Food City should be ashamed of how they present their brand to the folks of this area. The store is extremely dirty, outdated, and compared to the one in Whitesburg is extremely overpriced. I do not shop here unless I absolutely have to- and the one in Whitesburg is so much cleaner and nicer. It is a shame they do not keep this store clean- it reflects very poorly of their brand.

Great variety of food and very clean. One of the managers is especially helpful, Jennifer Bailey. Stanley in the floral department is the best! Always has the best recommendations on flowers for my wife.

The only grocery store in town. It's an old store that has seen numerous grocery stores in there. They are way over priced. They raise the prices because they are the only store in town. There will always be 1 grocery store in town. Food City made sure of that. Some of the employees have real attitudes. A select few. Give them a little authority and look out.. The store could use some cleaning duties. It's a small store with not much variety..

Way overpriced on meats and most things Cumberland food City needs competition the management staff run by women if your man you're not be going to be promoted most of the other workers great people.

Great produce and great variety. Staff is super friendly! I drive down to Benham from Cincinnati to hike and visit friends, and I like to stop at Food City on my way into town so I don't have to pack and transport all our food. Prices are fair and again, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Not too bad. If they would have a little broader selection and certain brands like 5bey do at other food cities in neighboring towns i would give 5 stars. Great friendly staff.

Watch dairy items- got two tubs of spoiled cream cheese. Fuel savings is amazing though!!

The store could use many updates cosmetically. This is the only grocery store in Cumberland so we are grateful we have it but it could use some sprucing up. They need to increase the variety of products available. The store does not compare to some of the larger Food Cities in the Chain.

Not bad in a pinch. But much higher than any other food city due to no competition close by. And they need more options. But usually have some things others don't carry. Depends on what it is. But they need friendlier employees. The older ones are very rude. Rude doesn't bring back customers. Smile for Pete's sake.

Produce is decently fresh, meat is good quality just not a large selection at a good price. Prices are very high here due to remote location. Staff is usually nice.

Food City needs to train employees, so they will know how to handle returns, especially when they are the ONLY grocery store in our town, Hell my Ice Cream melted it took so long to exchange, the reason for the exchange was it was melted and refrozen

Nice clean store! Great service with smiles all the time. Remember to get a savings card when you go because it sure does save you lots. Also you get rewards for gas just for shopping here.

Typical grocery store experience. Food city has the largest product selection of any of the grocery stores in this area. If you need more gourmet ingredients or specialty flours this is the ONLY place in Cumberland you will find it. Great beer selection.

This store needs cleaned up. The prices are terrible on somethings. My little girl found a dead rat under the hamburger refrigerator. Nasty. We love the people but the store needs a new building

The only store to get food. The store 's handy cap parking area is difficult to get in and out of , because of the bugee holds are in the way, they need to move them some where else ,so handy cap parking is easy to get in and out of for the people that are handy cap.
