This is supposedly a large. I called and asked to speak to the owner. The son portrayed himself as the owner I soon found out because he was really rude with me. The owner should know this is barely a small at large price. Very unhappy. This is not the first time there was a scanty amount of ice cream in the cup.

So unhappy with the amount of the price increase here. Food isn't bad. Blizzards and shakes are good. Location is within driving distance so convenient. I really feel that the price increase went above what everyone else has raised theirs. I hadn't shopped at the Brownville Kentucky, Dairy Queen, in more than 15 + years.So, I didn't have any idea how the food, or service would be. I can say my food order( six piece chicken strips meal) was fresh, hot and tasty. The restaurant was pretty busy. From what I could see everyone was working as a team. The service was professional, nice, and courteous . So, if youever find yourself driving thorough Edmonson County, Kentucky ,and want a bite to eat, check out the Dairy Queen Gril & Chill. Located in Brownsville Kentucky. Also, DQ ice cream is the best.

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru and it took 11 minutes for the girl to get my order right. Then at window every employee came to see "the lady who was so much trouble". I heard them say it. Don't visit this DQ it's not like a normal one the quality of food was not at the standard of other DQ's I've ever been to.

I got my food my cheese curds where rubbery almost and chewy it was discusting and the gravy for my chicken looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot Update:Not only do they have all these quality issues they replied to my post with a copy and past response with no thought I wonder if they even took the time to read it or if they just saw 2 stars and pasted there favorite oh I'm sorry please come again response in it... I am highly dissatisfied and have dropped it to 1 star I also saw many other reviews for the same issue with the gravy it's not thay hard people don't scrape the bottom just use the pup when it runs out make more

Fish sandwich was very good but OreoBlizzard very disappointing. No chinks of Oreo. Only sign of Oreo was black pepper looking dots in ice cream.Wont order Blizzard there again.

Brownsville DQ is the WORSE by far! They are rude they have attitude. I have to pay for "extra" on my sundaes just to get a decent amount. Not like most others at all. The manager and I had a misunderstanding to which she started to yell at me now she is just plain rude when I come in. I asked if there were onions in the breakfast bowl was told no get home and was definitely eating onions, I called and again they agrued with me. 🙄🙄

I went and took 8 of my grandchildren in the time we got our drinks and sit down with in 3 minutes we got our food it was awesome. Thank you Dairy QueenKid-friendliness: It's good place for children

Problems with consistent quality affecting most of the menu but especially blizzards. Sometimes, all of your drive through order will be great. Sometimes, borderline inedible. Over the last six months or so they have completely lost the capacity to make a Blizzard properly. Promotional recipes are a mystery. The add-ins taste stale or damp. Too little flavoring or add-ins for the ratio to ice cream. Insufficient mixing, probably the biggest problem, which makes the rest worse. It’s really just a waste of time and money every occasion, even if you ask for it to be remade. Other DQs in the region are able to make it right, why can’t this one?I want this place to do well. It’s one of only a few options for 15 minutes in any direction.

Wish there was a negative star. Place is dirty. owner is rude. I have heard him berate and yell at the workers all while i was sitting at the drive thru window. Would not let a child of mine work there. Have not been back since that day and he was yelling at this employees. DQ headquarters if your reading this you should investigate this place. The HD should also do a spot inspection. Last time I was inside it was nasty

Owners/managers of this DQ think nothing of sending old/cold food out the window in order to save a nickle. People in Brownsville really have no other choice of a place to go, so many, like me, make the mistake of going there from time to time with a distant hope of getting at least acceptable food. For about the 3rd time in a row, my fries in a "combo meal" were cold yesterday; hardly even room temperature. This is particularly bad because one of the owners/managers was the person who took my order and gave me the food. There is NO WAY she couldn't have known the fries were cold, yet she served them anyway. (The only reason the burgers are hot is because they microwave them.) Like I said, it's pretty much the only place in town, but I won't be going back.

This place has the WORST service of ANY Dairy Queen I've ever visited. I will NEVER eat there again! They don't ring up your meal as a combo. If you order something with bacon that doesn't normally come with bacon, you don't get it because it's not breakfast hours and they're not serving bacon. So you can't order many of the burgers with bacon that they have on the menu. When asked that question you get looked at with a blank stare. I ordered to combo meals, both large size and receive only one fry and one coke. Then I'm made to pay extra for the other fry and coke. Even after stating that I'm always given the senior discount at every other DQ, they don't even give the discount on the other fry and coke I'm made to pay for because the order taker didn't ring it up correctly. This is the ONLY fast food restaurant located in Brownsville, KY and they obviously get by with very loose service requirements. What other choice does one have? Unless you're starving to death, you're better off going somewhere else. They really need some major intervention at this location. WORST treatment I've EVER received at ANY Dairy Queen I've ever visited. Will NOT go back EVER and I advise anyone else in the area to make other choices until this place learns what customers mean to a business.

It's a decent spot to get some fast food if you want, but I haven't had good experiences there. Botched orders are common, and I've been served raw chicken from the drive thru. The quality has gone down hill for the past year.If you can do so, I'd suggest trying a different place. But it works.

Usually no problems with this location but so disappointing that we got an email for a free blizzard for veterans but this location wasn't a participating store! We still made sure our veteran got his ice cream elsewhere though

I stopped by for a quick breakfast here this morning. Had the $3 breakfast special which included one biscuit with gravy, hash browns, and coffee. Everything was really good with the exception the gravy was not as warm as it should be, almost cold.

This has always been my favorite Dairy Queen to stop in at. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I also like how they have some pictures on the walls of locals who have served in the military. Good small town feel.

Me and my family visit and eat here 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast lunch or supper service is good overall never had what id call bad service food most of the time is fresh and done well on ocasions i have got food that seemed a lil overcooked but never raw food. Overall if your looking for a good place to sit and eat its a good choice its also kept clean mostly sometimes the bathrooms could use a lil touch up but other than that its all good as i said i average 2 to 3 trips here a week and i recommend it if u want agood place to sit and eat.

I ordered a Oreo Blizzard made with chocolate ice cream and got vanilla ice cream. It's not just this DQ either. I moved to the Bowling Green area about a year and a half ago and no DQ has chocolate ice cream. I've gotten Blizzards this way for as long as I can remember. You sell ice cream. If you have two flavors one should be chocolate. This DQ had chocolate on the menu so I got excited. Than I got disappointed.
