Haven't eaten here since back in 2019 due to wrong food being fixed or forgotten from my order and rude workers. But I ordered here tonight and I'm definitely a satisfied customer. We ordered a lot of food, 2 burgers, 3 hotdogs, 3 fries, peanut butter milkshake and a hot fudge cake. It was so delicious. A bit expensive at 28 bucks but definitely worth the splurge. Not much different in price than anything else these days but definitely really good food. Friendly service and glad to finally have a great place near to my home so we can enjoy some good food without having to cook it myself. Do yourself a favor and stop by and try their good food.

Two times in a row this business had forgotten about our order . Waited almost an hour and watched patrons who came in after we did get thier food. Our ticket was misplaced! Not once, but twice!! Both times we asked for a refund. Still charged over $5 for our 2 small drinks. The food is good is why we try, but we drive over a mountain from VA to get there. Not to mention they left a huge part of our order out one time thru the drive thru. Had to go back and it was sitting in the window cold. 3 times. Not good .

Well this will probably be my last time at dairy hut aka Roseanne hut I've tried twice to ignore the bad service no place is perfect but when a business loses interest in making the customer feel important they lose thier main goal as a great customer experience , I don't know what has happened maybe a new cook maybe I'm not sure but I used to eat there every night cause it was convenient but now the food is very poor the service not great I even tipped 5.00 just to see if that would make things better but nope ?it's like they kept my food sitting for 20 extra mins cold thrown together the hot dog bun felt like it had been dropped in dish water and that's no exaggeration fried to hard to eat burnt I feel like it's my fault cause I did complain waiting an hour last time for my food but I'm sad to lose this restaurant again .but I can't justify spending that much money on that service.

Amazing service! We brought in 16 people and all were served in around 15 minutes. Pecan pie was delicious and several in our party stated that the coal miner shake was the best shake they had ever had. Very reasonably priced, and cute decor as well!

This was my first visit to this place, and it was well worth it. The portions, service, and flavor are all excellent. We arrived with a large group of 17 people, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. They are open until 10 p.m., so if you want to have ice cream with your friends and family in Cumberland, this is the place to go.

This place is a joke I ordered a steak sub no cheese get home extra cheese on it take it back and they made me pay for a new one. Never had that happen even at McDonald's. Being lactose intolerant I love little places like this because it's always right but never had to pay for my replacement of what ordered. Hope they reevaluate their policy its not fair for me to pay their screw up its simple read the tickets and follow directions.

Really friendly staff that seemed quite concerned that we had a great experience. Their ice cream was good and the personalities who waited on us and interacted with us we're even better. We did miss seeing the bear this year raiding the garbage can.

Love this Restaurant/Dairy Bar, the employees are always super friendly &help with anything, the food is always made fresh, that makes it so much better. I don't think they've ever got any of our orders wrong. It's fast service too. The only bad thing I can honestly say about the business as a whole is their parking area is awful, if u have a car that's low to the ground u might drag a few times just trying to get through the lot. As far as the food part, it's great! Give them 5 stars for sure, we honestly eat there about 5 times a week. It's cheaper than buying groceries and cooking a meal. That's another good point... They're not expensive really at all. I don't know ow who owns or runs it but I'm glad they do. It's about the only place in Cumberland to get that type of foods and ice cream/desserts.

I called in my order ahead of time and still had to wait 20 mins. My cheeseburger was ordered without lettuce and onions and instead that's all it has on it. Nothing else. I would not recommend to anyone.

Food was cooked fresh yet only took a few minutes to get my order ready. Very delicious, received my special order exactly as i asked for it. Reasonably priced, it was $6 for a hamburger, wedges, and a drink. Interior was clean and had a nice atmosphere for a burger joint. Will visit again.

This place is amazing! If you're in town, you have to stop and try their food. We gave it 10 stars. The burgers, fries and shakes were the best we've ever eaten. We'll definitely be taking another trip to Cumberland to eat here!!

Fresh, hot, delicious homemade food. I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly and spotlessly clean. Excellent food at very reasonable prices.Hamburgers are fresh real beef, toppings were fresh too. Fries hot and crispy.

BAD SERVICE all the workers are children and take too long to make the food. The food is also very cheap bad quality garbage i ordered a burger and the lettuce on it was brown i was hoping the food would be good after i waited so long for such a small order dissapointed

You may think this is just a little ice cream shop, but think again. The food was fresh and cooked to order. The burgers were hand-made and delicious. Onion rings breaded and crispy. And the milkshakes! Don't leave without one - made the old-fashioned way. Our bus of 15 people stopped here for lunch. The young people working that day were friendly, efficient, and delighted to have us there.

The Dairy Hut had an excellent Hot fudge Sunday. I usually have issues with Hot Fudge Sundays not having enough Hot Fudge; Dairy Hut had enough! The only reason for the three stars is because The hospitality of the restaurant was not warm.

Absolutely a Wonderful place to eat or to take home the food is always delicious and the people are always friendly. We are so glad they are in Cumberland. They have reconstructed the entire outside with benches and lights. Absolutely beautiful.

I love Dairy Hut food and their milkshakes!The only bad part about this place is how long you have to wait sometimes. I'm sure it's all according to the cook's and how busy they are though. Great food though
