Convenient location if you just need to grab a few items in between grocery trips. Prices and selection are decent on pet foods, paper goods, laundry detergent, cleaning products. The new manager has really turned this store around in the last year or so. Stocking and product availability is much better, and store seems much more organized. Wish the store carried at least some produce and/or healthier food options, being it is the only store within walking distance for many people.

Went in after work to grab a couple things real quick. Found my items, but then waited 10 minutes for 2 employees to finish cigs outside and come back in. After making eye contact with an employee outside smoking and he kept smoking, I left the items and headed to another store.

The bare minimum of anything ( that you don't want) drop in for convenience quick in and out but the store is different than it use to be. Maybe it was just an off day to shop there

They just don't have enough help, the help they do have they don't want to pay or they cut hours to the extreme. Ridiculous. Shelves are empty but the stuff is there.. Management on the higher levels got to get it together. I have seen bait shops ran more organized! You get what you pay for. Really. Good effective employees stay around if they feel appreciated & paid well enough. Simple really

I used to go to Family Dollar and find such cute home decor items. Now, it is so unorganized and junky. There are not as many seasonal items to choose from. I hope this changes soon. I will say the cashier was very nice and took great care with the vases that my mom purchased. She wrapped them and bagged them to keep them from breaking.

Only because I have been overlooked by this location for a position I applied for in Carrollton, KY. It should not matter how long someone has lived in a certain state, but how much experience they have. This DM failed to follow the steps that would be able to get me hired on. I was robbed at gun point back where I use to live and the last manager placed me as non-rehirable, which should not have been done. All this DM had to do was make a call and have it lifted. Horrible experience as a new resident to this state.

I am so use to them not being open I have forget to go anymore. Normally 50% higher then Dollar General. Customer service depends on who you get. Its a roll of the dice.
