I had been out of my cholesterol medication for three days I went online to have it filled said it was ready for me to pick up. I went for it and was towed at the window that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it because it had been picked up not too long ago, however I explained to the lady that no I had came there to pick up my other prescriptions but didn’t pick up the cholesterol medicine. She informed me that they would check their cameras etc. etc. and they would get back in touch with me so I asked her if I could have , the cholesterol medication atorvastatin to be exact Enough to last for two days which would’ve been two pills for them to have those two days to check their cameras to show that they put my medication back. She informed me that they could give me the two pills however it was going to cost me $14 versus attempting to ask her superiors or supervisor. could give me the loaner pills for two days especially since I recently had my fourth heart attack and the doctor said it was pretty important for me to take it. I’m shocked that the level of care considering this is medication which could equal life for death. I’m shocked and disappointed.

When I called in my prescription it was out of stock, but they had it ready for pickup by the next morning. Someone probably had to drive that prescription into town overnight just for me to be able to pick it up like normal. I really appreciate it, thank you

Toke almost 15mins to get through to someone. The pharmacy was very rude over the phone when I called to check on prescription and she hung up on me but after I called back he was rude and told me they just got it and won't be ready till 1pm.

I love coming to this Walgreens because of Patty. There are several Walgreens in my area, but I always choose this one because she is always helpful, courteous and kind to every customer. Please let her know how much she is appreciated.

I was a loyal Walgreens customer for years but I just can’t do it anymore. The incompetence of this store broke it for me. Every time I place a photo order and I get notice it’s ready I go in and they can’t find it. Every time I do a ship to store order and I get notice it’s there I go in and they can’t find it. Every. Single. Time.How is a store allowed to operate like this? Will be using Walmart from now on.

If I could give negative stars for the pharmacy I would! Never again will I! Literally had the Dr send over a prescription for my sick child and myself at 12pm today. Tried to call at 4pm sat on hold over an hour before giving up and going sat there for 30 mins waiting to be able to pick up the meds to be told they wouldn't be ready today. Because by then it was 5:30 and they were closing. I get being understaffed or whatever but it literally don't take 5 and a half hours to fill medicine!! Absolutely ridiculous! I'll be swapping an another pharmacy period!

Zero stars. Had to beg to have a life saving medicine ordered. Wait times are insane. Was first given someone else's prescription. Was told I couldn't buy the Sudafed they keep locked up in the pharmacy at the drive through. I've always done this at other Walgreens. So you're telling me you'd rather I come in sick and buy it? Young kid asked for my social security number for a prescription I always get filled and simply show my license at pick up. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Could have been worse. Dr. Called in Rx at 11AM.At 12:30 waited 30 minutes for lunch break, then no Rx found, "maybe at other Walgreens". Got there just in time to wait for another lunch break, then no Rx found. Called Dr, made sure it had been called in. Called 4 more times, still no Rx. Next morning, called again, still no Rx. Called Dr back, Dr called Walgreens and, low and behold, the call in orders were on the voicemail from 11 the day before! That should never happen, but with me calling and calling why did no one think to check the voicemail?!Tech's I spoke ranged from kind to nasty, but never a word of apology. The attitude was that I was the problem.

Used to fill my prescription there for over 5 years and because of a new pharmacist I don’t now as she refused to refill it for me. First said I will fill it if you have the doctor call me, then when the doctor called she said sorry I won’t.

Had several bad experiences with pharmacy. Inefficent staffing of pharmiscists, untrained assistants although usually kind, but unwilling to help untangle any issues, staff doesn't monitor various input from providers' orders such as voicemail, email, fax, etc. There are more issues with this system than with personnel. It is poorly managed by whatever subcontracted pharmacy Walgreen's is using. My advice to providers and patients is TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Im updating my years old 5 star review to one star because I made an appointment to get the flu shot for both my husband and I. During covid times I expected scheduling appointments would reduce the wait time and paperwork, thus reducing potential exposure to covid. We stood there going over details I had already done during the appointment call. THEN, we waited over 30 minutes for the pharmacist to finish whatever she was doing. (There was no one waiting for their prescriptions so why we had to be exposed for 30 minutes to the air around us is beyond me.) Following the shot I had 104 fever that night and the next day 101 all day. I recommend finding a clinic that does curbside flu shots. Seniors shouldn't have to be exposed to 30 minutes of wait time exponentially increasing covid transmission.Old review fro 3 years ago....Great place, as one would expect from a Walgreens facility. Good team in pharmacy and main store. Professional, pleasant and helpful staff. Good choices, stocked well with products. Have been a customer for many years and no reason to go anywhere else.

One star is too generous. This store is an absolute mess, sale prices never ring up correctly, the weekly ad tags are never on the right products and they won't honor their tagged prices or refund them. Clearance items are never marked correctly and items are never in correct places then somehow manage to blame the customer. It's an absolute nightmare trying to shop here and customer service is non existent. Managers just stand by and watch frustration build without offering any solutions. They never have any answers or solutions and just say "I dont know". They don't care whatsoever. I doubt they know what they're doing. I've worked retail /customer service for several years and never treated a customer the way they've treated me, and others.

The Grinch who stoled Christmas. Manager, staff and corporate office CSR could care less. My son flew here from CA and bought 200.00 worth of AMC gift cards as Christmas gifts for his father and myself, not Knowing there are NO AMC theatres less than an hour away we asked Walgreens to exchange or refund the cards. They refused to even though the balances could be verified and the receipts were with them. Not one of the two sales clerks that sold these told us that they could not be returned or refunded . Just sorry about your luck! Walgreens corporate was equally useless Ashley H. telling me I should call AMC because AMC has our money. Look, I was in business for twenty years, the consumer pays the retailer as the debit payment to Walgreens reflects and then the retailer pays the vendors . It’s just run around to avoid being unconvienenced at the cost to the consumer. If these were purchased at Target the card would be balance verified and then deactivated and a refund or exchange given. Thus no loss to anyone. I called AMC corporate and they refer me back to Walgreens which is wasted time because they just don’t care about the customer. Sad Christmas... my husband is not able to drive an hour and 10 minutes to see a movie and an hour and ten minutes back and no one should have to. AMC corporate person June told me to give them to someone else like they would want to drive that far either . Nobody wants to make it right.

While traveling home from Florida to Indiana, I placed a call well in advance for a refill of a very important organ transplant drug. It is not usually in stock at most pharmacys, and I wanted to allow ample time. The pharmicist on duty did not even order it. Now instead of possibly missing one dose, I will miss up to four. I have filed complaints with the store, Walgreens call center, and the Kentucky Pharmacy Board. This medication error cannot be overlooked!

Went in for a lint brush, could not make purchase a the employees didn't know how to process a loyalty card. Manager stood by and watched me walk out. Was in and out of Kroger's in half the time.

Every time I have a hang up with my medication the pharmacists do everything they can to get things straightened out in a quick manner. Both of the pharmacists here are so caring! Forever my pharmacy.
