Best part about this store is the 2 dogs that come in to politely greet you when you come in. Employees are always really nice and helpful. Great selection of products as well they always have my coils in stock as well!

The Staff at Vette City Vapes are definitely Customer Oriented. I can definitely say they deserve 5 stars.In the last year Authentic Customer Service has been a rarity. The woman (I wish I could remember her name) that assisted us was actually KNOWLEDGEABLE about every single product that we inquired about. So Thank You!!!We were given a really good discount 😁, that's a rarity as well. The vape juice I got was too strong, so I went back to ask if there was anything they could do. And BAM!!! Amazing Customer Service AGAIN, and it was a different member of the Vette City Vape Team. The Gentleman gave me one that wasn't as strong.I recommend anyone needing anything to do with vaping go try them first. I vette you won't be disappointed.

Great customer service! Absolute outstanding experience. I had a broken tank glass. They didn't carry the replacement glass. However, they were understanding and suggested a disposable 40w-80w tank. They got me vaping again in no time until my replacement can come in. I'll be stopping by more often. The selection of vape juice looked amazing and I can't wait to check it out!Thanks VCV!

This is the best place in Bowling Green to get vape stuff! I've been a smoker for over 40 years and have been trying to switch to vaping ever since I'd heard of vaping. My wife and I watched a documentary about Juul recently (that company got hosed, sad). And after she scoped out their Facebook page for deals, we drove to BG to check the place out. I was a little hesitant as I had tried a bunch of different vapes before, from a few different vape shops around town, and could never get them to stick around more than a few weeks. It took me about a week to get completely off of cigarettes and on to the Vaparesso product they recommended along with the fine selection of juices they have. And I haven't even thought of going back to cigarettes! The thought of it makes me cringe! AND my wife is loving hers right along with me! We are so happy! The folks at VCV are super friendly and very knowledgeable! They have a nice selection of other smoke stuff and really cool 3D printed figures and art work! Go there!

Ive been a customer here since i started vaping around 3 yrs ago! The owner is a great guy and I know I can depend on him and anyone else there to give me a reasonable price along with good customer service. I stay at Vette City Vapes bc its a 1 stop shop for me. Im able to get everything I need all right there in 1 store. I buy my juice,coils,tanks, and of coarse when its time to buy a new mod all from here! Check them out 😄

Thank you for your reply and I appreciate the clarification. If I am 100% honest, most vape shops have left me really jaded as there is a lot of gouging of china glass and various "cannabis" tools. I may have judged to harshly and I apologize as the shop is well set up and you have a great staff. I also appreciate the professional and concise reply. I have updated my review to four stars, as I am impressed by how this was handled. I will visit again if my favorite shop is again unavailable.

They're Vape juices are little high but that's usually where I buy my mods and tanks and on several occasions I've broken it and they replaced it for free

I've never had a bad experience here ever! The employees are polite and friendly. They take time to explain things to you whether it be about how your mod Works, different batteries, coils, or even the local juices that they have. Just heads up though they do have the cutest dogs there. They don't bother you or even care half the time but some are scared of dogs so I try to warn people. Go see this amazing group of people, you won't be sorry!!

This is a really good place but the prices are kind of high. i love the environment but I can get my favored WAX $20 cheaper somewhere else. I would love for them to come down on the prices

I don't smoke or vape but I went in for a friend because they don't live in town. The guy who helped me was extremely nice and patient in helping me figure out the right product to get them. I also noticed they had a huge selection of product, and it was really nice inside also.

Huge selection of juices and mods for every type of customer from casual vapers to competition cloud-makers. They also have other attractions like gaming competitions, VR, and 3D-Printing.The owners are local and grew up in the community, and have a wealth of knowledge to share in their field. Many are fairly conversational so the place has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

It's rare that you find service so tailor-made. Cordell was not only professional, but made me feel like a friend. The level of care was astounding, even if you forget this is a vape shop. They care about customers and have the knowhow to back it up. I won't be going anywhere else. This ain't a bot, they're that good.

First time going to this vape shop. Seems like a great place to go and get all of your vape needs. The guy was informative and answered any and all questions without hesitation. Friendly and actually carried on a conversation like I was a regular customer. A great and huge selection of mods, thanks, and juices. Prices are moderate and fair. I had been looking for a certain coil for my Falcon King tank and they actually carried it when my normal vape shop did not have them. Will definitely get more of my business especially if they get in more of the Aegis Zeus mods which will be one of my next major purchases.

Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and they have the largest selection of juice out of any vape store in Kentucky that I have ever been to. They're very helpful with any questions you may have their always excited about their new customers you can sit in the store and talk with them for hours on end About anything you wanna talk about really. I never made it to your shop but I did read up on my Smok. Turned out it had been fludded all this time. They have a decent selection and carry premium liquids but they have such an incredible mark up on the price over what other stores charge. I know it isn't fair to compare local stores to online ones but they sell the Freemax Gem disposable tanks for $9.96 A PIECE and online you can pick up four for $17.92 shipped! They charge $30 for a 120ml bottle of Noms when everywhere else it's $20. I won't be going back unless it's a dire emergency. Unfair pricing. Greed.
