This store is great, employees are knowledgeable in their respective fields, and are usually very helpful despite all the work they need to get done. Today I got several 4x8 plywood sheets which are awkward to handle alone. Thank you to Caleb for helping me load them! Going above and beyond for your customers is what makes your store great! Looking forward to many more visits for my home improvement needs 💯

After getting rid of computer chat with them and back and forth with rep they told me I needed to escalate my complaint. Gave me another number to call instead of them doing it. By that time I was just pretty much done. Wasted probably an hour or so trying to talk to somebody who cared, after wasting my time in the store.

When we were shopping at home depot at the Florence KY location, we didn't even have a chance to ask a worker for help when an employee named Chris approached us. He immediately asked us if we were in need of assistance. My sister and I told him what my brother in laws instructions said. He went above and beyond to help us find everything. He had to help us cut and find wood, and then directed us to the vent covers. We were out of there in 15 minutes tops. Thanks chris! This guy needs a raise!

I left Lowe’s because of poor/no customer service, but now Home Depot is the same. How does a company operate when the customer is completely ignored? Every time I go they have the lumber aisles closed off. I needed lumber that - just my luck- was strapped. But no one ever asks, “do you need help.” I’m sure management doesn’t care. Oh, and veterans can get a discount on lumber. Gee, thanks.

I am not sure of the name of the Amazing man that was working the U scan area tonight around 8 tonight Monday Feb 12.But he was Amazing.My son and I had never been in this store before and this man seen us kinda looking around.We needed an extension cord and something for under our door.He was so kind and went above and beyond to show and tell us where the items we needed were.We found them and as we checked out at the U scan.He said please be safe and have a good night.That is top notch customer service.I know this as i had managed Hotels more than 30 yrs.Please make sure he is appreciated!!!

Went to the kids craft event they have the first Saturday of the month! It was awesome! It's free, and everything is provided. Just sign up, and show up. Quality time with the kids, friendly staff and cool little building projects, with little to no clean up. What's not to love!

Patrick was an expert in his area! He was able to help me when no one else anywhere could! Usually, the HD employees ignore you and won't even say hello anymore. They run the other way down the aisle when they see people coming. Every once in a while you find a good one.. I hope they pay Patrick what he's worth and keep him!

Upon completing the purchase of a large heavy appliance I was promised loading assistance. After a 10 minute wait a 5 foot 6, 125 lb teenage kid in an orange vest arrived. I asked if he was joking. I was told "no, it's my first day on the job". I tried to see the humor in the situation as I sent him for backup....

Patrick was exceptional, friendly, polite, & very helpful as he went straight to the 3 things I needed. Howard was helpful in getting #433 box down off the shelf to get 4 out of 6 items in the box. Haylie was very nice, polite,& helpful as she scanned our items & poof we had our receipt & exiting the door. We will be returning & I will be looking for Patrick when I need to walk in get items & get out. THANK YOU 3 VERY MUCH.

Went there to buy a dishwasher. Have bought all other appliances there in past. We seen a dishwasher out of box in aisle. Was told it was a used dishwasher for sale. It was a display that someone had bought and returned. The receipt was in the dishwasher. The lady working in the appliances had to call Manger to see how much it was. She wanted over 200.00 more than the person paid for it at the beginning. She further told us it was not used and they would never do this. ( then why was the receipt in the dishwasher?) This was a lie. So we found another one they told us it wad available but couldn't get the options we wanted. It's supposed to come with a few different options. We were told it would be delivered in a week and then when we were almost done with purchase was told depending on how many people ordered the same one they did not know when we would get it. Well that was the straw that broke the camels back, to many red flags for me. I walked, bye bye home depot, hello Lowes. The dishwasher we wanted we found at Lowes with the options we wanted, got it 2 days later, and also got it almost 150.00 cheaper. Home depot please get your CSRs on the right page. When CSRs are telling you 2 diffrent stories and price tags are not matching this is not good for business. My last post I had rated home depot as a 4 not no more.

This is a bring in your own cart in if you need one support model, and be sure you factor in an extra hour waiting for the single lane open. Even after calling service desk, no help was given. Plenty of orange people standing around. Sad, seems like kids run this place. Save your time and go to Lowes or menards or your local lumber yard.

I went to home depot, to pick up my mothers online order. It was ready, like it should've been. A nice, but lazy, young man brought it out. He barely lifted a finger to help load the order. After loading it, I noticed that two pieces of the order weren't correct. So I asked him about them and he said to go to the service desk to have it changed. I went to the service desk and finally found out that they didn't have the whole order, that it was two pieces short. Why would a company say the order was complete and ready for pick up if the order was two pieces short. #notacceptable

Never has the correct size bolts. Stock is never correct either. They did have the paint I needed other than that this store doesn't change a whole lot.

Don't even think about ordering custom doors from here. I ordered and paid in April. The doors finally arrived June 6th. No one will contact me for install. I called them Friday June 23rd and was told the installer would call me the following Monday. Nothing. I'll be heading there tomorrow to get my money back and go somewhere else. 👎

If you can install any appliances I would recommend doing it yourself. Every time I have paid for the delivery service it’s always delayed or some excuse as to why it cannot be delivered on the date scheduled. It’s always the same run around with customer service and it’s an absolute joke.

Amazing staff and service. Staff member over herd me mumbling my list to myself and told me the responding isle numbers in return which was both funny and very helpfull.Then the product I needed was out on the shelves and another staff member saw me and found the restock box for me without having to be asked.200% on-point

This store is always a mess, and has been for a long time. Pallets of product everywhere, ladders and heavy machinery blocking numerous aisles. It's impossible to get around the store easily. Florence HD, maybe take some notes from Crescent Springs HD.

Absolutely aggravated and time wasted with an order for a kitchen sink and faucet. I was told by a sales rep someone "had to" come into my home to inspect my current sink and would get a call. Got a call back from someone wanting to sell me Home Dept gift cards. Called the store and was told that shouldn't have happened but then told me it would be easy for me to see what I needed installed. Already had the sink and faucet picked out. I've purchased a hot water heater and stove in the past year from this store. Wont get my business anymore or anyone else in my family for that matter.

I go for the plants, and they have a horrible selection of plants and the area of plants is only about the size of a small bedroom, they need to uo their game on plants.

We bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer set from the store and we were provided with worst services. The third party service they send to install machines at our new house were terrible. They installed washing machine drain pipe in the wrong hole which caused water damage. Also they did not level up the refrigerator properly and so the doors are not closing. Absolutely terrible service. They just want to dump the equipment and leave.
