The people here are amazing. Their concern for animals is overwhelming. I adopted a beagle they picked up as a stray. Their application was very thorough. But when I walked to the door, the sign said they were at capacity - so sad! Please adopt from shelters and spay your pets!

The people at the pound try so hard try to fight a losing battle of fixing the pet population and find homes for animals. They need more funding and more awareness of the problem we face with abandoned pets

Well I went to bring kittens up there also the mommy cat and wen I brought the kittens she had an attitude griping and complaining about her job and how she was about to open the cages up and let the animals go ( not sure if she was talking about the cats or the dogs) because they was having trouble with the dogs also fussing about they need to fix the kennel. She has a wishy-washy attitude she would be friendly but then she would have an attitude.
