If I could leave a review lower than one star I would. The animal husbandry is DIABOLICAL. I am the an expert in reptile husbandry and I’m appalled. They had several bearded dragons in one tank, one is all there should be. Multiple crested geckos in one, which causes fighting. Tiny enclosures. A chameleon that is way too small to be sold. They tried to say there’s “one too many” bearded dragons. They also tried to say “oh there’s only two crested geckos in there”. *This is animal neglect and abuse.*I have never seen a store treat animals this poorly. The fish were so overcrowded. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. The “live animals” were dead.

Groomer's here are fantastic and so incredibly kind to you and your fur babies! Needed to get my cat groom and was incredibly worried about taking him somewhere but their cat groomer, Lilly, is the most wonderful person! Definitely will be booking with her again!!

Didn't have half of what I was looking for. Also, I worked retail management. I know when I'm being profiled and followed around. At least dont take up my breathing room. Be more subtle. That's what cameras are for. Besides, I'd embarrass you if you wanted to know how clean my record is. I just want to spend money on my best buddy unharassed.

I think they over order their betta fish. Everytime I go in there they have what looks like 50 betta fish and there's always at least 10 floating dead in the cups. I can't imagine they are selling betta fish that quickly to warrant having that many at one time especially if they aren't able to care for them to keep them alive.

Went in for a bath and brush with my two golden doodles and the girl there did an incredible job. She cared for the dogs so much and I can’t thank her enough.

We went to petsmart looking for a toy for our beagle puppy. Felicia was very helpful and friendly. She welcomed us when we entered the store, gave us advice about what toy we should get and when we checked out she was very pleasant. We appreciate all of the selection at petsmart and had a great experience!

lady with the half shaved head and blue hair and her other coworker were non helpful & passive aggressive when asked about a new kitten and wanting suggestions about how to tame them at night. i understand and appreciate the information they gave us but the way they responded to us is not welcoming for new pet owners. how are you working at a pet store and having that attitude with customers who are asking for suggestions & questions, or even advice about a new pet?

You need to train your employees better. Selling someone a GOLDFISH and telling them it’s okay to have in a 3 gallon tank??? Glad to know that this pet smart is no different from any other and perpetuates animal abuse.

The hours listed on google say they close at 6 for the groomers. I went at 5, and waited outside the door for 25 mins because there was a person with a dog in there, and on the door it states that only one pet family should be in there at a time. The cash register clerk just stared at us while we were waiting. The person with a dog left and FINALLY AFTER 25 mins of waiting, they ask if we had an appointment. I said no (because they talk walk ins) and they go “oh, well they just left.. that was them leaving. I’m sorry.” 🙄

Told me that they price matched and that if I signed up for their membership I'd get another discount on my purchase but that wasn't true. Only found out after coming back to make the purchase.while it was bad information they were very nice and attentive to us.

What is the point of advertising for “quick bath and dry” if every time you ask you get the same answer “no we can’t” sad it is a good idea but if they aren’t going to do don’t offer it

PetSmart is guilty of false advertising. They post two huge signs on their front doors saying "BOGO toys and treats. Details inside." Ask the checkout clerk for the 'details'. She knows nothing. Tour the store and find only items for 'buy three get one free'. Go back to the checkout clerk to find the BOGO items. She now says the sign is in error, there are no BOGO items. Ask for manager (Kathryn) who will not honor the advertised BOGO offer. She acknowledges the BOGO sign and what BOGO means. And says the sign is wrong but she will not honor it. Nor will she take down the false advertisement. Or allow me to do so. Any store that knowingly posts a false advertisement (and refuses to correct it) deserves a full-blown boycott.

They told me my dog had matting and were forced to cut her short. This we understand, because her hair mats very easily. However, they decided to cut her face short too, which had no mats. We had her saved in their system and they knew how to cut her, but cut it all anyways without consulting or calling us. The first picture is how she's supposed to look. This is not okay.

Anything you need,no matter what kind of pet you have. All the staff are great. Friendly to me and Bonnie. That is always my #1 place to go when I need something to make my girl happy. It has to be a great place because Bonnie does a double wag when we show up.

A great shopping experience for me & my dog. The store is clean, and well stocked. Aisles are wide and there's no clutter. The employees are always very friendly. Ryder needed a new bow tie !

Had a great selection of food for every need your furbaby may have. We were very glad to find something that was easier on the wallet right now but also easy on our baby's belly. That makes a big difference. I wasn't comfortable with only being able to get the food his vet put him on from them especially when my hubby doesn't get home from work before they close usually so I want to find something else to work that I could get when he got home & I believe I was able to do that. I will know for sure once we start him on it but so far it aligns up pretty good with what he should & shouldn't have.
