Worst customer service ever! Came to fill my boss' propane tank and left without turning it on to have heat in house. She has been without heat for two days. Called and they talked to us like we were the dumbest women ever. Said"it's just like a spigot , turn it on!" Too hard to turn for us. Asked could you please send someone to help us get heat. He hung up?! What!?Name was Dale. Awful, rude man.Will not use this company for anything, anymore.

No greeting when you walk in.Totally ignored.If you are NOT a local cattle person you are ignored.They are NOT horse friendly people. I shop at Southern States Coop in Georgetown.Everyone there is GREAT Super friendly and they are very helpful and welcome us horse people.They get my business regularly.

Walked into store looking for a regulator, and line for my OPD valve tank. The man that talked to me, and I quote: "OPD, what?!, your talking gibberish. If your employees are lying to up-sale, or just don't know what a OPD valve is then they should not be working at a propane store. SCARY!!!!!!
