there is no store layout map or list. I would like to see these improve.

Click 2 Go is getting worse every time I come. Again, I had to call in twice for someone to bring my groceries. The tones and attitude of the folks inside is ridiculous. As if I am bothering them. I paid for my groceries and would like to have them in a timely manner. I will shop elsewhere moving forward.

If I could give no stars I would. 3 times I’ve used click n go. Only the first time was an ok experience. I had to ASK for a receipt! The second time I didn’t receive all the items but was charged for them. I eventually received them but driving back up there(I travel >20miles one way). The third time, omg, I can’t tell you how angry I am right now! First the rewards card didn’t click and save my coupons - customer service at the store directs me to call the number on the card. I call them right there in the store. Did you register your card? Yes at least a year ago. Did you log into your account? I logged into the commissary and completed a click n go order. Well you have to log into your account before you shop. Hmm so I try doing that, no success and I have the card in the store. So much work to get $1.00 off. Nope, not worth it. So while I wait for my pick up order time I do some extra shopping. They advertise a sale of Turkeys at .69 cents a pound. Not a one in the store. Of but you can get this one for more then double. No thank you. I go to pick up my order. I pull in the pick up area where there is a sign to call to notify you are there. The phone number doesn’t work. It’s like dead then call failed. I try several times, doesn’t work. So back in the store I go. Customer service. I go back to my car and wait. My groceries are delivered. I go home, there’s no receipt in my bags but I paper with info to scan and make a review. When I scan it asked me for my credit card info!! So instead I go to the web site listed as alternative and write my concerns but there’s not enough room so I request a call. I cell my bank card in the meantime. I’ve got 3 charges to the commissars and 2 are more then double the amt of my order. Can I get through on the phone??? No! I search for another number to call and report and that line is busy busy busy. This is such a bad experience and so different then the many years I have stopped at commissaries all my life. So very disappointed.

Apparently, they just started selling alcoholic beverages at the Commissary. I was so surprised, so I snapped a picture to send to my husband. I haven't ever seen alcohol sold at a commissary in the last 19 years that we've been shopping at commisaries in the U.S. or abroad. I believe the Class Six has better prices, but it's pretty convenient to get everything in one stop.

Kim, the cashier who rang us up begrudgingly, had the worst attitude and was so rude someone needs to have a talk with her. If she acts so bothered and can't help but to be rude she needs to be moved to a position that is non-customer facing. Bad attitudes and outright disrespect are inexcusable. She was so rude to my father, a veteran, who is hard of hearing that I wanted to say something to her but I didn't. I really should have. If she's so miserable she needs to get another job and quit ruining the day and mood of everyone she interacts with. We need more kindness

Cons first because there’s only one: closed on Mondays, I’m constantly forgetting that!Pros: It’s a smaller commissary, but they usually have everything you could need. Supply chain issues are affecting a few items here and there (chicken, eggs)Great vegetarian selections, sushi is delicious and fresh made right in store, friendly staff.Over all a clean, orderly shop, well organized and easy to find what you’re looking for.Don’t forget to tip your baggers!

This is a very good commissary. It’s clean, well stocked, and pretty large in comparison to Ft Knox.

Great prices and selections. Produce is fresh. This is the only place where I will buy any beef, chicken or pork because it is the freshest. And also more reasonable priced.

I love the commissary. It's my favorite food store in the whole wide world. Love everything about it except that it was closed on Mondays. It's not anymore, so it's the greatest shopping place ever. Thank you for your services . Be sure to tip.

My father and I went there today and tried to use the self checkout. Long story short the attendant there was doing his best to try to help us and had to make several trips to his manager because the machine wasnt letting us use the methods of payment we wanted. Instead of the manager ever coming to see how to help he just kept sending the attendant back and forth to try new things to see if it would work or not. We just ended up canceling everything and paid everything with cash that we had since we had already spent almost 30 minutes just waiting. The floor manager should have just come over in the first place.

Was a decent experience to bagger "29" strong-armed me into a bigger tip. Only had a few singles on me, so after her BRIEF assistance (I did most of the loading),she counted the tip money, and said it wasn't enough, so dipped intl the wallet for a $10. She acted like she was collecting the vig on a gambling debt. Last time this combat vet uses commissary labor. Otherwise a great experience. AIR ASSAULT

They don't carry as many name brands anymore. They are adding more of their generic brand which if we wanted that then we would shop at Kroger or Walmart. It was way too hot inside and only 2 cashiers working despite a long line. Disappointed on how management is running this place now. It used to be a great place to shop at.

It's a small commissary but it's organized and well stocked. I was able to find everything I needed in 5 minutes. It's easy to locate if you're new to the area.

Love the convenience and variety of items I can find here - they definitely have some goods deals - just need to know your pricing comparisons with other stores. You do need to be aware of expiration dates, especially in the dairy area. The store is always clean and staff friendly

I am retired Army and I do most of my shopping at military base/post Commissary and PX/BX Exchanges; along with the active duty, reserve, NG, and other authorized personnel. It is a very exclusive gated community with high security. Goods and services are excellent, reasonably priced, and Federal Reserve facilities do not charge sales tax. It pays to serve. The life long advantages to retired veterans and their families is hard earned, but worth the cost.
