Wonderful place to board your pet. They are very conscientious about vaccinations so you can feel safe. My dog was so happy! They took pictures of her daily so I could see that she was doing great. Best way to contact them is email. Very responsive. They are busy during the day caring for pets so telephone contact is difficult. I wouldn’t want my pet any other place. So happy with this boarding facility. The staff is very nice and competent as well.

The ladies at Paw-A-Day Inn are great! They take great care of both Luna and Winston. When we moved here Luna had a bad experience at a previous daycare and we decided to give Paw-A-Day Inn a try. They welcomed Luna with open arms and loved her as their own! I recommend Paw-A-Day Inn to any dog lovers!

We were running late to get Bella to her reservations at Paw a day. Knowing we had to leave town before they opened the next morning, Mitch and his crew stayed until we could get her there. They saved us!! I don’t know what we would have done had he and the ladies not stayed over! And they were soooo happy to see Bella when she came in! Paw-A-Day Inn is fabulous! They take excellent care of our dog. We have been taking our dog here for 6+ years for both doggie daycare and boarding. I cannot say enough nice things about the amazing staff. They truly love all the pets, and I never worry about our dog when he is there.

Absolutely love this place and my dog Roscoe lol . He's always so happy going in and leaving . Love how they have open cubbys instead of cages and they let them out very often In groups to play with the toys on the obstacles and get to swim. So wore out at the end of day . Very nice staff also . The photo is the example of wore out after lol

Just brought home a very happy and gorgeous Australian shepherd from his grooming experience for the first time at Paw a Day! They did a fabulous job on him! Great summer cut, GREAT price and nice ppl! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff who have an obvious passion for what they are doing. My pup has a great time and always comes home happy and worn out so I know she's getting exercise. They post daily pics to FB so I can see what she was up to, which is neat. They are staffed 24 hours so I wish they had extended hours.

I brought my dog Piper hoping she would have some playtime with other dogs. Piper has separation anxiety but with time I thought she would do okay.I asked after every visit how she was doing,the reply was she was still a little nervous but doing better. The last day I was told by the employee after checking Piper out she would need some social training before I could bring her again, she was snipping at all the employees.I was somewhat shocked because I had been told different by other staff. After being talked to like that and the fact a employee who told me two days before Piper had done good ignored me I saidgoodbye. I had to take Piper to her vet for a visit, told the vet technician what happened. She shook her head and said that was sad. She had worked at Daycare for dogs and it could have worked for Piper with time. Sadly we will never know. To end this review, two times after a visit Piper came home extremely thirsty. Due to the fact I was told the last day it wasn't fair for Piper to be in a room by herself the whole day makes me wonder if she was given water. I am not a person who does reviews it saddens me to leave this but after a few weeks of thinking about it,I felt I needed to share my experience.Replying to the owner. I messaged you on your website the day this occurred. I received no response, you had my number. It wasn't explained to me that Piper could receive training with your business. I was told Piper could not return. I felt misled by your employees when I asked how she was doing. I wanted to know so I could determine whether it was good for Piper to continue. Piper is a loveable dog who has never been snippy with anyone in her surroundings or other homes. I knew her anxiety issues, that is why I chose your daycare due to the good reviews. Sadly it did not work out.

We had our very large pup watched at Paw-A-Day. The staff were extremely friendly and well versed. The facility was spotless and we loved seeing photos of Hagrid with the other dogs. Couldn't be happier.

I was scheduled to board my 6 month old Aussie today. I went in to visit the place last week and it was brought to my attention I was missing a vital Bordatella shot record. The young lady on this day was quite nice. I wasn't sure if Desi already had it or needed to get it so I was told to just bring it in. Today I took Desi for her shot and brought the record into Paw-A-Day Inn when I was boarding her. This young lady different than before, was anything but nice. Quite rude actually. She refused to board Desi because she received the shot the same day. Now I understand this is a rule but I was NOT informed previously. I was just told to supply the record. This woman had a tone and when I explained I had not been given the proper instructions she became rude. It was their miscommunication that brought us to this point. A little bit of politeness and an apology would have been nice. Not a rude matter-of-fact lecture.

I have had great experiences with Paw-A-Day Inn! The staff is super friendly and kind to the pets. I had some piece of mind when I went away and had to board Buddy there. I am very choosy when it comes to having someone watch my dog. They did an excellent job with him during his stay there. I really like the pictures that they post. I got to see that Buddy was doing well and enjoying himself with the other dogs. Thanks so much for your caring service!

I was completely new to the Bowling Green part of Kentucky (originally from TN area) and trust very few people with my two fur babies, Dusty and Gizmo. But the owners and the staff at Paw-A-Day Inn settled my fears and major anxiety by answering my endless amount of questions via phone. My dogs are so excited to go to daycare a few days a week and they absolutely love it there. The owners and staff are incredibly nice and go above and beyond to make sure all of their animals staying at their facility are very well taken care of. I am so thankful for Paw-A-Day-Inn!

My dog LOVES coming here. He has been coming multiple times during the week for over a year and a half. I have never owned a dog that is as social as he is and it makes me feel so good to know he is playing and having fun while I am at work. The other option would be him to be home alone and I do not think that is good for him (health wise and based on his personality). He is getting play time, social time with other dogs and humans, and is simply happy. I love that they post pictures throughout the day and you are able to see how happy he and the other dogs are there.My dog has spent the weekend once. I usually travel with him, but his weekend went great.He has also has two birthday parties there and I could not be more pleased with how they went. Parties are an extra cost, but are well worth it in my opinion.My dog also gets groomed there - again an extra cost, but well worth it. It has been completely evident they want me to be happy with that service because they always check with me to make sure I am happy with his cut.I personally think Paw-a-Day Inn provides an invaluable service for my pet. I will take my dog here as long as he is able to go. He just turned 3, so he will be going for awhile! It is very evident Brittney, Debbie, and the rest of the staff care about not only my dog, but all of the dogs they take care of on a daily basis.

Love this place, they take very good care of my Jasmine. Jasmine leaves her every day exhausted from the day's activities and is excited to go back the next day. Every pet we see come and go from there seems to be the same way. Could not ask for more from a doggy daycare.

The staff seem genuinely invested in the happiness of the pets. When I called to book our dogs stay they kept referring to her as "the baby" which made me chuckle but also happy.They posted pictures of the dogs daily which was great. Helped ease our minds that she was doing all right while we were away. And when we called to let them knew we were going to be late getting her the lady on the phone already knew which dog I was talking about and gave me updates. So again really invested in the animals.Also absolutely love their amenities. Makes you feel like your animal is at a sleep over or staying with family.

I am so very blessed to have found paw a day inn. My 11 month old Lab absolutely loves it. It is such a relief to be able to go to work and know that she is in the best hands and having FUN instead of home alone or in a cage. The staff is amazing and just the sweetest girls I have met here in Kentucky. I would highly recommend to anyone with a pet. They are AMAZING I have been a customer for about 3 months or longer and I am very thankful for their services and we attend every day.
