When using the app, finding products is a breeze. Good selection of home improvement stock, reasonable prices, and I've always found employees to be helpful. An employee helped me load a large item into my car, and another employee had given me a tape measure to test the fit. I like Lowe's.

Lowe's is always a maze of wondering aisle, seeing tons of employees, who seem busy, but are never there when you need them. It's easy to use the app, find want you need, self-checkout, and run for the exit, than to expect a quality experience.

Every time I go in to this Lowe's, it seems the employees always approachable and ensuring I am finding what I need. They'll take me to the shelf if I'm not familiar with that particular part of the store. The Danville store is always friendly and helpful.

Still has the most dirty boxes of stuff. No matter what you pick up it’s filthy and you need to wash your hands. Prices will soon be their demise. They don’t seem to comprehend that everyone has the internet in their pockets. And, ordering for next day pickup doesn’t mean next day it could mean next week or longer.

This store is hit or miss. Some days you'll find friendly and knowledgeable staff, others you won't. Massive store but good luck ever getting big appliances from them without waiting at least a week. Nothing is in stock in the back. Possibly has literally everything Lowes sells all in one location. Seems to be the go to spot for home improvement projects. I can bet I helped keep the lights on myself this month. Will definitely return- what can I say? I'm a gambler.

They sold my wife the wrong kind of flooring, I tried to return it and they said they would not take the return. Now I'm just stuck with it. Money wasted. This Lowe's store has permanently lost my business and I will go out of my way to go to Home Depot from now on, or Ace hardware which is actually closer to my house. Thanks Lowe's! You just lost a customer forever. Also I work with a lot of contractors on many projects and we used to always use this Lowe's in Danville, but no more. It is my wish that over time this will add up to tens of thousands of dollars of lost business for this store through me. I hope it was worth it for them to refuse this small $100 return.

We are remodeling a lake house for family. Everytime we go to Lowes in Danville most of the employees are not friendly and could careless about helping us. We are pro customers and get treated this way. Sad place to shop, unfortunately they are only place that has what we need.

We ordered $3,400 (96) boxes of wood flooring it arrived and we came today to pick it up . I have a box trailer with a drop down door . They came out with the wood and oh no we can’t load that . Did I mention that there 4 guys standing around the pro desk doing nothing., now I have to go find another trailer then take it home and reload it in the box trailer ….Home Depot is about 1 hour away but you can I will go there from now on. .

Ordered online for the 3 hr pickup. 4 days later they canceled my order. Everytime I called about the status I got the run around.Went to Ace on day 2 and got what I needed.

I went for help finding a plumbing piece after I ask twice over an hr later they sent man from lumber. Needless to say no help after calling and going back in asking for help they seamed to page a professional for the plumbing section after over 2hrs I gave up and left. So frustrating. I’m no pro but I know they make the piece I have or a replacement.

The Danville Lowes is probably the worst Lowes I've been to. They're almost always out of whatever I go there for. It's become something of a joke to send my wife a picture of the empty spot on the shelf with a note: "Guess which one I need?"

Inventory online said over 100 play sand available. Drove there from 20 min away just so a staff member could tell me they had none. I told them they need to update their web data. The young lady said they had nothing to do with that. So now I can never trust their online inventory.

Waited 25 mins for the cashier to get someone to come open the straw truck. No one was answering her call. This isn’t the first time this has happened, last time it was curbside pick up. No one came, called and they said they would be right out, after 15 mins I walked in and said I could just grab it myself. Employees need to do better.

Great staff! Very helpful on every occasion.The store has a wide variety and great stock. They have what we need for almost every project.Happy to see them supporting the military on holidays and with other items.

Sorry excuse for a home improvement business. Low grade lumber, have to go outside and hunt down a cart every time I go,no one to help out,more reasons.Been a customer ever since they opened up but not again. Home Depot (100 miles round trip) for me. Update: went back today and an even worse experience. No Business being in Business. Should be ashamed but I know you don’t have enough Pride or Respect for that !

Always have a bad experience. Went in today and walked around the store getting what I needed and headed to lumber to get the boards I needed last. Turns out there's not a single cart and the place isn't busy. I'm not leaving my stuff, walking all the way back to the lot to get a cart, come back, get my stuff again and then get the boards that I won't be able to find because only half the stuff is labeled and there are no bin numbers in lumber so you can't match up what you need with the website. So, the place is useless. Save your time and energy and just go somewhere else better ran.

Disappointing. Had to go find someone to service the returns area. There was only one attendant available and one manager on duty somewhere else. Waited a good half an hour to complete transaction. Good job to the one attendant for going above and beyondBut disappointed in management for not managing

Just visited Lowes in Danville, Ky. All checkouts have been replaced with self--checkouts. Manager should post sign at the front door saying: "This store is no longer customer friendly". If that wasn't bad enough, an item that was marked $7 at the display rang up at the register for $23.

This store is 1 of the worst I've been to. And I've worked fm coast to coast. Half the time their out of what we need. Other times you can't get any service. Took me 1 hr. to pick up 4-4in. Block, said they had over 200, and I'm still waiting. Can't get any help in store or loading. Best thing about this store is their cashier

I had a great time with my shopping for a door for my bedroom the guy who was working in that department was very nice and helpful to find what i needed and was very helpful with good advice on my upcoming projects. It was a good day all away around with some good people outside that help me with the door. I didn't think about it coming with a door jam so it didn't fit in my hatchback so i nice man asked me if I wanted him to haul it for me and I would pay him for it. I'm not used to everything going well for me so this dude has blessed me with his kindness for hauling it about 15 miles but it was so awesome to see that some people are going back to life the way it was before the covid that we had to pay for so it would kill us and we didn't know anything about it except for it was a dirty treat for us to have to pay for our own demise. Anyways I'm happy to see that there are some people who don't still have a hung up with itDang I wish I could stay here longer but I've got a door to hang and its my first one so I may have to do a little yelling for help 😆. The lord made me a way to get it here I'm not about to ask him to help me with the rest. He'll let me know if I have it upside down or something I'm sure I will never want to do it again 😃 I wish I could get paid for talking that's my specialty
