Worst pharmacy in Corbin. S-L-O-W. I drive many people to this pharmacy and ALWAYS have to wait at least 30 minutes, usually 45. Calling when leaving the doctor's office to tell them to go ahead and fill them doesn't do any good. They ALWAYS claim it hasn't been sent in (even though it was sent in your presence). Then they say they got it, it'll be another 20 minutes. Then they say they're working on it right now. Another 20 minutes. Some people are forced to use this place by their insurance, but if you can use any other pharmacy I recommend you do it.

I’m one of the many unfortunate customers from Brentwood Pharmacy that have had the displeasure of experiencing this Walgreens . George if you’re keeping up with these reviews “THEY SUCK” at least my experience sucked. My Doctor called my wife’s prescriptions in, all three were early , but they would only fill two and told me to come back when all three prescriptions were due, then canceled the third script when I asked who the head pharmacy was. Her reply was “you don’t need to know” I hope you are training them George and not the other way around. Walgreens will not fill another prescription for me or my family.

I tried to call to ask for a prescripton to be refilled. I waited on hold for 16 minuets when someone picked up the phone and placed me hold again. Then after 3 minuets they hung up on me. I called back again and waited on hold for 34 before anyone picked up the second time. The whole point in calling to get my medicine refilled is so that I do not get there and be told it will be 30 minutes to an hour wait for my prescription to be refilled. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I work too for a living and had to sit with my phone on speaker while I was on hold so I could do my job.

Everytime I shop here there's ALWAYS an issue with prices ringing up wrong & cashiers who argue and are useless helping me. Last visit I used a coupon for an extra $7 in rewards and sure enough today it's not on my account. Before this, I was told I was wrong about a sale item with a clear shelf tag from reg $42.99 on sale for $10.99. Got told I was wrong so I didn't get what I wanted. The woman couldn't help me today either so I just lost $7. Really sick of the anxiety, upset, & disappointment from my experiences.

Every single time I come to get my refills there is always a problem. I have 2 different insurances so why is only 1 getting billed unless I say something. What kind of pharmacy are you guys running? I wonder how many people have paid for their prescriptions when it should have been free??? Get it together. It's ridiculous that I literally go through the same experience every single month

Does what they say. Fills prescriptions, carries various household items and photo printing. If you've got an issue with a prescription/order, you're better off driving to the location for assistance. Don't try to call, because even though there are always 3-5 people working in the pharmacy, they will not answer the phone for some reason.

Same as last post accept had to take a taxi to pick up my meds. Called prior to make sure was ready. Arrived to store seen 10+ cars in drive through so went inside line was almost to front register 14 ppl in front of me nice lady behind counter kept trying to run 3 ppl insurance over and over not sure if it was glitches in system or what? Total time in store over an hr. And had to pay wait time on taxi. My normal trip cost $12 this one was $88 🤦🏻We’re supposed to feel comfortable with this chain 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pharmacy is slow as molasses going up hill in winter. Waited 15 mins in line, then another 15 or more when I got to the window. Can't use online to fill prescriptions because half of them don't get filled. When they do get filled they always have to partial some of it, which makes me have to come back for the rest. You'd think if a certain med is highly used and important(insulin) they'd keep more in stock. This is every month thing.Aside from all that they gave me someone else's medicine once. They didn't know who to blame it on since I tossed the slip before realizing it. It was either the pharmacist or the tech.

Ran out of medicine while I was visiting family in Kentucky. I was supposed to have 225 pills for 3 months. Today is 2 months later and I ran out of medicine — 30 days early! Luckily my pharmacy in my hometown is working with me to ensure that my medicine is available for me since it is a high-priority medicine.

Ordered a NEXT DAY canvas. Got an email it was ready. Drove there and it wasn't there. (Which is fine) It has been four days and I was told to come in the fourth day without calling that it WOULD be ready. Went at 1:30 and they haven't even started on one of the five. Wasted another drive down there.

Picked up my Sons meds yesterday evening 9/17/19 he only had 1 there was Supost to be 2 I came through the drive through yes it was 7:05 I asked them to call First Care to see about his other medicine which was an itch cream which he really needed. The lady said We are already closed I can't do that she couldn't take 5 minutes of her time to call just because the doctor forgot to add an itch cream 😱 okay it's already in a tube he has insurance all they had to do was run his insurance and slap a sticker on it and go with it another few minutes of their time. I'm angry with this pharmacy I was at the window picking up meds they should have took care of me better.

I am a regular customer in the pharmacy. All the people I have encountered in the pharmacy have been excellent, above and beyond in my experiences. Any questions or concerns i mat have, has always been answered promptly and clearly.

Go elsewhere if you can. I'm a brentwood pharmacy customer that got sold out to a very incompetent store. Putting the wrong person's label on my medicine! Would you trust them after that?

I've never had an issue with shopping here. If you explain an issue with something in the store, the employees usually do all they can to make it right. I'm always greeted warmly and the employees have even helped me find other stores with what I'm looking for if they dont sell it.

Flow of prescription refill line insane 🤦🏻Cars wrapped around building and backed up nearly to front counter 1 hr and 25min to get a prescription that I called ahead to make sure was ready. Come on guys this is supposed to be a name I can trust to meet my needs in a timely manner.

This review is only for the Pharmacy- About 6 people stared at me without asking if I needed help (I was in line). When hospice called my Fathers order in, they "forgot" to put it in the computer (their words).

They are always very helpful will go out of there way for you! I will miss them next year I have to go to Walmart because of insurance THANK YOU GUYS YOUR THE GREATEST

They saved the day needed a few things for my Christmas dinner that I forgot to get at walmart...I needed aluminum foil and pop i also needed antifreeze for my SUV...they had it all...Walgreens saved the day...Awesome store
