When you move to a new area, one of the hardest thing to do is find a good vet. I struck gold right here!I've been going here for 2 years now and I wouldn't go anyplace else. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. From Beverly on the front desk right thru to the Vets; they are all just super people!!!You can trust them to take good care of your animals!They took care of my old, sickly dog and now they are taking care of my puppy.Don't waste your time looking elsewhere - this IS the place and these are the people that you can trust with your pets!

Doctor Luke is amazing but grooming service is terrible. My dog had a tiny knot and they shaved her without us knowing. She barely has any hair and cut her leg and again did not notify us.

This was my first visit to Three Springs Animal Hospital and I was so pleased. I had visited three other vets in the area, and was still looking for a vet's office with high quality, personalized service and reasonable pricing. I believe I have found it at Three Springs. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and the vet tech and veterinarian were both friendly, professional and treated my dog very well. There is plenty of parking, the wait time was reasonable, and the office was clean. The prices were reasonable and the location is the best for me, right off I65 and Scottsville Rd, on Three Springs Rd. I will definitely go back.

First time ever going to this vet with my dog …took her in on Friday after I had done took her to another one and they put her on LASIKs and whoever seen her here on Friday took her off LASIKs and her breathing got worse … took her back the following Monday Dr Luke did xray said she had enlarged heart .. my dog was walking around and everything before he came in to talk to me and then he decided to give her a shot of LASIKs and she died right there in front of me … he resuscitated her but didn’t give her much hope so I decided to put her to sleep .. very bad bed side manners

They are great here. My boyfriend and I were on a trip when we spotted a kitten with a can stuck on his head, I was able to grab the kitten and started calling around. They took care of him until we could get back and they all loved him so much! He is now home and doing so well. They took great care of our boy Soup. The staff was lovely, helpful, and the vet is very nice.

Our dog has never complained about his experience at Three Springs Animal Hospital. 😄 Health checks, shots, teeth pulling, baths.. you name it and they do it. Lots of postcards in the mail to remind you about your shots and whatnot. Convenient to southern Bowling Green, had curbside service during Covid. Don't eat the hersheys kisses on the counter as they are usually melted.

When it comes to our dogs, we want the absolute best care possible! We expect a Veterinarian to devote time in their assessment, to provide recommendations, and be proactive for maintaining the health of our fur babies. Dr. Luke and his team go above and beyond in every single aspect! We cannot say enough good things about this practice. Our first-time seeing Dr. Luke was in an emergency on a weekend, where our prior Vet DID NOT ANSWER our phone calls—I began calling around to anyone who could help our dog. Dr. Luke not only answered but welcomed us in right away to be seen—and we were not even one of his established clients! He took the time to assess our dog and when he realized how sick he truly was, he gave us a recommendation of taking him to Nashville to see a specialist. He called and gave a thorough report, was incredibly honest with us, yet kind and reassuring with his words.We appreciated that one interaction so much, we left our prior Vet and have never looked back. We have three dogs who see him currently, and he goes above and beyond! When it is something that requires a specialist, he points us in the right direction to other providers whom he has worked with and knows personally. When we needed to reach out to the emergency line after hours, he has always answered and taken such good care of us. You will not be disappointed by switching to him and will be impressed at this wonderful office staff and technicians that work with him. No doubt this practice will continue to grow and expand, but we have always had personalized care! Thank you to Dr. Luke and to everyone who works at Three Springs Animal Hospital for taking such good care of our pets!!!!

I love this vet and staff! Dr Luke is so caring and compassionate and goes above and beyond to help families get their pets the best care and price. He is genuine and kind and will give you all the facts, options, care plans and plan A, plan b and cRebecca at the front is so friendly and helpful and always listens and helps get the right treatment. I drive over an hour away to keep my pets with Dr Luke and It is well worth it!

Our 13 year old cat had an adverse reaction to flea medicine, and Dr. Luke was the only Vet who was willing to come in after hours to help our pet. Even though the others had "Emergency Hours", they all wanted us to go to Nashville, but fortunately Dr. Luke came right on in and kept our cat at ease until her final breath. I will never go anywhere else. His hospitality was outstanding and he allowed us to stay as long as needed with our loved one. His staff are wonderful as well and very thoughtful.

My dog cut his foot pretty badly tonight and I called my local vet with no assistance available. I called Three Springs Animal Hospital and their emergency number was on the voicemail message. I called that number and Dr. Luke answered. Although he was in the middle of dinner he took his time to speak with me and then agreed to meet me at his office.Dr. Luke was very professional, kind, and compassionate towards both myself and my dog. His assistant was also very kind and friendly. Dr. Luke explained what was going on in detail and was patient with my questions and concerns.If you have an emergency or just live in the Bowling Green vicinity, I highly recommend this veterinarian.

Recently started going to Dr. Griffith. He and his staff are awesome. They seem like they truly care about my dog. She now has multiple issues but I believe she is getting the best care. His staff is so friendly and caring. Hannah who works the front is always so pleasant and helpful. I am SO glad we found our way to Dr. Luke. Highly recommend. Five stars!!!!!!

Walked into large but cozy waiting area and was greeted by Hannah, the receptionist. She was amazing! She was attentive, sweet and professional. My puppy adored her. Frankie led us back to an examining room and gave me a wealth of info which was also typed down for me! Thank Goodness! Dr. Luke Griffith is very detailed and answered all questions about my puppy and random things...HA! I am grateful for their patience w/ me & my father. My family has lots of pets so I have been to many vets in Bowling Green, Three Springs knocked it out of the park!(=

Every time that I take my sheltie to see Dr. Luke, he always does an excellent job. He genuinely cares about his patients and treats them as his own. The staff is very friendly, and the wait time is never long. Their service is high quality, and as a client you definitely receive what you are paying for. Three Springs is truly the best veterinary hospital in town, and I would not take my pets anywhere else.

We were taking a trip to visit our son in Maryland. Needed someone to take good care of our Yorkie, Jasper!Gave Dr. Luke and Three Springs Animal Hospital a try. It was going to be a long weekend, so we decided to spoil Jasper with the luxury boarding. He loved it! The staff sent us pictures over the weekend, he seemed real happy.Since he was going to be staying Friday through Tuesday, we had Dr. Luke give him a full checkup plus dental services. He didn't find any big problems, but was convenient to get it all done at one time.If your pet is in need of care, I highly recommend Dr. Luke and Three Springs Animal Hospital!

So glad that Dr. Luke Griffith opened his own business here in BG! I had heard great things about his level of care and attention spent on each patient so we took our 4 fur kids to Three Springs yesterday and were very pleased with the one on one time that Dr. Luke gave to each of our pups. I have worked for many vet offices in the past and the caring staff here is hard to find! Dr. Griffith is a humble and knowledgeable doctor that provides the highest quality care in the area!

When we returned home to find our dog in discomfort and pain, we called our vet for help. However, his office was closing and no one from his office was able to stay late or be on-call that night, even though our dog had been going to the same office for 16 years. We knew he was going to have to be put down and it was very upsetting. We called Dr. Luke and he not only helped, he drove to us, after hours, because our dog was in too much pain to be moved. He calmed our nerves and handled the situation perfectly. He is a blessing, and if we get any other pet in the future, he will absolutely be our vet of choice!

I'm a first time dog-owner and my first vet visit was at Three Springs Animal Hospital today. From initial contact via phone all the way through the appointment was a 5-star experience. I interacted with 4 staff members , including Dr. Luke, who all provided exceptional service. It's a nice, clean place and they were very attentive to both myself and my lil weenie who warmed up to them quickly.

Three Springs animal hospital is the best vet anywhere. Our cat came down sick late on a Friday evening. Her face was very swollen. I had never been to this vet before but have been to others here in BG. Did not like any of them. I called them first thing Saturday morning and they took us right away. It seems our cat had dental problems and needed surgery. They got us in two days later and had to remove several teeth. They were so kind to our baby and explained everything they would do. They called while she was recovering to relieve our worry. We picked her up that afternoon. Dr. explained our entire bill in detail asked if we had any questions or concerns. He is very patient and kind. His staff is the best. They truly love animals and treated us all very nice. Did a follow up 2 weeks later and she is doing great and no charge. Anyone looking for a vet for your babies Please dont hesitate to call them. Our cat got the best medical care here actually better care than most people get at their doctors. Run do not walk here if you need a vet.You will be happy here.

I had an emergency with my cat who is my absolute world. Every other vet in town wouldn't be willing to meet with us, (At about nine pm) due to us not already being a customer. Fortunately, Luke Griffith was willing to come out and help us. I'm forever going to go to this vet for all my pet needs.

Nothing but positive things to say about Dr Luke and his staff. The office is always clean, smells are at a minimum, and have billed us perhaps more fairly than they should. He’s given advice over the phone and come out to our farm at a moments notice. He treats the animals and our children so kindly. The staff is great too and if a mistake is made, it’s handled swiftly. Customers matter to him!

My dog zora was in a fire, she almost died and had to be revived. Someone recommended this vet to us for an after care- The paramedics were able to save her but I needed to take her to an emergency vet and they got her right in; they were sooooooooooooo nice and loving and very well priced; They really showed me so much love when it came to her. They even allowed her to stay one night with them so that I could focus on other important things. All of the staff was amazing and caring; I will always recommend them to any pet owner, and they made sure to explain everything to us.

I have loved this clinic and trusted Dr. Luke with the care of all my animals since he preformed an eye removal surgery on my cat after I moved here from Colorado. Since then I've used him from vaccines to dentals to emergency visits. I recently dropped close to $700 on an emergency visit, no questions asked.That same day I scheduled a dental for another dog of ours. I was surprised when I was told that on top of the dental, my dog would receive a flu vaccine. I asked why and I was told that it was in order to keep all animals in the clinic safe. I was confused as my dog who was there for emergency for 5 hours, wasn't required to get a flu vaccine. I verified that the flu vaccine was a 2 series shot and that my dog would not be immune from either catching OR spreading it until he received the booster shot weeks after the dental and initial vaccine.They wouldn't budge on this new policy even though the shot wouldn't be effective that day anyway so I have cancelled my appointment and they have lost a former lifelong customer for attempting to force a vaccine that my dog doesn't need and I don't want. I work at a busy grooming salon and on average see roughly 100 clients a week and whenever I was asked for vet recommendation I always referred to Dr. Luke. Hopefully I can find another clinic that is as wonderful as this clinic formally was.

I live in Franklin TN and am visiting my mother for a little while here in BG. My little multi poo, Telulah, developed an eye infection so I needed a vet ASAP. I found Three Springs Vet Hospital and they had high ratings so I called them yesterday. They worked Lula in today. Telulah got injections for antibiotics and a steroid, with two RX’s, one for pain and an eye drop. Lula is already feeling so so much better!! Her eye is wide opened and she could barely open it this morning! She is socializing, where she was hiding under furniture this morning. I’m so so happy and impressed with how well she is doing tonight! Thank you to the entire staff! So nice and so informative!👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗

I went to three springs animal hospital yesterday. My pet was having an emergency and they got him in same day. They ran some tests on him and told me he was negative for parvo and his blood work was fine. Then they had told me my dog was very sick charged me $500 and sent me home with meds that he had to swallow when he couldn’t even swallow anymore. They said they couldn’t run more tests because he was very dehydrated. They didn’t give me a diagnosis and they didn’t give him an IV to get him hydrated or keep him overnight for hospitalization. We get home and my dog passed away. He was only 8 months old. Very disappointed in this place for not caring enough for my dog and sending him home in the condition he was in.
